It amazes me how you people managed to produce 16 pages on 40ppp (double the amount of PoTM and in less time), yet still managed to say so little. But anyway, it seems that there isn't much time left during the Day and it seems our viable targets are Blitz, Sho, Core and possibly 13th (someone correct me if I made a mistake here, thanks). Following that, I will give my opinions on these four and wait for the others until after the flip, I hope that's acceptable. Blitz - he's one of the reasons for the topic size it seems, yet I cannot remember anything useful from him in particular Sho - the most memorable thing about him was certainly the reasoning for a Nightmare lynch which was somewhat questionable; still I'm not sure whether that's enough for a lynch quite yet, especially since he seemed to have dropped it after some time Core - most of his posts were pretty short from what I recall which isn't necessarily a terrible thing, yet still noteworthy.. I don't think he'd make a good lynch for D1 though 13th - I'm not sure what to think of him tbh... there really are viable arguments for both town and anti-town, so let's say for the moment that he's polarizing Currently I would agree with the voting majority that Blitz seems to be the most viable lynch, given his lack of contributions (from what I recall at least), even if the situation certainly isn't optimal...alternatively 13th I guess. Furthermore, I hope our investigative and killing roles, should they exist, have a brain of their own, so don't give the mafia hints who to target. Certainly, I believe I said I would provide them after the lynch just to save myself the trouble of doing it twice. If you would like to hear them now though, here you go: 1. D4V3 (Rein) - target of the persuader, which may or may not mean anything; his contributions otherwise are limited but I recall finding them more helpful than the giant amount of posts of some others 2. JB - very close to what I said about Rein, not the persuader's target obviously, yet slightly more contributions from what I can recall 3. eclipse - provided summaries which is always helpful; her actual contributions were a bit on the lower end of the sprectrum iirc but she's picked up the pace towards the end of this phase (that is, while I was asleep) 5. Bizz - she has made quite a few posts apparently, yet I don't recall her talking a lot (this may be the result of double posts which I tend to merge in my mind)... the contributions she made were decent in general though 7. Nightmare - rather inactive, I recall two to three posts of his that had actual content and those were answers to surveys; also got voted because of the persuader 8. Kay - more active than usual which is nice; most of what she says seems sensible from what I recall 9. Rapier - didn't start thinking until the middle of the phase, and I'm not sure whether I can get behind his theories 11. Iris - provided votals a lot of the time which was nice... other than that though, I can remember only one or two posts of her that actually contributed to the game 12. It's up to you to trust me or not, which I hope you will once we're through these two phases. @eclipse: I'll try to make an effort of reacting to people who wonder about my inactivity. For now, a collective response: I observe the way the game plays out, and how people act/react and all such. On day 1, the tells are little to me, so I don't really find it worthwhile to be posting a lot or making random guesses. I'd like to have more firm thoughts before I actually post them. Which I do now, incidentally. General thoughts: - Sho was, and still is, making my spidey-sense tingle. He withdrew from his dubious theory of "lynch nighty", but his defence makes me think things, on top of everything else he's done so far (his quarrel with eclipse being a good one). I'm willing to overlook it for the time being, however. - 13th strikes me as a flustered and amateurish town (no offence to you here) more than scum. Maybe this is just me, but I'm going to repeat something I've said before in this thread: in FE4 mafia (even though it allegedly sucked), he was somewhat acting the same (except less worse; no claiming all over the place, but instead, he suspected the whole board of being mafia), until Kaoz took over. I could tell from Kaoz's play style that 13th had a town role, he was just inept at being a townie. So yeah, I'm not going to judge him as scum for the time being. - Blitz is a true enigma. His useless fluff was why I voted him in the first place, but his recent antics make me more wary of him. However, like 13th, I think this might be a trait of him that is not necessarily revealing of his alignment. It was a note on a whole list of thoughts on all of the players in this game. Your reasoning makes sense and, now that I look back, your votes did help get Eclipse and Rapier to talk. (Rapier more so than Eclipse) However, you are making this into a much larger deal than it needs to be imo. I hardly accused you of anything so your reaction is definitely interesting, to say the least. You were accusing me of something, I had a reasonable defense to explain. No point ignoring you, that doesn't do much for discussion, so I may as well post. Oh, that was Kay's list never mind, I should be asking Kay that question~ Eh? List? IIRC the only one I posted was in no particular order - I just copied the player list from the OP and added my opinions of everyone. That's how I see it: - Sho's tried to vote Nighty because he's an oportunist ("We should lynch him to see what's up with the persuader!" even though that makes no sense), then after we picked on him enough he decided to go for someone else. Later, after we kept saying just how Nightmare was being vague, Sho tried to make a motif agaisnt him again, before finally giving up before he looks more scummish than he is now. Even if he isn't the Persuader it still makes sense. Well yes, there's the excuse "Oh, my logic was really bad, sorry everyone!", but Sho isn't stupid enough to do something like that imo. :/ I still find his behavior very odd. Also, Nighty made a post before saying how Blitz and 13th act that way even when they're Town, and I fully agree with him on that part. Sho's known for his odd behaviors and tactics, but I'll insist. Your logic is quite flawed. let me count the ways. - at the time I suggested Nighty lynch it would have given the most info. Yes it was the slightest info but others give less. - I went on to lynching 13th WAY before you guys started picking on me - Of course I suggest pressuring silent ones. Its the sanest thing ever. - Sigh I haven't actively drived a nighty lynch after 13th claimed - You don't get/ignore my point. Thats why it looks so stupid - Hey look you even admit this kind of behavier is expected from me as townie. Why are you so insisting about me being scum again?
