  1. Here's my very first promoted unit: According to Wiki he's + spd / - def which shall not be too great. He needs atk the most. So what to do with him regarding skills (besides of learning dime thunder)?
  2. Unfortunately often due to my low self confidence and the fear not to overcome the task. What was the last action you really regretted?
  3. Quite alright, nothing really memorable though. 6.5 Tales of the Abyss - Finish the Promise
  4. Honestly each (3)DS Fire Emblem game except for Conquest. Enjoyed them till I noticed by playing the Judgral games how amazing the FE gameplay already was almost two decades ago. Even Echoes became uninteresting in my second playthrough because of their mediocre game mechanics and map design.
  5. FE10 is pretty much the opposite of FE13 in lunatic (+). Instead of having enemies with broken skill your units have them. Entire part 4 is fake difficulty with all the second tier enemies with third tier caps and class skills. I mean I agree that mastery skills are broken as hell, but a part of balance is that the enemies may have the same ressources as your allies. I'd change it in that way to give the enemies in part 3 second tier caps even if would nerf swordmasters who have >30 speed in 4-4. Consequently they drop the exp. as a second tier unit would do, means less in total. In the endgame all the generics in E-1 and E-2 must have third tier stats, and in hard mode at least, they must have mastery skills too. I'm honest enough to say that part 4 doesn't even need to exist except for Izuka's chapter. Just fillers in term of grinding chapters. Impossible to do with the existing support system due to the multiple thousands of support possibilities.
  6. Must changes: add weapon triangle in hard mode remove biorhythm give units like Meg and Fiona higher base level and stats to make them seriously trainable in hard mode make GM's chapter harder or nerf some units like Ike, Titania or Shinon regarding their level because the enemies's level is too low replace pseudo third tier enemies by actual third enemies and give them mastery skills give units like Tormod, Lucia or Geoffrey more chapters to get levels, or autolevel them when they return to be usable till the end give Micaiah the final blow to Ashera give Micaiah authority stars (at the latest in part 3)
  7. RIP FE4 banner Didn't pull any FE4 unit. At least I got a 4* Reinhart in my very last summoning.
  8. Actually I tried F-Zero GX for a little bit, but I failed in the mission Save Jody. One of the hardest racing games in existence. I forgot to mention that I actually completed a Zelda game, A Link Between Worlds. This game was pretty fun and a good introduction in the Zelda series for me. Small overworld and good guide so I could develop almost everything on my own. I played Skyward Sword before which I quitted after like 2h which the Wii mote controls were rubbish. Couldn't use the sword properly. After ALBW I tried to play Ocarina Of Time for the 3DS, because many people say it was the best game for the N64. I don't enjoy it so far because it leaves the player alone. I don't know where to go without watching GameFAQs. I've beaten all the Mario retro platformers till 64, same goes for the DK platformers for the SNES. My skills still would be good enough to beat them, but nowadays I'd prefer to get into platformers with an actual deep story. Castlevania caught my interest. Playing Symphony of the Night currenty.
  9. Yeah, I pulled with my very last orb a 4* Reinhart from the FE4 banner. Still no FE4 unit, but defenitely a satisfying final pull.
  10. Well at least I got a 4* Roy today, although I've heared he shall not be too great. Binding Blade isn't effective to manaketes.
  11. No FE4 units for me from this banner. If I'm lucky, I can collect orbs for maybe 2-3 summonings till tomorrow morning before the banner will be gone. Not really interested in the Halloween thingy, so no reason to save my orbs.
  12. If you want to have fun with all three games, then I highly recommend to play Birthright before Conquest. If you have completed CQ first, you won't be really motivated in BR due to the difficulty drop and missing challenge as a result. It's definitely worth to have played Revelations once at least to see the support conversations between both parties. The chapter design is questionable overall, but I appreciate the idea of making the chapters interesting by adding gimmicks. However some really don't belong to FE like giving the player 50 - 50 choices with dramatic consequences if you guess wrong. Still I somewhat enjoyed this game. It features one of my absolute favorite final boss battles in FE.
  13. I despise tuna. What's the most adorable cat you've ever seen?
  14. Which is / has been the videogame you have invested the most of your time? Does last stand for least wanted? Or is it referred to time. The least wanted place is the grave.
  15. Result of round 23 Round 24: Sophie 1. Sophie from Fire Emblem Fates 2. Sophie from Tales of Graces
  16. I've played lots of RPGs in different variations in the past years, but I'd like to dip in some other new genres like adventures (Zelda), fighting games or action platformers like Castlevania. My biggest problem is that I have generally a hard time to get into these games. I lose a fight or die in the first stage, so I see the Game Over screen earlier and more often than I wished. My videogame skills are really limited, mainly on games where I have to use my brain and don't need to press that many buttons permamently. At least I was able to beat a few Touhou shooters which require a good reaction time from me. I'd like to get into new game series (I'm interested in) without becoming frustrated and losing the motivation fast. Any ideas how to manage it?
