I'm most excited about the fact that we finally have a special 4-star pool for Special Heroes.

Also Duo Catria on the Hero Fest. I'm glad I didn't bother to pull for her in her Double Special Heroes banner now.

Yeah, this is really nice. Between the increased weekly revival banners and the 4* seasonals, it should get a lot easier to fill out old unit lineups.

The banner is all characters we've seen before, but it seems to have our first colorless tome armor and first red bow armor, two of the handful of missing unit types. And a sixth Chrom right with his seventh on the horizon, that's pretty funny. Owain is also noteworthy for having Blue Flame while presumably being the demote.

Happy to see Chrom, Seliph, and Tiki all winning CYL 6.

I do not have Legendary Dimitri yet, I'll definitely try to summon him on that banner.

I knew Awakening would be the focus of this years Valentine's banner! I almost exactly predicted the characters, too. Chrom, Robin, Lucina, Lissa, and Owain. I just didn't think they'd have BOTH Robins, I thought Emmeryn or Frederick might make an appearance.

I'm a big fan of the changes to summoning, that's pretty awesome.

Me summoning Spring Lucina is that much closer to reality. I'm so excited for everything I can't organize my thoughts. Congrats to the four upcoming Brave units (double so for 1st place winner Chrom)!

As for "A Hero Rises", I will spam the Harmony.

Pretty good FEH Channel overall.

Happy about the CYL winners, especially Byleth.

I was just about to start making a +10 Aversa, nice to know I'll be able to save some feathers and grails.

Might pull for Bridal Catria on Hero Fest. Kind of surprised to see Dimitri and Plumeria there, would have expected more recent units like Nott.

First Lissa and non-Grima Robin alts since 2017. Duo Chrom looks like a stronger and red LChrom. Owain is a seasonal demote with Blue Flame.

Right as I was getting close to a full screen of full Hero Merit, they raise the cap...

Two weekly revival banners is great. Would have preferred to see a bunch of year 1-2 5*s just demote, but this is better than nothing.

Summoner Duels S...ugh. Because we all LOVE Summoner Duels.

4* SH Special Rate looks nice, but in practice will likely not be that special, despite the name.

Not in FEH Channel, but there's a notification that we will sometimes get two legendary months in a row instead of a mythic.

It's a bit disappointing, but there are still a few older units that I still need to pull for. Also, with Special Heroes finally getting refines, quite a few of the older banners are now worth pulling on in general, especially since they'll have a higher summon rate than New Power banners.

Distant Pressure is a Spd boost, so there's no way this skill will use "Pressure".

Going in presentation order. 

• CYL results are pretty nice. Most interested in seeing what they'll do with Tiki. 
• Quests and stuff are expected. Kinda wished they gave a bit more orbs, but oh well. 
• Hero fest is awesome! I've missed every single Plumeria banner so I'm going to get her this time yes or yes. Bridal Catria got hit due to Elimine, but she's still a really strong unit and I'd also like to get her on the road of sparking Plumeria. 
• As for the free seasonal. I didn't see in detail what units you can get, so I'll check that out later to see what's the most convinient color. 
• Valentines banner is ok. I'll probably skip. Of note is just that F!Robin's art seems a little to similar to Henriette's, and that kinda sticks out as a sore thumb to me. 
• Heroes Journey is whatever. 
• It certainly took IS a long time to add new AR maps. I like the nightmare one (can't spell the name of the fairy realms names to save my life), although neither of them seem to be all that good if one takes AR seriously. 
• Arena maps are hellish more often than not and heavily favor fliers, so I don't expect that to change with the new ones. 
• I didn't like Summoner Duels R, and this one requires you to have more teams...we'll see, but I don't feel particularly optimistic about this mode. 
• Yearly demotions are cool, now I'll be free from Lugh. 
• The special 4 star rate for old seasonals...I'm mixed about it. It increases the value of the old rerun seasonal banners, but outside of character favoritism I can only see the Halloween Myrrh banner as having enough value to summon for (and that's mostly because H!Myrrh is really good and I need to get her to +10 already). 
• Remixes including Mythics was just a matter of time.

I really hope m!Robin being the back end of Chrom's Valentine's alt doesn't count against him. I'll be pretty annoyed if it costs us a proper male Robin alt because "lol he and f!Robin have equal numbers" when no, they absolutely do not. Same story with m!Byleth being the back end of Sothis.

Also did they retcon Chrom and Leif to be bow users or something

Summoning pool changes are interesting. That's a lot of units that are gonna get yeeted out of the pool.

Summer Tana has wrecked me enough times in Aether Raids already for me to respect her. We're also getting refines for Winter Ephraim this month and New Year Gunnthra next month, and it's hard to imagine them coming out poorly.

Chrom does have Archer as one of his reclass options in Awakening. That might be where it comes from for him.

Leif....can use bows as a Master Knight in FE4 but he can also use anything else sans Dark Magic so I don't know why they keep sticking him with a bow specifically.

Oh, I'm aware yeah. It's not too weird for Chrom to get a bow once, but it's a little odd that it's happened twice. He also does use lances, which for some reason they've never given him in Heroes.

I'm definitely gonna be saving up orbs for those Caineghis and Brave Eliwood weekly banners. I only need two more of Caineghis to get him up to +10, and Eliwood is one of my favorite Brave units. Need more Brave Hector, too.

The one thing I'm not really enthusiastic about from the channel is the Hero Merit increase. I only just finished getting everyone I had maxed out re-maxed out...and now I have to re-re-max them out. I'm never going to catch up, am I? Oh, and the Summoner Duels stuff, that mode sucks.

Yup, HM Limit increases are such a double-edged sword. And I had just cleared out a six month backlog worth of units too.

Let me know if I screwed up the rarity of any of the guaranteed 5-stars; my memory isn't the best on who was the demote of each banner.

I just checked and I certainly don't want to pick green. I have like 80% of all the units listed there and the ones I don't have are kinda underwhelming (Tharja, Caspar, Alfonse). I'll pray for a Colorless orb to appear because I can get something out of every single unit there. If not then I'll go Red for a chance at Spring Severa.

True, although in my case it doesn't help that I already have at least 1 copy of the good units from those banners I may or may have not put Summer Tana on an AR-D team to screw with people at one point. I still think that this summoning change isn't going to make most of the old seasonal banners enticing outside of a couple banners with noteworthy units, favoritism for certain characters or just wanting to fill the whole Hero Catalog (if one has the means to whale for that...).

Summoner Duels S... what's next Summoner Duels T? I try not to be too negative about those modes, but I ran into a whale in Favor Battles earlier, and I had to forfeit real quick.

Chrom fans are eating pretty good this year it seems. Nice to see Owain here, I wonder if we'll get an Ophelia any time soon?

We missed getting Blue-Haired guys and Green-Haired Gals for CYL. I guess the Edel x Byleth ship is too strong.
