Oh yeah, normal mode. Wanted to try to possibly shake up the how people would rank characters. Also, to clarify, as Generic Officer already sent an incorrect ranking, you need to rank all 70 characters from who you would want first to who you would want last. *Goes to edit first post*

Alright, the premise of this draft will be slightly different from usual. All participants will still make a team by obtaining one unit at a time, and that team will still be the only units they are allowed to use to complete the game. However, instead of waiting for everyone else to draft all participants will send me a list (PM named *Person's* Draft Order) of all the characters available for drafting, ranked from who they want first to who they want last, and that will be used to draft units for them. I will randomize the order of picks and proceed to, in a snake style, draft each person the appropriate unit according to their list. I will also post the lists everyone sent me (hopefully in a nice format) and the order of the draft so that everyone one can double check the teams. Additional rules are below. Normal mode, no transfers Forced, non-drafted units can be used for a penalty (listed below) Ike, Micaiah, and Sothe are free for everyone BK is free in 1-9 and 3-6. Volug is free in 1-5. If a character is required to seize, but not drafted or free, they can fight on enemy phase free of penalty. Self-healing/grassing on player phase is also allowed. No forging Lowest turn count wins Units not on your team cannot: Engage in combat. So either keep them out of the enemies range or you will take a penalty. This includes meatshielding Steal or find hidden items. Heal units Create supports Shove Ferry units Visit houses Lehran: If you get Lehran and not BK, you can obviously field BK in 1-E. If he does anything that non-drafted units aren't allowed to do, you'll take a penalty. Also, in 3-7 you are allowed to use whatever units necessary to fulfill Lehran's recruitment condition for no penalty. Why do people always think "efficient" means you can't use whoever the hell you want to. Fiona and Astrid will hurt overall efficiency while used as combatants efficiently (or rather, using them as combatants is slower than not using them at all). That's why they're bottom tier. That doesn't mean that they can't be used as combatants efficiently.

I'd say you need flying to bypass terrain more than you need 2-range. Which makes hawks great choices for 4-2 as far as I'm concerned. Send my flyers with 2-range to Micaiah.
