So in SV, Hail is replaced with Snow. Instead of being a DoT effect on everything that isn't an Ice-Type, it now instead grants a 50% buff to their Defense. Chespin line is pretty cool. Quilladin isn’t great but it’s biggest problem is it exists in the same gen as Greninja. Grooky LMAO is true though, I’m surprised you didn’t include gen 9’s grass starter. Those are the real misses. By in exchange, you get Decidueye, Sceptile, Serperior… kings among kings. And Venusaur and Torterra are great too. Cetitan just has an amazingly bulky stat spread, and the kind of moves to take advantage of it. Iron Bundle (the future Delibird) is so powerful Smogon had to quick ban it from competitive.
