Fun > Balance, and broken classes are part of the norm for FE 😛

Yep, especially since in this story the enemy doesn’t have access to this OP class.

I’ve been out of in-person school for so long that I forgot the pledge of allegiance. Wow...

Although, I always did have trouble remembering it without saying it in front of the flag. It’s basically muscle memory.

I’d recommend Stardew, I think it’s on there. I guess it depends on what lightcosmo is in the mood for.

I mostly play JRPG's or simple RPG's.

I decided to buy Tales of Zestiria knowing that it's not great, but I couldn't say no to 84% off.

You already had Symphonia or something? Would've recommended that one, haha.

I've played Symphonia, Vesperia, Abyss Xillia, Xillia 2, Grace's, and Berseria.

It's really meant to be a reminder of the ideals America was founded on, like our national anthem.

I'm certain it makes sense for Americans-I'm just an outsider in that regard. We Canadians prolly have a lot of cultural stuff that everyone else thinks is wacky as well.

Huh.

At the beginning of class each day, in the morning, they make us turn to the U.S. flags that  I’m pretty sure are mandatory in each classroom that can be used for a homeroom/first period, put our right hands over our hearts, and say: “I pledge allegiance,

to the flag,

of the United States of America,

and to the republic for which it stands,

one nation under god,

indivisible,

with liberty and justice for all.*”

*terms and conditions may apply.

Me: *reads about a part in CrossCode where you have to do three full-length dungeons back-to-back*

Also me: *is about to start that part of the game*

I am pleased to report that this was nowhere near as bad as I thought. All three dungeons of this part were reasonably lengthed, all three of them can be done in one sitting individually.

I've since learned that CrossCode was an early access game and the developers took the feedback that the first two dungeons were long as shit very seriously which is why the remaining dungeons are reasonable.

@Shrimperor since you did say you beat the desert temple, that means you got through the worst of it.

A traditional brainwashing method that's been practiced in American schools for decades now.

Fixed it for you.

Except some schools will actually suspend students if they refuse to do the Pledge of Allegiance.

So the pledge is an infomercial now? 😛

Some jokes land, some jokes don’t.

Anything can be twisted and used improperly. It doesn't make it inherently bad because it's used for purposes beyond its original scope.
