  1. Just please, add supports to the game. The love system in the original game, while fine, was also just so shallow since there were no supports. We are to believe these characters love each other and made a child, so show us their story! On that note, while I know the love system was meant to bring the children into the world for gen 2, give us SOME gay supports. Especially in Gen 2 where there really isn't any reason not to have them.
  2. As the Siren and Zombie rushed over, it appears that most of what took place had already finished. Of course Ayane looked just terrible, and was clearly was in a lot of pain , and the others also looked notably shaken up. The news was quite shocking. ''An agent of the church was here?! But how?'' Gabriela looked notably confused and surprised. It appeared that the agent had hoped to struck a deal with Ayane's life as the bargain. Luckily, Nessraya knows what to do in situations like this, and the agent didn't get her way. However, it nearly took Ayane's life. It's good that Ren wasn't here when it happened. He would be absolutely fuming. It appeared the church's magic was a lot more advanced than what was previously imagined. Spells reflecting back? That has to be some intense counterspell that was put on herself or her clothing. Would it be some light magic? In all her studies Gabriela never found such a spell. One thing was clear: The church is dangerous, and now that countless of her clan was on their side, they would be even more dangerous. This information had to be in the hands of Lavinia and Nessraya right away. But before she could inform them, some woman the siren had never seen before came and gave her and Jade orders to move along and do their business. Normally Gabby would protest, but it appeared that the woman wasn't in the best of moods, and everyone was a bit busy, so just this once, she closed her mouth and took Jade to, as the woman said, 'do their business.' First, they were heading towards the forge, so that's where they were going. ''Come on Jade, let's inform Lavinia and Nessraya later of what we just learned. Perhaps they have information for us, too. But first, I believe we were heading towards the forge?'' Gabriela began walking on ahead, beckoning Jade to follow her.
  3. The idea of a double date was genius, and Gabriela was almost jealous she didn't come up with it herself. ''You have got yourself a deal, Jade.'' Thoughts of how romantic a real first date with Ren would be got in her mind. Having a nice meal together, maybe hold some hands, perhaps even slip a kiss or two... now that was what a girl really needed after hearing such awful news. Unfortunately, those happy thoughts were swiftly replaced with screams and other loud noises. There was a commotion going on, most likely near the front gate. ''Hey, Jade. Do you hear that? I hate to be that person, but there's a lot of loud noises, people talking very loudly, and trouble.. well, it tends to follow our group wherever we go. What do you say we take a look before we enter the forge?''
  4. Meh, just let people like what they want. You don't have to like or dislike anything because of what other people tell you. I like Fates just fine, and I don't particularly care whether other people share that opinion. It is good to list the flaws of a game you like or dislike, and discuss at length whether you believe the game is good or not, which for the most part is just subjective. It is NOT good to insult other people for their opinions and if it bothers you that much what other people think about this game, then my guess is probably that you either love the game and can't handle criticism on it or you don't like the game as much as you think and seeing the criticism gives you doubt. Either way, just don't let it bother you. Like what you like. Dislike what you dislike. Don't insult other people's tastes of games, because they may very much value different things than you do.
  5. Alas, money ruins it once again. Not having enough of it in this case, but can you ever have 'enough', really? The lamia told Jade that she had rented a room in the pub. How fancy, renting your own room in a pub. She must be quite well liked. Or have lots of money. Or both. As they walked out, Gabriela felt quite satisfied. Finally realizing what had happened to her clan... there was no doubt the fortune teller, whose name appeared to be Circe was genuine, as she knew details she couldn't have known if she was just fibbing. But what could she do about it? All she could really do is punish the traitors and make sure they pay for allying with the church, who are responsible for mass genocide. As her eyes got used to the sunlight after being in that tent for so long, Jade looked deep in thought. After a bit of a walk which seems to be towards the forge, Jade finally spoke up. It appears the ring was deep in her mind. It didn't take a microscope to know who the 'her' in Jade's conversation was. ''Hmm, you probably know her better than me, Jade. But in my honest opinion, she would like anything if it came from you. She looks absolutely smitten with you, you know. Why not give it a try? As long as you have the money, of course. She wouldn't want you to go broke for her sake, after all. I am a bit concerned about what she said about it breaking into pieces after being worn once or whatever it was she said... but you have until tonight at the pub to think of that. I'd love to go. Pubs have such a nice atmosphere, and there are LOTS of drinks.'' She winked at Jade.
  6. While i'll be okay with anything, I have a weird craving for some Jugdral right about now.
  7. Gabriela couldn't help but laugh at the last remark. "I guess I deserved that one, didn't I?" She giggles. That ring was rather curious. It was quite pretty, and would certainly fit nice on any lady's hand, but at the same time, the amount of magic power eminating from the little thing was overwhelming, if not a tad frightening. "What a strange ring... do you want it, Jade?"
  8. I recently +10ed my favourite assassin and my first 5* exclusive +10 unit. (I have no idea why the picture is so big which is why I put it in a spoiler.)
  9. Gabriela covers her mouth after hearing the fortune teller's response. "R-right, sorry. You did help me..force of habit. It's Jade's decision anyway." She looks to Jade once more with a look that screams "Sorry!". She then sits back quietly waiting for Jade to finish her business.
  10. Don't worry, I like it too. Bit surprised at first but the art itself is really good.
  11. ''What? You are seriously going to sell us some piece of junk? What do we need some old shield for that you found somewhere? There are holes in this story, and while i'm no fortune teller, something about this shield seems fishy to me. I don't think we should pick this one up, Jade. But... i'll leave it up to your discretion, I guess.'' Gabriela eyed the Lamia suspiciously. She is really trying to sell them a strange shield that she supposedly 'found' while traveling who knows where, and no body was nearby? Wouldn't whoever this shield belonged to have simply taken it with them? And if the owner was defeated in battle, wouldn't the victor have collected their spoils? Instead, this shield was left by it's lonesome somewhere. The shield was old, but it had a crest on it, a rather striking one at that. No one in their right mind would leave this for some fortune teller to find and take it. Trying to look at the fortune teller to see if she knew something more was a futile effort, as her veil concealed most of her emotions. However, if Jade does have some interest in the shield, who is Gabriela to say she can't have it?
  12. Gabriela dried her tears, feeling surprisingly a bit better after a good cry. ''Well.. thanks. At least now I know what i'm fighting for. What I am living for..'' Gabriela looked at Jade, with a determined look in her eyes, then looked back to the fortune teller. ''You said some of my people joined the church out of their own free will, right?'' Fire appeared in her eyes. ''I'll be sure to have every single one of those traitor's heads on a pike. I won't rest until I find out why they joined the church. Why would they betray their own kind like that?!'' She turned to Jade. ''It's thanks to you that I found the truth. Now I can do something about it. Thank you, my friend.''
  13. While the veil of the Lamia was blocking most of her face, it didn't take a microscope to see that even she was shocked by what was revealed. To think a fortune teller would answer the question that has been on Gabriela's mind the entire time. While listening very intently, Gabriela dare not speak a word. All she could do was stare horrified at the fortune teller who told the terrifying tale of the truth behind her clan. Jade was clearly shocked as well, and she comforted Gaby while she couldn't do anything but listen. ''W-what... you mean.... all this time...they protected me?'' Gabriela's gaze went down, and a tear started forming. ''Angels.... what sort of sick nonsense is that..? H-how dare they.... the church....'' as she continued the sentence, the tear evolved into full-on waterworks, as she dove in Jade's arms, crying softly. ''Why...why them? W-why not me?''
  14. Gabriela listened carefully to what the fortune teller had to say. Both her and Ren were holding onto a lot of pain. This is something she could definitely agree with. But the next line is made her a little nervous. ''Getting so close to someone, despite your fear of others' distrust?'' What was that supposed to mean? She didn't elaborate further... it's as if she wanted Gabriela to fill in the answer herself. Was Gabriela getting into something that she did not want to get involved in? Was her new relationship with Ren a mistake? Are they both too mentally damaged to hold together a relationship? A thousand thoughts flooded the mind, with no clear answers reaching the surface. But she could not doubt her choices this early into the relationship, that was not why she was here in the first place. The explanation Jade got seemed no less vague to Gabriela, but Jade seemed content with what she heard. After hearing the explanation, Gabby knew what she wanted. While she would like to hear both, robbing Jade was not something on her to-do list. ''Yes Jade... I have decided. Madame fortune teller, please tell me about my past. I need to know what transpired...please.''
  15. It seemed that any bad blood Gabriela and Jade might have had had disappeared. Whether Jade's paying for the fortune teller was part of some sort of apology or not, Gaby was certainly not going to say no to a gift. When she entered, the place felt... strange, mysterious, magical. It felt like she had entered another world entirely, one only spoken of in children's books. And there she was, a purple-scaled Lamia. She wore a veil, covering much of her appearance, creating even more of an air of mystery. Jade took charge with questions, teasing the Lamia, who did not seem bothered at all. She immediately began saying the full names and last names of both women. Gaby does not use her last name very often, so the veiled lady knowing it somehow threw her off. Could that mean her powers are truly genuine? Almost immediately, a jar full of coins was pushed into their faces. It seemed like she required quite a bit of upkeep to perform her services. While Gabriela did appreciate Jade's gesture, she was not about to rob her off everything, so she would first need to find out exactly what these services meant. ''Well, if this so called 'romance reading' is free of charge, I'll take it, but i'd like you to get into just a little bit more detail about your other services. What do you mean exactly with 'my past, present, and future?' Can you truly probe into all of that? Because I do have a few things i'd like to know...'' She looked in Jade's direction after with a worried look, hoping she would know what to do.
  16. I love a lot of games, but my absolute favourite ever is The Sims 3, a game from a series that i've been a fan of since I was little, and it's so much fun to play and create stories.
  17. Not what I wanted or expected, but I have to admit, he looks pretty cool, and the fact we can play as a Zombie and an Enderman cracks me up. Worthy addition, definitely.
  18. I just really want Phoenix Wright. Let Ace Attorney gets it spotlight in Smash, please.
  19. For me, only one comes to mind: Nancy Drew, Secrets can Kill Remastered. It was my first Nancy Drew game and it was honestly a lot of fun! I do love mystery games but there are also lots of puzzles in this series so I was kind of concerned going into it, but I found them to be very fun and interesting, with great characters and great soundtracks.
  20. It actually says it right there in the notifications. Sigurd and Seliph will share one, and Arvis and Saias won't ,they will have their respective weapons (Valflame and Wargod's Tome) refined. So we got 5 refines this time.
  21. Saias, Effie and Rhajat too? Geez louise, we got a lot this time.
  22. I would have made Dimitri and Claude infantry units. I don't understand why they had to make them Cavalry, especially in Claude's case that makes little sense.
  23. The more important people of the group, which Gabriela most definitely wasn't a part of, took off to do whatever they had to in this town, which frankly looked like a dump. She had never visited Tepel, so she wasn't sure how it normally looked, but it most definitely wasn't like this. Jade seemed to have been here before, as she was leading them and her two lovely ladies through the town with no problem, and described all sorts of features of the town as they passed it. The town suddenly didn't look too shabby, with nice places to eat were everywhere, and nice shops to buy lovely clothes were spread around as well. New life could definitely bloom here, if they got the support, of course. Whether this was one of the king's priorities, remained to be seen. Then again, she didn't know the king at all, and had never seen him. She may have heard names being thrown around.. but remembering all of them is not one of Gabriela's priorities. The lingering awkwardness in the air hindered the conversation greatly. While Jade mostly spread trivia about the shops, what kind of nick-nacks they sold, who their owners were, stuff like that, Gabriela could only respond with ''I see.'' or ''Uh-huh.'' After DV and BV were taken care of, Jade finally spoke up. An offer for the ages. A fortune-teller. And it was Jade's treat? ''Wow... that sounds nice. I'm not sure how trustworthy fortune-tellers are, but... I suppose it's worth a try. It's really nice of you to treat me after I was so rude to you before... so thank you.'' the smile on Jade's face was honest and sweet, and Gabriela could not help but reciprocate.
  24. Sunbathing on top of the wagon had become on of Gabriela's favourite past-times. The only person who could join her was Bladen, and he usually didn't bother her. If anyone bothered anyone, it was usually the other way around. One of those days it was where she was just closing her eyes thinking about whatever.. the battles ahead, her relationships, and of course, money... or she was until she heard a voice. It took a while to place it but it definitely belonged to the undead Jade, the same one that Gabby had been a bit rude to since the incident after the battle. Did she really just invite her to take a stroll? In truth, Gabriela wanted to say yes, but she still felt a little bad about what happened the other day, and was unsure if Jade was just being polite, or if she actually wanted to talk. While Jade left in preparation to move on, she made some to think about it. If she didn't bury the hatchet now, who knows when another chance would present itself, if at all. No, clearly now was the time to apologize. She spread her wings, which had been well-rested and warm due to the sunlight. She jumped off the wagon and made sure to land just fine on her feet. Jade wasn't terribly difficult to find, as she was always around, unlike some other monsters in the group, who were better off not being named. ''Hey Jade, sorry I didn't answer you sooner, but that stroll sounds lovely. Only if you still have time of course. Besides, i'm a little tired of letting my wings collect dust on the roof of the wagon while sunbathing. My legs need some exercise too!'' She pointedly stood on her feet after that, taking a bit of time to get used to the weight of her wings.
