DarthMikey
I'm honestly stunned right now. I Googled to make sure and kinda just stared at the screen for a few seconds. RIP, Iwata. You won't be forgotten by all us nerds.
Ema Skye
Woah! Did not see this coming at all. He looked so healthy last time we saw him. Thanks for all you did Iwata. I know your job was very stressful over the past few years, but I knew you were up to the challenge.

Kamui-of-Nohr
Please tell me that this is fake. If not, what an incredible man Nintendo has lost. This made me teary eyed. RIP Iwata, you were a great president.
Anacybele
I didn't even know he was ill, what...? I do remember him having to sit out an E3 or something, but he recovered. This is just...completely out of the left field, just like Robin Williams. Speaking of which, I've lost three people that helped define my childhood within a year now. Just...why...? Also, this thread should be in General Gaming. It's Nintendo-related.

Tuvillo
This was quite a shock. Purely out of respect for this man, I expect criticism towards Nintendo to weaken for a while.

Sentacotus
Very sudden and sad indeed. Just goes to show you how fragile life is. 55 is a younger age to die at now in days. Its hard to believe that my own parents are just 5 years younger. I know alot of people disagreed with him and the way Nintendo was running but regardless its still a sad and terrible thing for any family to go through. Regards and god bless to his family and friends. Edited July 13, 2015 by LordTaco42
Mango Giamatti
Remember that this is the guy who cut his pay in half when they failed to meet their fiscal goals. We lost a great man.
