On the reasoning: I play with a lot of talking. If I'm town, it usually has a lot of irrelevancy in it. But that is me reading people's posts over and over and over to find information. (I have all 14 pages, plus this one that I'm typing in, open in tabs.) I post anything I think might be useful. If you look, I don't post a lot, but most of it has information or reasoning for what I do. Or corrections to previous posts. I try to post what I find. Given that I am running on a lot of people not doing much, I only find small points. When it comes to Mafia, I haven't played enough as Mafia to know how I play. On the Blitz->Nightmare: No, we're antagonizing Blitz for making even less relevant posts than I have. And for a complete and utter lack of logic in his actions. Page 5: He answered Core about his playing style Page 5: He answered the next Core question about his own playing style Page 5: He thanked Nightmare Page 6: He greeted Strawman Page 6: He asked Domu a question about something and if he should bandwagon with Kay against him Page 6: He defended his idea of wagoning for the sake of wagoning Page 6: He greeted Iris Page 6: He asked a question about an obvious Domu point against him. Page 6: He lol'd at a vote against him. Page 7: He misunderstood my badwagon pressuring as a Rein bandwagon Page 7: He greeted Shinori Page 7: He voted me for jumping on a Rein Bandwagon when it was actually a pressure wagon. Page 7: He didn't see my point. Page 7: He greeted Sho about 2 pages before he showed up. Page 7: He continued to misunderstand me. Page 9: He apologized to Strawman about calling him a lurker all the time Page 9: He said he would unvote if Nightmare continued posting. Page 9: He was disappointed Sho wasn't there in full. Page 9: He said Nightmare is different. Page 12: He clarified something. Page 12: He said he never voted Core, and voted Nightmare. Page 12: He has a life, he says. Page 13: He made a comment about how people don't read long posts. Page 13: He made a comment about Nightmare and persuasion Page 13: He would unvote NM, but he thinks he might get lynched I, unlike him, have tried to keep my info to pertaining to the game. It may not have much relevancy, but I was mostly talking about this game. He had a ton of noninformative, non-game related posts. Supposedly it's the latter, as he said so himself, but, in all honesty, wouldn't the rest of the mafia advise him to STFU should he be drawing so much attention to himself? Anyways, we all know that Blitz is terribly erratic, and well, the proof doesn't do much to increase my knowledge that he's erratic. I'm not trying to say that Blitz is vindicated, but despite his spontaneous posting, it does not necessarily mean he is scummy. Unless you guys want to lynch him for being unhelpful to the town should he be aligned with us; but I think we should look in favor of more scummier players. But yes, I agree, I want to listen to Domu's reasons on why he wants to lynch Blitz. I'm not really on the Blitz bandwagon at the moment. There was no bandwagon on Rein, I don't care if you said "im talking abt d1 random band", because that was absolutely retarded. Also, hint: If you're gonna word something, phrase it well. I learnt that the hard way in PoT. At this point, I'm thinking overjoyed scum, happy to try and push a lynch on anyone. Perhaps it's too early or I'm being too harsh, but he agreed that "sheeping when you've got no one to vote is right". That obviously leads to a mis-lynch, and letting sheepers go around freely is a big mistake, since the Mafia doesn't care about who they're lynching as long as it isn't one of its members, and Towns won't do that because their whole purpose is obviously to help each other. That way of thinking is scummish imo. Then again, it could be too early to be judging people like that, but I'd rather vote on someone who I see something wrong with than let a non-lynch or mis-lynch happen. I see no reason to say that I may change votes, so that's the last time I say this. For now, he's my best bet. Sheeping is not ALWAYS bad, for example, in an OC setting where TL goes for a lynch. I was making a joke at the same time as pressuring, stating how pressuring people seemed to be a bandwagon at this time. To be honest, I don't remember if I had read everything fully or not, all I know I noticed was everyone pressuring people. So I pressured the one I think rarely gives enough info, to no avail. AND I'M NOT INSISTENT ON THE REIN BANDWAGON. I HAVE ACTUALLY TRIED TO GET SOMETHING DONE FOR A CHANGE WITH THAT. IT FAILED MISERABLY, YES, BUT I LEARNED AN IMPORTANT LESSON. NEVER PRESSURE REIN. HE WON'T TALK. And if you look back at other posts, I have attempted to be somewhat helpful. I may not be effective at taking off my lynch votes, but I at least have tried to get something done. 13th Posted January 1, 2012 Share Posted January 1, 2012 I voted Rein to try and pressure him. If you'd have noticed my other post, I said that my bandwagon comment was a joke. I try to avoid making those, and this is why. They usually end up with me getting lynched. I guess there is only one thing to do. I am Town Persuader. In a random choice, I made Rein vote Nightmare to see what kind of flavor is made when I persuade people. It also lets me test the power to see what happens. This is D1. I had no info on who I should persuade to do what, so I chose randomly. I didn't want it to come to a D1 claim, because those tend to result in either killings of people or result in the claimer being lynched. But since our dear JB decided to incriminate me with this with evidence that, like Sho said, is random and almost derailing, I have to claim to try and defend myself. With that said, I will NOT vote JB. I still think Blitz is the one who is most suspicious, and think that lynching him, besides ridding us of one nuisance, will most likely take out a Mafia.
