  1. Huh, Catherine also will get a port for Switch? Damn, I just have bought the PS4 version a few months ago. I should have waited with that. Anyways Xenoblade 1 and Cold Steel III will be the highlights of 2020...... even if they're technically not from this year.
  2. I played a few parts (I, II, VI and IX) for a bit, but none could motivate me enough to seriously play through. XI looks gorgeous and I think it has a protagonist with a deep plot. I didn't know about the demo, but I will try it out!
  3. ...It was about four years ago when I knew literally nothing about this series. Today I would think enitrely different about that.
  4. I randomly saw Star Ocean on sale for Switch today. It sorta interested me.......till I saw it's by Square Enix. I never ever made good gaming experience with its games. Though I definitely would like to try out the Dragon Quest game for the Switch sometime. It received very good criticism.
  5. I know it sounds sexist, but the cleaning part of a girl who's super excited for that.
  6. The pandemy hasn't changed my daily routine too much. Sure, I must work at home what I don't like at all die to limited access to my working tools. And I avoid via public transport for my journeys on weekends. Since I have like no family and friends, I'm not affected by this much. Though I still have to go shopping like every second day and also go out walking or cycling everyday after work. The good thing about homeoffice is that I may begin earlier, at 6 AM, so I have more freetime in the afternoon.
  7. Poor Josh... Though I only would consider his con as pro argument........ if Artur didn't exist. He is the main light magic user.
  8. Aww, my wallet... ...but waifus have their price. I cannot withstand this smile! Though I have to wait a half year till I'll get her.
  9. And I need a reason to train Moulder. I always train Natasha simply because she has better support options (Joshua).
  10. Done with Zero's prologue. Guess it will become quite fun although I have to admit I'm not quite in the mood for investigations right now. If it was a dungeon crawler like Sky 3rd, I would be more motivated to play. I really need to patch Azure for PSP since playing on my laptop is supposed to be a short enjoyment. After 90 minutes I have to recharge the battery which is nasty.
  11. The virus gives the first impression about the future: everything will be done digital, if it's working or learning Can't say I like it since I got used on traditional tools like pen and sheet.
  12. Yeah, figured I just need the programs and files on my PC to transfer to PSP.
  13. Yeah, I google'd what CFW means. I know what to do on paper, but I have no idea if it will work out. The trouble already begins that my PSP can't get into my WLAN.
  14. Needed to research what CFW is. Looked up: So I need to connect my PSP to a PC to transfer downloaded programs (including translation) to the PSP to make it possible to patch? PS: I have no single clue of patching for consoles.
  15. This song sounds like vacation to me........ despite being the theme of the Crossbell Police.
  16. Is the other version for PSP? And if so, how to patch it? (meaning hard copy, not PSP emulator)
  17. I hate to say it.........but my very first reaction when I played Shallie, at least Shalotte's prolouge, was: gay
  18. Crossbell City is truly a huge place. Took me almost two hours aka - my entire afternoon - to get through. Designwise it's definitely one of my absolute favorite cities in Zemuria. Very aesthetic, especially the little China Town. Personally I like core changes as I like TP regain after each battle. Gives way more flexibility. In Lulua I had to avoid battles once my team was out of TP.
  19. Another boring "working day" done... godthanks Ryza has a battle system I haven't seen in this form yet and I find very well implemented. I like the mix of round based and being actionbased, and this comes by someone who absolutely doesn't like Final Fantasy's battle system at all. It's better than FF for the reason the turnorder is shown. Sure, it can become hectic later on,and I'm sure I'll press wrong buttons at the wrong time :D, but I like that the player has to become active by giving decisions in time and still having the knowledge what's going on. Static round based battles are classic, but somehow I get tired of them.
  20. I hate doing homeoffice. Not only that I have to use my own (gaming) laptop because employee didn't offer enough laptops, but also because I have no access to most programs I have at work. I am checking e-mails and watching some episodes of The Snurfs right now. Probably some people would envy me, but seriously I rather would do something more productive in my office.
  21. Flier Formation (or whatever the skill's name was) banner gave me Karla. Can't complain! New unit with acceptable nature (+res / -HP).
  22. I am surprised but also happy to see that many people want capturing to return. It was the best existing mechanic for me. This also negates automatically the answer of repairing weapons other than the hammern staff. Most of my answesrs refer to Judgral and Tellius since both series introduced the most relevant things in FE like weapon triangle, weapon weight and manual skill system. Though I belong to the majority who prefers 2D battles. FE10 had great animations, not gonna lie, but Judgral's 2D animations were quite aesthetics too. Leif's crit is the most hilarious animation for me - love watching them so much.
  23. I am absolutely surprised of the Dungeons and music in Ryza. The underworld is simply beautiful overall and gives me Xenoblade feelings. Also this game proved me wrong: it's by far less bright than I expected. Ryza is not the typical Atelier games in many ways. It sets standards perhaps none of the other Atelier games will ever meet.
