PokéStarz
Who do we think the new characters would be? I’m leaning towards the obvious: Anna. But they could pull another Shadows of Valentia and have the TCG characters brought in.
Book Bro
I'm on chapter 13 BE but I gotta say I really want Playable Randolph, Fleche, Ladislava, and Judith on their corresponding House's path. And make Randolph and Judith same sex options while you're at it.

Spoiler Honestly, playing Golden Deer it is a travesty that characters like Judith and Nader aren’t recruitable/playable like they would be in any other Fire Emblem game. It’s also somewhat weird that Judith or Claude doesn’t swoop in to join you on the Church route, which is basically just a watered down version of the Golden Deer route. warchiefwilliams
What I expect: The usual slew of grind maps, along with a few extra fan-service features added; like new costumes, the sauna and probably a beach episode or two. Anna decides to stop hanging around the marketplace and goes off to the field with you. What I would prefer: One-off or mini campaigns (2-3 chapters) focused on historical events ranging from the war between Serios and Nemesis, the War of the Eagle and Lion to Spoiler The rise and fall of Sothis and the Red Canyon civilization What would be perfect: A mixture of the above along with Spoiler actually expanding and properly concluding El's path. Vyniea
Might be an odd one out but I just want an infinite grind DLC because I'm really curious to see how you can break the game with multiclassing and all. I would like that! An option to oposse the church with the Blue Lions would be interesting, and personally I don't mind kicking Rhea out of the Monastery! I also want an option to slap Edelgard so hard and make her start working with the other houses but this one is obviously not going to happen But since this is probably never going to happen, I'm going to say... I want a patch to pet the animals, is a crime looking at them an being impossible to touch them!

I thought it was Max who activated (somehow) a satellite that dropped a freaking orbital laser. How cool is that ? It would also make sense with the lore and setting of the game. Boy, Mawlock would be broken, but oh so fun.
Brimney
After all the death and drama, a nice light hearted map or two focused on supports between students could be nice. Also there’s been some data mining Spoiler Sothis at least has a level up, select, and Crit quotes in the game (Rhea and Jeralt less surprising as they can be allied units) so it would not surprise me to see her in dlc. bufkus
Side stories would only be fun if its paralogues that you can play with your existing team. I don't want any prequel bullshit. the Sothis / Nemesis battle sounds awful to be honest. Honestly the biggest thing the game is missing is a postgame. I get that they didn't have one because they have 4 routes that they want players to experience, but postgame would have given this game some real longevity. Interdimensional Observer
Does the monastery have a brewery as is? No Medieval monastery is complete without a brewery. Unless you were a monk or a pilgrim, you likely never drank the stuff, but it's supposed to have been deliciously artisanal. Trappists monks in Belgium still make beer to this day and by "make" I mean entrust it to professional industrial brewers. To go with the strong alcohol (albeit commonly diluted to avoid a day all drunk, but to keep it safer than water to drink), they would make cheeses, strong, pungent cheeses to cut through the ale. So any brewery would have to be accompanied by a cheese production facility. If you weren't a monk, you drank whatever the woman currently assigned to rotating ale duties in your village made. But that isn't a problem. Female empowerment I say! Let the player assign the all-important duty of producing the ale of the month to the lady who deserves it at the school, provided the lady sincerely consents to the job, with a legal contract preventing them from being tried and executed as a witch later. It's understandable why Ukrainians don't like people using the "The" though, as it implies Russian ownership. Which is obviously a major issue, as seen with Russia's invasion of Crimea. The Pope
New classes are a must. As much as I love this game (easily my favorite since Radiant Dawn, my favorite in the series), the current class system just gets under my skin. Or to be more precise, while I love the ability to switch classes whenever and have them be non-linear, the current selection just feels...off. Going from Soldier to Pegasus Knight or Cavalier makes perfect sense. But then for Advanced Class, what is a Pegasus Knight supposed to move into? Paladin? Why would a Pegasus Knight have focused any energy into Riding, let alone the amount needed to be a Paladin? Wyvern Rider? Okay cool, if you have sufficient Axe expertise, which you typically won't. My Ingrid was forced to languish in Pegasus Knight until she could skip past Advanced straight into Master because making her a Wyvern Rider would've wasted her valuable time upgrading a weapon I wouldn't have her using. In general, the Master Classes just feel wrong. For Dark/Holy Knights, why would there be any reason prior to rank up your Warlock/Bishop to have that high of a level in Riding? The C ranking in Lance I get, that's not too extreme, but an A in riding, for a class that up until then had no business on a horse? What the hell? War Master is pretty much the only option for a Warrior to promote into...you know, unless you played Hilda as a Warrior, in which case enjoy being blocked off from War Master due to your lack of penis! Conversely, making Gremory, the only class that promotes an all-magic character, female-only is a savage blow to any male mages on your team. So here's my recommendations. First, remove gender restrictions. Just knock that off. It was a dumb move that was rectified in Fates, so why are we bringing this archaic nonsense back? It was more forgivable in past games when characters had to stick to a linear class progression, but when my Lysithea can't become a Dark Mage despite knowing dark magic, that makes zero sense. Pegasus Knight needs to be either shuffled into Advanced, or a new mid-tier Pegasus class needs to be added into Advanced. The whole Dark Mage nonsense needs to be reconsidered; once you make it gender-neutral, you need to have a way to obtain Dark Seals outside of just the Death Knight. Make them available in the shop but you can only buy, like, one a month. Or have them be tournament rewards, or quest rewards, or Paralogue rewards. I don't care, just make them more available. Beyond that, we need more and better Master Class options. Currently all of the Advanced classes require you to have either an A in one weapon or a B/C in multiple. But then for Master, it's just A in multiple, and then B/C in one. Why not have classes that require an S, to reward specialists? Trueblades, Berserkers, hell I'll even take Halberdiers. Great Knights just feel like this weird off-putting frankenstein, because with the amount of armor AND riding expertise it requires, it's a near impossibility for Armored Knight/Fortress Knight units to smoothly transition into, and it's a near impossibility for Paladin units to smoothly transition into. Do what the past games did, make it a "jack of all trades, master of none" class. Change its requirements to B Armor, B Riding, B Axe, B Lance, B Sword. That would make it a rewarding class to any unit that would naturally spread itself thin like that, like Ferdinand. But then have Gold Knights which are focused more directly on riding, lance and sword, and then super duper fortress knights that focus on armor, axe and lance. Oh, and while I'm here, why do the final chapters have chests when the thief line awkwardly stops in Advanced with Assassin? It's the same thing with Sniper; there are cool perks to being those classes, but for endgame they're dead-end ruts when Master Classes are sitting right there. Long story short, I like a LOT of what they did with the classes, but the system needs a shake-up, and thankfully we live in an era where patches can do that. Whether IS will have any incentive to actually make better classes is yet to be seen, but hope springs eternal.
