  1. Enemies are pulling 23-25 in 17 (which he joins at the end of) so he'd need at least 20 to avoid being doubled by the slower ones, 22 to avoid the faster ones. 18 is needed to avoid generals. And according to the site, he has 7 absolute base speed and hero has 11 base speed. That gives him 18. Just avoiding generals, but he's already two speed away from escaping any other doubles in chapter 17.
  2. Nope, there are only three. One was basically tactics, don't remember what the second one was, and the third one was... confusing. Last I heard, the best translation was basically "leaving enemies alive." Makes no sense. Edit: By "Nope" I mean they aren't the same as FE7's.
  3. Well, considering that she'd need to get three speed to avoid being doubled by GENERALS a few chapters later, I figured that she'd be doubled by everything. Except the failure Gra soldiers. Edit: Do you think Samson can do much? He beats Sheema in all stats (except lolSKL by 2, and I guess MAG/RES where they tie) but he can't use bows the way she can. 135 Axe WEXP means he can Hammer and Halberd stuff, I guess, but I'm honestly not sure if that beats Sheema OHKOing lategame dragons. I mean, Hero!Samson just barely escapes being doubled by capped generals, and only has 41 effective MT with a hammer or poleaxe. Actually, he shouldn't be touching poleaxes because he's ORKOd in return if the enemy isn't already weakened or if he misses. And with 90 HIT before enemy avoid...
  4. Eh, mainly the unit sprites, which are still improved over SD's. And by now I'm used to playing with them, so it doesn't bother me.
  5. Where do you guys think Katarina will go? She joins to end 16x with 34 HP, 12 MAG, 15 SKL/SPD, 6 LUK, 9 DEF, and 7 RES with B Tomes and C staves. If there are uses left, she can take Aura and comes with her own Resire tome, and can Physic and Warp. That being said, those are pretty poor stats. She's only got 21 ATK with Resire, and with only 34 HP/9 DEF, it's not letting her do much tanking at all. Edit: Oh, yeah, she's probably doubled, too.
  6. Yeah, someone was just asking if there were any other Elysian Whips in the game. Anyways, in case anyone cares, enemies get silver weapons almost exclusively by 16, I think most did in 15, as well, with some effective weapons. Well, except a random few level 1 units with iron that are like OHKOd by everyone with any weapon and tink everyone. Edit: In NM.
  7. In 16, I just opened a chest that has what appears to be an Elysian Whip. The one on the far right.
  8. Are there growth rates in the BSFE chapters? I just completed the first one, and all three of my level ups (two Boah, one Nyna) gave no stats.
  9. Yes, you do, although I think they're only like 150ish gold, at least unpromoted. They also get healed in between battles.
  10. It's been spoken of a lot. No one had found the quote, though, so everything we knew of was purely from testing.
  11. Sniper also gives +1 STR and extra WEXP, so maybe +2 ATK before factoring in superior bows, and +1 SPD. If there was going to be multiple tier lists for different difficulties, is there enough of a difference between Maniac and Lunatic, or do you think Hard would be better?
  12. I personally hated Tails' old voice. Now he doesn't sound really constipatedgested. And I had no idea she was a singer. Sonic's is weird, though.

  14. No, they have the thing where when you check their attack range, they can't move.
  15. Hmm, I thought I saw it somewhere in that humongous information topic, but maybe not.
  16. The one thing I've noticed Casual does is, besides no perma-death, is that it makes Caesar/Radd much easier to recruit. You actually have to go out of your way to kill them, not out of your way to keep them alive.
  17. If you're on your DS, it's probably pretty straight forward. On an emulator, you have to find a save for it. Speaking of which, I saw a save for extra chapter 2 somewhere here I think. Could we get the saves for all of the extra chapters we have in one place?
  18. Imagine that when the enemies get to move first! Hmm, is he close enough to it that small forge could get him to OHKO? Silver Bow forges that early on are expensive, so I do mean a small one.
  19. With Parthia, you only need an absolute base strength of 2. Besides classes whose main function isn't fighting, only Rody and Cecil could ever possibly be unable to OHKO them with Parthia. And that would require them to never, ever get STR in a level up. And, speaking of Parthia on fliers, Jeorge has 12 base STR and A Bows. This gives him 50 effective ATK with a silver bow on a flier. How's that doing for the dragon valley flying dragons? And when is that inadequate for OHKOing flying humans? If he can keep up anti-flier utility for long enough without Parthia to be able to use it in the last few chapters freely, he might get pretty high.
  20. Hmm... She's the only class that gains a horse on promotion, right? Maybe the fact that horse effective weapons don't effect her and her ability to climb up ledges are related to that?
  21. A bows gives 2 ATK. Neither can Sedgar without an energy drop, and 40% of the time Wolf won't be able to either. So, if her availability lead actually does something, she might be better. Of course, if she isn't doing much before they show up, then she's still worse than them.

  23. But not all colors of the rainbow. I wanted rainbow fro... Also, does anyone know why girls got the mask (and maybe other stuff, too, I don't remember) but boys didn't?
  24. Wait... Partia has 18 MT. 18x3-14=40. It only takes 11 STR from their to OHKO the flying dragons. Sniper has 7 base STR. A bows gives 2 MT. It only takes two base STR and 120 Bow WEXP to OHKO Flying Dragons as a Sniper. That means Sedgar, Wolf, and Sheema can all do it. But Sheema can grap Parthia for flying enemies before them.
