Thanks PB. ??????? Watcher is not nearly as good as alignment cop lmao. I had a rant about why watcher isn't really that powerful somewhere (maybe info dump) but I can't remember where. The problems with this setup were the combo of fulldoc + roleblock + *unlimited amnesiac*. Emphasis on unlimited amnesiac. Essentially a back up doc, crazy strong. With watcher as well it means two slots out of like, 6-8, are gonna be trap slots for scum to hit, providing either a guilty or a clear. I agree that scum could've played better but you and Proto are really underestimating town's strengths here. Edit: Babe <3 Edit2: I suppose the amount of discussion going into this is an attest to the balance. Iunno I'm still leaning towards town too strong but it's not terrible, there's been much worse.

Unfortunately there are very few vanillas in setups or just weak setups in general nowadays. I prefer strong roles in combination with vanillas myself.

SB: Out of two people, one town and one scum, mods usually sub in the maflord. Considering Elie wasn't put in Mallow's slot when Mallow asked for it and instead put in Refa's slot despite being the second person to ask over 48 hours later is enough to raise eyebrows imo.

Yolo is the safest lynch imo, I haven't reread Yedi's content and nothing was paticularly standoutish at the time I read them (I say read, more like "glossed over"). Out of the more active players, Ryker and RElieson are the most likely maflords but neitehr are happening. Ryker has actually fallen off the face of the earth now.

It felt like only two people thought Refa was scummy (you and me) and all of that is now irrelevant thanks to him subbing out. I mean, the Elie slot isn't great too as his main suspicion (Blitz) seems to be based off of his role and him playing passively which could just be him being busy. But I don't think he's finished reading the thread so attacking him for not having the full picture is ridiculous. At this point I am suspecting more and more that one or more scum lies among the inactives. Yolo, Yedi, Mallow, Proto and to lesser extents Blitz and SB. Out of all of those I think Mallow is town on mod meta and have gut town reads on Blitz/Proto so that leaves SB, Yolo and Yedi. SB is the least bad, both in having more content and having actually good content. I am very willing to empathise with the idea that he was a little overwhelmed with the ridiculous activity levels of D1 which may have explained my initial wariness of his presence.

Then I wouldn't want to lynch Mallow still. Here are the scenarios: Mallow scum, Refa, scum. Either could get the sub. Lynching Mallow wouldn't be bad. Mallow town, Refa scum. Refa gets the sub. Lynching Mallow would be bad. Mallow scum, Refa town. Mallow would get the sub. Doesn't matter didn't happen. Mallow town, Refa town, either could get the sub. Lynching Mallow would be bad. The only situation where lynching Mallow is a good idea isif Refa/Elieson flips scum.

@Yolo I am a bit cautious when it comes to Irony because they seem too quick to agree to anything. Aside from that thought she seems like a typical new town player in many respects so I'm not interested in lynching right now. Proto/SB do you guys have a lynch priority? Proto especially, you seem to be reading D2 now but still lack a vote despite having suspicions on people. Your Ryker analysis is good and am looking forward to hearing from Ryker again though. I can see where SB is coming from too though with the lack of reads zzzzz. A problem I'm having this game is that I find a lot of this stuff agreeable when being agreeable isn't really a towntell.
