Let me tell you about this game called Pac-Man Fever (not to be confused with the song). It's like Mario Party but for Namco characters (Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Astaroth, Heihachi, Tiger Jackson Reiko from Ridge Racer, a game that exists). But like, it's really bad. It's a race to the finish, there are only three boards and they all suck. And whoever wins is down to luck anyway because what you have to do is, on the last three spaces, you have to win the minigame. So on the third space, you have to place 3rd or higher, Second space, 2nd, and final space, 1st. Which means, you can get stuck on the last space by not winning the minigame and the person who was losing the entire time can catch up and steal the win from you. That was me. I was losing the game but because the game's bullshit, i was able to win. I enjoy Pac-Man Fever ironically.

Is this refering to Despotic Arsene from Xenoblade Chronicles? No, because XC1 has that really dumb mechanic where fighting monsters 6+ levels higher than you intentionally nerfs you and your party during the fight. Thankfully, that mechanic hasn't been seen since. Now if only Monolith Soft can get rid of the Spike Damage mechanic, that'd be great as well.

That it was. And yeah, that was pretty dumb. I have a hard time doing some of the quests for the 5th skill trees because they require beating enemies at stupidly high levels, to say nothing of the Alcamoth quests late in the game.

I think the worst part is that one of the Replica Monado quests requires an item that is only dropped from the only two dragon enemies in the game. And if you don't get it from Dragon King Alcar, which is a mandatory boss, then your only other option is to farm the Avalanche Abassy for it. And fighting that thing sucks, especially with that insta-kill Spike that you need protection from.

It's good. There's been plenty of great anime recently such as My Hero Academia, Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, Pop Team Epic and Konosuba. There's also been really bad ones as well such as In Another World with my Smartphone but overall, the good outweighs the bad.

It's a good anime. First few episodes are meh but it gets really good later on. As for the fanbase.....yeah, it's pretty bad. But you shouldn't let the fanbase ruin things for you.

Those too. Most everything that you need to defeat for the needed items is level 80 or higher. Also, there are three dragon enemies - The two you mentioned, and Demon King Dragonia (the latter is related to the Colony 6 side quest). Alcar doesn't drop anything, but the latter does... if you can kill it legitimately (it's level 99. Which is not nearly as awful as Abaasy's 120, but still in the area of "this is gonna suck").

Speaking of, I consider that the weirdest game I ever heard of. And while I didn't say this in that other thread, I plan on getting Gal*Gun 2 as well. Also, they released Gal Gunvolt Burst on the PlayStation Store a few weeks ago (to my knowledge, it's Mighty Gunvolt Burst, except Ekoro is available in the base game instead of as DLC).

That would be Drayden. He's also the Opelucid Gym Leader in Black (in White, Iris is the Opelucid leader instead).

I don't get why people criticize some characters for being naive or dumb or anything that doesn't make them "badass".  We see that within Fire Emblem, where some people criticize the female Lords for basically having realistic flaws.

I'm also not that bothered by characters who have something on their mind but won't say it.

So i mentioned that i was a Tales fan. While i like the series, i tried playing Tales of Phantasia (the first game in the series) and it's not bad by any means, it's just really average compared to other games in the series. On that same note, while i'm a fan of Kid Icarus, i'm only actually a fan of Uprising, which is one of the best games ever made. The original Kid Icarus and Of Myths and Monsters didn't hook me at all.

On the anime side, there's an anime called The Anicent Magus' Bride. It had an interesting premise but the characters were too boring for me to care.

I don't know if i have a favorite but i can say what my least favorite. I see this both in games and in anime. It's the trope where a prince or princess has some plot against them or something and the chancellor/prime minster/some other guy of a high position is always behind it. Every time.

As for least favorite character trope, anyone who is emotionless without an actual reason for it. Violet from Violet Evergarden starts off emotionless and there's a legitimate reason for it. That's fine. I like when there's a reason. But then you have Inaho fom Aldonah.Zero who's emotionless as fuck because the plot said so. Also the "nice guy who can do no wrong and has the answers to everything and also has a harem" trope that you see in almost every Isekai anime. Unless it's a parody.

Slow as fuck tutorials (i'm looking at you Pokemon) and sidequests that are vague as fuck (I'm looking at you Xenoblade 1). Also when JRPGs don't put maps in their dungeons and it's even worse when there's random encounters (not that random encounters are bad).

I mean, Lv.99 isn't too bad, as that's the level cap for your party members. It's just that leveling up in XC1 is a bit slow compared to other games in the series.

I'd be a Dread Fighter but one that specializes in Strength/Magic, Speed and Defense (whereas most specialize in Resistance). Don't know about growths though.

Again, i haven't actually done a whole lot of research so i can't really anwser this. The only Roman Emperor i know off the top of my head is Nero Claudius and that's only because i have friends that are Fate fans. 

I also thought Julius Caesar was an Emperor for the longest time but a quick google search proved me wrong.
