The reason you make the jokes is because it's friendly, it's banter. You poke fun at everyone and everything because it's funny. If she was the only one made fun of for anything then that's bad and not really reflective of friendship but rather bullying and that is obviously abhorrent (though perhaps not made clear enough as kids). Yes the words can mean harm and that should be respected: if someone takes offence then hey you've probably stepped over that person's boundaries of what they're willing to accept and so you apologise. Your intent should be clear, so hopefully all can be forgiven and it should never happen again w.r.t. that person(it is perfectly ok to make those kind of jokes in the company of a friend who is accepting of it). Problems only arise when things happen again and again and that's why we have to teach people to respect others. The lesson is not never make fun of them it is to respect them. Poking fun at someone for something doesn't necessarily signal disrespect and could actually be interpreted as respectful given the circumstance as it means they might actually like you.

The point of ITPs is that you have to play them as someone town doesn't trust. Rightly so: you're not a member of the town and don't win with the town. ITPs shouldn't claim as such, nor should they expect town to help them win. Key word: independent. You try to achieve your goal while blending in with the rest. Remember this is basically an EiMM game but completely unbalanced so please don't treat this as the average gaming experience (and expect fakeclaims and the like).

To be fair GP your original partner flaked. Ban Poly imo not ok behaviour at all. GJ Toren, Gaius and Refa for carrying town and making it so I didn't need to do anything past D2.
