I don't actually know about that. Game has great performance. Feels like it runs at 60 fps. And since it's a DS game, it can be played just fine on the 3DS.

Of course a port is just as good an excuse as any for a Kingdom Hearts game that allows you to play as ALL the characters.

Although i wouldn't be so against Perma death being gone if, and only if:

  • We get actual real difficulty without surprise bullshit or turnwheel
  • Some heavy incentives for the player to keep all units alive every map. And i am not just talking about rank bonuses.
  • Some punishment for the player for losing a unit (Something like Yggdra's Zero Reset could work)
  • More maps where when any unit dies it's a game over

No, please. The others are fine, but please don't do this. Resetting is tedious enough, don't force people who don't want to bother with it to do it.

It's pretty obvious that IS no longer cares to even try to design a good game.
The moment you give the player save states, you are basically admitting you are just throwing random bullshit on the wall.

...mostly for the buttons, and the screen really.

Gunnulf’s death has 2 benefits as well!

1. The ox now has someone to keep him company in purgatory or wherever.

2. I’m sure some random peasants loved stumbling upon that money I left because I wanted Gunnulf’s body.

See, they’re totally both as beneficial.

The default controls are not ideal, but I find it plays really well with the camera being set to the L and R buttons.

give us a save spell that gives us a limited amout of saves per map or something

Something like Kaga's save staff, but regens every map and has 3-5 charges

I still would prefer perma death not being gone tho, it's one of FE's charms for me.

I wonder how soon I'll get a response to that. FE fans never seem to fail in over-enthusiastically defending something in a video game.

And if we're talking save methods, bring back RD battle saves.

Who needs Divine Pulse or Mila's Turnwheel when you can just start from exactly where you saved?

This would be less dumb than the save staff but still dumb.

Honestly, saving every turn works fine, Valkyria Chronicles does it and there's no issues.

Fair enough. I personally like having more freedom, is all. It would just make it alot easier to work with. Stretching your thumb to reach the pad is a little difficult, haha.
