It's not possible to go around and grab and place the left arrow as last in time. My second plan was to grab the left arrow first and go down to throw it on the ground one space below of Satori's current spot. Then I grabbed the right arrow with the target to hold it next to the wall quickly. I did it as fast as I can but I still couldn't do it in time. Koishi felt from the wall... The correct order is right, left, right, up, left. Yes, you need to send her back once to have enough time to carry the signs to their correct positions.
