Fast thoughts: * Great gameplay, but like 2, lacks the unique boss fights of 1. Final Boss fight goat tho * Great cast, amazing worldbuilding and the best sidequests ever. Alright now that you're finished, you can click this Spoiler There is post-game content with Melia and Nia. Go to top floor of Cloudkeep and entrance hall of Keves Castle respectively. Or just a quest each Spoiler In the case of N at least, the benefit was spending eternity with M.....which is why he becomes broken when M willingly dies. But the general benefit of things staying the same....is that they stay the same. And if things stay the same, you don't really need to do anything after that. I don't think it's a super deep message, I just get what the game is saying. Maybe could've spent a bit more time in the oven cooking the idea perhaps and I still think Z would be better if he was just completely unfeeling....but it was cooked enough to where I got it. He has kids with Pyra, Mythra and Nia and these kids likely inherited Blade-like qualities which is why we see what we see in Xenoblade 3. This is speculation (which is fine, the timeline's been like eons) but I like to think that Rex was chad enough that he started a whole new race of people.
