After saving another 20 orbs up, i go into the spring focus three separate times and am met with despair. a dupe 4 star wendy, a THIRD 4 star corrin F, a three star fred (MY LIKE FOURTH, at least i can pass his hammer to someone) and then a 5 star! Except it was Raven. Literally the only possible 5 star green unit I could get that I did not want. I already had a trained 4 star raven and if I wanted a 5 star brave axe I'd rather it be camilla since at least she can fly. I mean I wouldn't necessarily want Hawkeye either but at least he'd be someone new, which is always novel. Meanwhile Hector, Shareena, rexcalibur guy, minerva...all of htose would have been more than acceptable. I think if those twitter quiz orbs come out soon (the 7th?) I might be able to do one more pull before easter goes away. I really want the flying tome camilla, but i'd settle for chrom or lucina, too. Also would it kill them to like....guarantee that every color shows up? It is awful when you get something like 4 Reds and a green, especially in focuses like this one where there isnt even a red (or colorless). Like just...Red/Blue/Green/Colorless and then have the final slot be a random color.

These CGs are so pretty The entire game's artstyle just is absolutely on point. I'm someone who enjoyed the style & asethetic of Awakening & Fates (...well mostly...there's some just absolute nonsense in fates i wont even begin to defend), but Echoes' style might be my favorite in the series.

You realistically can not datamine it. You need a specific key to get it to do anything, and the entire purpose of those keys is they require entirely too much dedicated computation to crack. I also believe there's some other things that complicate it. One of the SM dataminers had a nice pastebin outlining it, but I've lost it. Note that SM was a different boat. That was the demo being datamined like a month before release (then someone got it early another week or so later).

This got me to go double check the news post. Early april is Navarre, late april is Zephial; Early May is Xander, late May is Lloyd (who is entirely new, yeah) I had forgotten they come every 2 weeks. Even though they released 4 of them...not sure why I jumped to monthly. 2 a month for a year makes more sense then, so we should be getting several new ones unless after camus they just loop back around with narcian

Pretty easy quests this go around. The wrys quest took a few tries but only because I kept putting my other units in danger; wrys himself just hung out in the back away from everyone. I have yet to find a single level 40 enemy flyer, though.

They probably will be cycled through, just like the daily battles. Right now we have Navarre (next week), Zephial, Xander (normal), & Camus left to release. Narcian, Robin F, Ursula, and Michalis are already out. An 8 month rotation would make sense. Veronica & Zach Masked Knight will probably be saved for next year. I kind of suspect we'll get new actual main story chapters once per year just judging by the fact that the quests associated with them cycle normal-lunatic but dont expire until next february. Also wouldn't be too surprised if there's eventually a focus all about the hero battlers, especially since most of them aren't obtainable as 5 stars without heavy investment.

I suspect Camilla's skill is a typo and is supposed to be for crystals & shards. The icon for it depicts shards while Xander's depicts badges.

Buff men tend to stay buff in their original class & related models. Vaike & Basillio, for instance, use the buff model in every warrior line, i believe. Fates was dumber in that the default model for the oni savage WAS buff...but only with the men (to my knowledge anyway, I don't think I ever tried giving Oni Savage to any of the other girls). Resulting in things like class changing hayato looking buffer than rinkah Anyway since they seem to be paying a lot of attention to the models as time goes on, Atlas will probably be fine, at least in his original class.

7 of them at current, my lucky has certainly improved to varying degrees. Cain, Takumi, Sanaki, Eldigan, Azura, Jaffar, Ninian (this one was silly, i got the counter up to 4.25% before finally pulling any 5 star after jaffar) I never did a reroll, so I didn't cain for ages. Since then I've gotten pretty lucky. I usually get at least one new 5 star per all-new banner (I don't pull from the hero battle banners). Big exception being the sibling bond one, which didn't interest me. The only reason I have 2 from the latest is because I wanted to try rolling for one of the thunder twins or a 5 star axe and then the rate just got so high.... also no upgrades. i've used enough feathers and have enough in stock that i probably could have done at least one, but it was more important to upgrade some pivotal 3 stars either for full use or their 4 star skills. Hoping hero merit will be a game change enough to make promotion worthwhile.

Dragon Veins. DVs were one of my favorite things from Fates and would be a great way to add ways to shake up a map either with passive effects (like Hinoka's Conquest map with the wind mechanic) or major map alterations (raise/lower sections, destroy sections, platofrms, etc). Ideally some of these would be optional and could be activated by enemy generals as much as they can yours and there's some strategy involved with when you do/do not activate a vein. And if they change up the map in even a small way, it would also give the mission mode a little variety since you could have veins already set off. Just handwave why non-dragons/non-dragon bloodlines can activate them by saying they drank dragon blood or got a dragon blessing or something.

Ah, thanks for that. It's been a while since I used my untrained green units so I forgot the basica green tomes were all wind and only Excalibur has the anti-flying effectiveness

It looks like Camilla's spell is wind based, so between that and being a flying mage she's going to stand out regardless unless her stats are trash across the board

Huh, yeah. Xander's normal voice is David Stanbra, Spring Xander is George Spelvin. Odd, wonder if they couldn't get Stanbra?

I'm guessing summer will be something like Beach Festival and use swimsuits (& maybe kimonos/yukatas) and Fall will be "Harvest Festival" with a bunch of vegetable weapons aside from the obvious pumpkin
