I've come back and won from soooo many situations where I've had one stock and theyve had two each player. Giving up isnt the right solution, I think. You just threw away a possible win, really. Understandable, people usually prefer watching things. It's why Superheroes in public concious are more recognized through movies and TV than comics. What I usually do is watch the anime first and then if I like it, read the manga where it left off. Doesn't always work though, I tried picking up the Konosuba manga after the second season ended but the manga is way behind because the anime is adapting the light novel. My recommendation would be the Trails series, if you haven't played them yet. Edit: Actually Tokyo Xanadu Ex+ might even suit you more since it's an action JRPG. I asked myself the question for the E-Shop, but I "only" purchased the two Fate games since some people praised it, and I still have some affection towards Elizabeth. In general I should better not check out any sales since I rather should finish my games instead.
