bardock123
Could tell people to include what generally happens in the story in each chapter so people that import can keep up with it? Just a request.
Kirokan
Ah, it's not in the same format, but I have been doing some similar things here. Not too specific (yet) in terms of enemy units and all. Mode was Hard/Classic, but wouldn't matter I think since lack of enemy stats and all. Feel free to use any info, so far it is just a Nohr run. Could tell people to include what generally happens in the story in each chapter so people that import can keep up with it? Just a request. I was going to translate the in-game synopsis on each chapter, if that helps. : ) But if it feels lacking I may mention a few additional things that happen. blah the Prussian
Well, based on this it looks like the majority of the Nohr campaign is against Hoshido. That's good.
CocoaGalaxy
So I decided to "help out" a bit by providing data for the Hoshido Route I apologise for "getting lazy" partway through, but most of those were Rout/Defeat Boss in any case There's also some missing information from what I can tell, but sifting through 35-40 hours of footage for information is rather a lot Here you go, enjoy what little I have to say Warning, Major Spoilers. Huge Wall of Text Hoshido Chapter 6 Victory: Defeat Boss (Xander) Map:Bridge Playable Units: (Bunch of starting units bunched in the lower right. Xander vs Ryouma in the center) Enemy Units: Xander, Camilla, Leon, Elise. Xander will attack Ryouma? Ryouma will 2RKO him Party: Kamui, Azura, Jakob/Felicia, Rinkah, Kaze, Sakura Hoshido Chapter 7 Victory: Rout Map: Hoshido Castle Thingy Playable Units: Kamui forced, Slots 6?. No additional units at preparations screen Enemy Units: 11. Boss: Silas Hana, Subaki join immediately when chapter starts (You can see that you have 8 characters at the mission overview) Notes: Dragonvein spot to the left of starting, causes area around it to heal 20% each turn ? Orochi, Saizou join after this chapter Mozume Chapter 7x Victory: Rout Map: Plains-ish Playable Units Enemy Units: Nosferatu (Map should be identical with Nohr anyway). Talk to Mozume with Kamui to recruit Hoshido Chapter 8 Victory: Rout Map: Desert (With movement restrictions of course) Playable Units: 11? Green Units: Hinoka, Asama, Setsuna Enemy Units: 11. Boss is nothing notable, at leastfrom what I can tell. Though he does have Vantage. Dragonveins appear to change some terrain into normal terrain You probably talk to the units to recruit them. Probably, because I haven't verified this by myself Hoshido Chapter 9 Victory: Rout Map: The Hoshido castle, it's in the trailers. It's a Nohr trap by the way Playable Units: 12 Enemy Units:17. Boss is....kinda of obvious if you know what the trap entails NPC Hinata, Oboro. I presume they join during the chapter Hoshido Chapter 10 Victory: Rout Map: Foresty/Jungley. Basically plants Playable Units: 12 Enemy Units: 17 There's a Dragonvein spot. I think it's a negative effect though, basically it creates an area where units take 1 damage at the start of Player Phase There's also a chest in the stage, but I don't know the contents Takumi joins during the Chapter I believe Hoshido Chapter 11 Victory: Rout Map: Ship Playable Units: 12 (Er I seem to have missed it by Tsukuyomi joins sometime before this chapter. Otherwise I think that's it) Enemy Units: 17, Mostly Flyers Yuugiri appears as NPC on Turn 2?. She'll move towards Kamui, talk with Kamui to recruit Dragonvein spots create a whirlwind terrain that reduces the movement of flyers Hoshido Chapter 12 Victory: ? (I think it's a kind of breakthrough map) Map: Dance Theatre thingy (you know, the boats and water) Playable Units: 11 Enemy Units: 27. Boss = GARON Nishiki joins at start of map (after preparations screen) Objective square is top of the map. You start at the right side, and have to go clockwise to get to it Dragonvein Freezes the water on the map, as you can guess I don't exactly know what happened, but it seems like, after a few turns, Marx appears on the left side and will slaughter you if you try to rush the objective with flyers over the water Though I think you can still just rush over the water and end the map in 3 turns or so Hoshido Chapter 13 Victory: Rout Map: Village thingy near a wall. Map also appears in Nohr Playable Units: 13 Enemy Units: 24. Boss = CAMILLA Dragonvein spots around the map that will drop lightning bolts, reducing that unit's HP to 1. And there is nothing you can do to prevent your unit from getting destroyed after one Crimson joins after the end of the map Hoshido Chapter 14 Victory: Defeat Boss Map: Half plains, half castle Playable Units: 14 Enemy Units: 16 Dragonvein spots drop rocks on enemies in the castle, reducing their hp by 10. There are 3. You'll pretty much need them to deal with the enemies, they're rocking with stats in 20 (20 str/def gens, 20 str berserkers) Ryouma joins you after this map Hoshido Chapter 15 Victory: Rout Map: Hilly. You'll have to take a meandering path to reach the top Playable Units: 12 Enemy Units: 15. Mostly Garous. Boss is Flannel There are some Dragonvein spots, but I'm not sure what they do. My guess is that they debuff Str? Hoshido Chapter 16 Victory: Rout Map: "Castle" interior (aka room, building style). Yes there are chests Playable Units: 13 Enemy Units: 20. Boss = Iago the bastardo Other Maid/Butler joins in preparation screen. Takumi is unusable Hoshido Chapter 17 Victory: Rout Map: Frozen Village (identical? to Nohr 8) Playable Units: Enemy Units: Boss = Flora Visiting the villages may cause enemy reinforcements to spawn. You can also melt the ice with Dragonvein Paralogue - Kanna Victory: Rout Map: Plains with rivers running through it, acting as walls (there are bridges) Playable Units: Kamui forced Enemy Units: Dragonvein points can freeze the rivers over. If an enemy walks into Kanna's range, Kanna will basically rip them a new one. Kanna is permatransformed as Dragon (similar as you in Chap 5) Paralogue - (Jakob's Son) Victory: Kill Boss Map: Castle + Outdoors Playable Units: Kamui, Jakob forced Enemy Units: You can easily kill the boss by luring him in and/or busting straight to him. He's right next to your starting point (of sorts), within 2 turns you can open the door and bust through Assuming you haven't already killed him your counter attack. (Jakob's Son) and his group of generics (generals with 20str/def) are in the top half of the map (Neutral) Beating the map will recruit (Jakob's Son) anyway so feel free to rush it if you so desire Hoshido Chapter 18 Victory: Defeat Boss Map: Jungleish, but fairly straightforward aside from the puddles in your path Playable Units: Enemy Units: Mostly Nosferatu. Boss = LEO Sizable number of reinforcements. Puddles in your path, not sure what they do, maybe I'm overstating things Hoshido Chapter 19 Victory: Defeat Boss (I think) Map: Multibuilding towers map (Also shared with Nohr) Playable Units: Enemy Units: Climb the map by using the staircases to "teleport". Left side enemies have low defense, right side enemies have low res. I think it's left and right anyway Hoshido Chapter 20 Victory: Defeat Boss (I think, could be Rout) Map: You start at the left, with two paths heading right. The boss is right next to your starting point, but separated by a wall, so you'll have to go the long way around Playable Units: Enemy Units: All Nosferatu Puddles along the way will damage your units at the start of Player Phase. Dragonvein to shut them off Hoshido Chapter 21 Victory: Map: Defeat Boss Playable Units: Enemy Units: 3 Sets of 2 Dragonvein points are located on the meandering path up to the boss. 1 out of each (at least 2 I think) will turn the ground into Lava, reducing movement and damaging all of your units only (how unfair) at the start of Player Phase. The other will make a path through the lava. Reaching near the top, the entire top will turn into Lava as well Boss, and a new enemy, the stone faced golem thing. Has range of 1-5, with sub par accuracy, but a gigantic pain and reasonably defensive As if that wasn't enough, reinforcements will turn up to give you a bad day Hoshido Chapter 22 Victory: Rout Map: City. One straight rectangle in the center. two alleys, each leading to a single aisle on the left and right Playable Units: Enemy Units: Boss = Asura Asura joins after this map, if you let him There are two towers at the bottom of the map that can be used by mages (I believe). The Dragonvein points act as mass healing. Hoshido Chapter 23 Victory: Rout Map: Multiple "Sewers", aka rivers of sorts that run vertically, with bridges and land across. There are buildings acting as chokepoints through most of the land Playable Units: Enemy Units: BOSS = CAMILLA Camilla has several Dragonveins, which she can use to blast an area near a river, dealing 10 damage to all units near it Paralogue - Shara Victory: Rout Map: Large open map with trees (as contradictory as it may sound Playable Units: Kamui, Tsukuyomi forced Enemy Units: All Nosferatu Enemy Shara in the center of the map, talk with Tsukuyomi? to recruit. Nosferatu are bulky as heck, 20str/spd, 25def, 45+ hp Hoshido Chapter 24 Victory: Rout Map: Straight path up, but due to the statue, you have to go in a circle (either direction) instead Playable Units: Enemy Units: The magic orb towers make a return. Dragonvein points make whirlwinds Hoshido Chapter 25 Victory: Defeat Boss Map: Straight up, with 2 additional dead end paths at the side leading to with 2 chests each Playable Units: Enemy Units: 28. Boss = #BlameIago Two more towers on your way up Hoshido Chapter 26 Victory: Defeat Boss Map: Outer Ring surrounding Inner Ring. Cannot move in/out of Inner Ring (except Rescue I guess), but you can still attack with range weapons if you're in range Playable Units: 16 Enemy Units: 27. BOSS = MARX Hoshido Chapter 27 Victory: Defeat Boss Map: Castle. Straight Rectangular map up to the boss Playable Units: 16 Enemy Units: 26. BOSS = GARON. Has 1-3 range You do not return to My Castle after this map, it leads straight to the next map. Make sure your preparations are done, staves bought, etc Hoshido Endgame Victory: Defeat Boss Map: Castle Interior. Boss is in the center, you start slightly below Playable Units: 16 Enemy Units: 26. Enemies of all types, including both Nosferatu and Golems. BOSS = GARON DRAGON You are thrown straight into the battle, you cannot retreat or save(?), but you can choose characters, rearrange positions, items, (and one more option) Reinforcements? Spawn from the special floor Boss can use Dragonvein to turn floor into "Death Water" (what I translated it as). Presumably it damages the units in the water, healing the boss for the same amount? The streamer 2RKO'd the boss with help from Aqua so I never found out. The boss moves, but it doesn't seem to attack, even if it could score a 1hko Edited June 26, 2015 by CocoaGalaxy
NinjaMonkey
Well, based on this it looks like the majority of the Nohr campaign is against Hoshido. That's good. CocoaGalaxy
I was all about to say that Nohr and Hoshido aren't too far apart in difficulty (most of the difficulty..well I suppose I could make comments on the game itself but who knows). And suddenly we have to deal with enemies with Counter. Not fun at all. In general anyway, the stat thing does appear interesting though. I don't recall exactly, but in Hoshido, endgame enemies have about 30ish in their stats. same for Nohr, though Nohr has 35STR Berserkers and 35DEF Generals. For example, Nohr Endgame makes you walk across the map on a 7 square wide path with reinforcements flooding in before you can reach the boss Hoshido Endgame you "can" just walk up to the boss and 2RKO. It's hard to say really. In all honesty though, Hoshido still makes Awakening look easy. Edited June 29, 2015 by CocoaGalaxy
blah the Prussian
Awakening really doesn't need help looking easy. Still good to hear.
Blue Sun
Did anyone try looking at Wellgo's playthrough of Fire Emblem Fates Conquest? They completed the whole thing in case anyone needs to look at it. Also… Damn, Rinkah doesn't even last past Chapter 11 as an enemy unit? And that's pretty early in the story too. :( I was kind of hoping she'd come back as a Shura or something. Then again, we don't see Orochi, Yugiri, Crimson, Hinata, or Oboro make it past their boss fights either, and it's pretty clear that Saizo and Kagero die along with Ryoma. CocoaGalaxy
Hmm, I'm in a bit of a pickle now I'm adding the chapters right now, and the problem appears to be that the three chapters related to the Rainbow Sage have very similar names, to the point that they can be identical. Of course, I don't have the japanese for all the chapters, so I can't verify that. Well..third route aside, the two chapters for Hoshido/Nohr have the exact same Kanji/whatever. Joy Update: Does anyone have a list of the Map Locations? Though even then I'm not sure if it would help very much... I can take screencaps of each chapter's location on the map (that's actually one of the easier things to do) Edited July 4, 2015 by CocoaGalaxy

I can take screencaps of each chapter's location on the map (that's actually one of the easier things to do) Yeah, there's a "Rainbow Sage" chapter in all 3 routes. The chapter name is supposed to be the same. I'm actually looking for screencaps of all the locations on the map so I can annotate the world map. I ain't gotten far enough to translate the place names, sans the 3rd route XD MCID_T_A000: 白夜平原 MCID_T_A001: 北の城塞 MCID_T_A002: 暗夜城・謁見の間 MCID_T_A003: 無限渓谷の吊り橋 MCID_T_A004: 山間の村 MCID_T_A005: 白夜王都・広場 MCID_T_A006: 白夜平原 MCID_T_A007: テンジン砦 MCID_T_A008: 風の部族の村 MCID_T_A009: イズモ公国城内 MCID_T_A010: フウマの森 MCID_T_A011: 白夜海域 MCID_T_A012: オペラ劇場 MCID_T_A013: シュヴァリエ市街 MCID_T_A014: 国境の城壁 MCID_T_A015: ガルーの峰 MCID_T_A016: マカラス宮殿離れ MCID_T_A017: 氷の部族の村 MCID_T_A018: 天蓋の森 MCID_T_A019: 七重の塔 MCID_T_A020: 黒竜砦 MCID_T_A021: デーモンフォール MCID_T_A022: 暗夜王都市街 MCID_T_A023: 地下通路 MCID_T_A024: 暗夜城・練兵場 MCID_T_A025: 暗夜城・大階段 MCID_T_A026: 暗夜城・武闘の間 MCID_T_A027: 暗夜城・王の間 MCID_T_A028: 暗夜城・王の間 MCID_T_B006: 白夜平原 MCID_T_B007: 死霊の沼 MCID_T_B008: 氷の部族の村 MCID_T_B009: 朽ちた黒竜砦 MCID_T_B010: 港町ディア MCID_T_B011: 七重の塔 MCID_T_B012: マカラス宮殿 MCID_T_B013: シュヴァリエ市街 MCID_T_B014: オペラ劇場 MCID_T_B015: 廃墟の街 MCID_T_B016: 暗夜海域 MCID_T_B017: フウマの洞窟 MCID_T_B018: イズモ公国城内 MCID_T_B019: 妖狐の里 MCID_T_B020: 風の部族の村 MCID_T_B021: 黄泉の階段 MCID_T_B022: テンジン砦前 MCID_T_B023: スサノオ長城 MCID_T_B024: 白夜王都市街 MCID_T_B025: 白夜城・大広間 MCID_T_B026: 白夜城・王の間前 MCID_T_B027: 白夜城・王の間 MCID_T_B028: 白夜城・王の間 MCID_T_C006: 白夜平原 MCID_T_C007: 闇の渓谷 MCID_T_C008: テンジン砦 MCID_T_C009: 風の部族の村 MCID_T_C010: イズモ公国市街 MCID_T_C011: フウマの森 MCID_T_C012: 氷の海 MCID_T_C013: 破壊された市街 MCID_T_C014: 港町ディア MCID_T_C015: 七重の塔 MCID_T_C016: 炎の裂け目 MCID_T_C017: 無限渓谷 MCID_T_C018: 浮遊島 MCID_T_C019: 廃墟の街 MCID_T_C020: 繋がれた奇岩群 MCID_T_C021: 呪詛の地下遺跡 MCID_T_C022: 迷いの森 MCID_T_C023: 揺らぎの橋 MCID_T_C024: 透魔城・地下 MCID_T_C025: 透魔城・試練の間 MCID_T_C026: 透魔城・王の間 MCID_T_C027: 透魔城・崩壊 MCID_T_C028: 透魔城・崩壊 MCID_T_X001: 小さな村 MCID_T_X002: 秘境の隠れ里 MCID_T_X003: 星界の海 MCID_T_X004: 秘境の隠れ家 MCID_T_X005: 川沿いの村 MCID_T_X006: 神竜の森 MCID_T_X007: 白い砂漠 MCID_T_X008: 秘境の山 MCID_T_X009: 賊のアジト MCID_T_X010: 密猟の森 MCID_T_X011: 荒れ果てた荒野 MCID_T_X012: 秘境の村 MCID_T_X013: 緩やかな大河 MCID_T_X014: 秘境の墓地 MCID_T_X015: 秘境の湿地帯 MCID_T_X016: 交易の街 MCID_T_X017: 荒れ地の村 MCID_T_X018: 奥深い山野 MCID_T_X019: 山地の砦 MCID_T_X020: 古書の街 MCID_T_X021: 石壁の街 MCID_T_X022: 富豪の屋敷 MCID_T_AY01: マイキャッスル MCID_T_AY02: マイキャッスル MCID_T_AY03: マイキャッスル MCID_T_BY01: マイキャッスル MCID_T_BY02: マイキャッスル MCID_T_BY03: マイキャッスル MCID_T_CY01: マイキャッスル MCID_T_CY02: マイキャッスル MCID_T_CY03: マイキャッスル MCID_T_M001: 白夜平原 MCID_T_M002: 白夜平原 MCID_T_M003: 白夜平原 MCID_T_M004: 白夜平原 MCID_T_E000: 竜の門 Edited July 6, 2015 by VincentASM
CocoaGalaxy
I'm a little confused Uhm..Wellgo's has easy access to all the map locations I believe. There are a few others though, like the Paralogues Also finally progress! I've been trying to note starting enemy counts for all the maps. I've been keeping a lot of information (basically everything) in my own personal google sheet, what can I say though (Mostly so that I don't have to go to SF every time I want to check what does X Weapon do) I've also added all the chapters to the wiki, though there are some er...minor (soon to be, of sorts) clashes with the english names However, there's a wrench in the plan in that some maps (for example, Hoshido 8) change location during the plot I would make an album with all the map locations (the easy to find ones anyway), except it might get out of hand Update http://i.imgur.com/FadwoaS.png This particular image doesn't seem to be in the list, suggesting that it's merely a ..whatever you call it. Basically it's a plot only location, by plot I mean storyline, that you don't actually go to from the map. Blah For example, I'm pretty sure you can go back to the chapters you've done before for "grinding skirmish thingies", because I recall the Chapter 3 and Chapter 6 map. Not sure about some other maps though Update 2: Hoshido Maps 7-27 added http://imgur.com/XXkQ2an,sTdk5Gn,bTOIxxS,4eIuAwV,jwdOGQk,riwQVR1,hhkIKuN,OuPpmLQ,txNyk6W,ILSvYh9,aQSjPCY,wWudNVd,tFbWzuz,2UGAo2t,o7PIIEw,XJOtH8w,D5zSFzq,PJvjJ3a,gxMzbME,YET9Miz,hyLX1gS Update 3: "More effort down the drain", but whatever Anyway it seems the translation patch thingy has done alot. E.G. Location names Update 4: To anyone who's interested, my current "Public FE14" doc is here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1BqeVX2KLY8DcKrHhVM1Rp4WZBiBNtjMxRKDB7fK8lrQ/edit?usp=sharing The base stat section is kinda obsolete now since Vincent has added them to the main site anyway. Hoshido/Nohr Normal isn't too difficult to find information on. Nohr Hard is being done by Omega, right now he's at Chapter 20 Hoshido Lunatic is being done by Rey, right now he's at Chapter 9 The rest is unknown though. A few of the data isn't there because I'm honestly too lazy to make pages for Kumegera, Clear, etc Edited July 8, 2015 by CocoaGalaxy
Uchu~
Vincent if you are still looking for English translations of the world map places, there's a few youtubers that have the English beta copy of the game so that the menus and places on the map are in English. If you would like I could give you the names of the people that distribute that kind of content. You may already know of this but just wanted to tell you just in case you didn't! CocoaGalaxy
Wish this thread would get a bit more love (so that I can post more often) Anyway, hot damn...Omega just uploaded Nohr 22 on Hard, and wow Hana is quite a beast. (37 Speed holy cow) Still to add a few other things. Update: Also Vincent, if you see this, how's the progress coming along on the enemy data? Hoho Edited July 10, 2015 by CocoaGalaxy
Uchu~
I know this thread is awesome!! I'm legitimately surprised that this thread isn't getting a lot of replies since its got information about every battle in the game. Im sure for the people who are having trouble understanding the goal of the battles would get a lot of help from here!
CocoaGalaxy
I get the sneaky feeling that there's another site somewhere that's siphoning off all the discussion or something. Not talking about Kirokan's blog, maybe there's something else
Uchu~
I get that feeling too..oddly enough xD. I mean this thread in my opinion would be like the Release Hype thread where theres a ton of replies!
BaKaDaNaa
Wow, Nohr is getting no love at all. :/ That's unfortunate, as I have trouble understanding victory conditions and map gimmicks sometimes. They are a little bit more complex on the Nohr side, I believe.
CocoaGalaxy
A little, recapping the requirements, half the time or more it's Rout/Defeat Boss/Seize anyway, and those are usually plainly obvious..somewhat (The Seize one definitely is anyway). Ghostlander
I was going to translate the in-game synopsis on each chapter, if that helps. : ) But if it feels lacking I may mention a few additional things that happen. Are you going to do Chapter plot summaries for Nohr too? I can't find any anywhere, and I'm planning on playing Nohr soon..but not without some idea of wtf is happening in the story.
