BRO! I think I already know my favorite boss in Ys IX! xD Man, that was tense! Thanks for showing this! ^^ When he actually burst into flames, I legit thought "Yep, that's DragonFlames the Second... literally". XD And you did really well! Almost had him, too! Nice! ^^ All a matter of taste, as they say! Same here, haha One such game would be Blue Reflection for me. I love it. Nobody I know has even heard of it prior to me bringing it up a lot. But outside of that, it seems to have been well-known enough to not only get a sequel, but also an anime adaptation, so... what the hell do I know, really? xD

I actually suck at explaining just why I love this game so much. xD It's an entirely personal thing, but the game just does everything right for me! It gives me an incredibly engaging story, an incredibly heartbreaking (and heartwarming) romance, incredibly fun gameplay (think Ys mixed with Warriors), a locale I absolutely love exploring (even though the scope of the game is one city that also constitutes an entire island), and of course a very excellent soundtrack! I also like the characters the most out of any game I've played (there are only, like, nine of them in the entire thing, but they are all great to me). And all of the boss battles just make me giddy with joy, just when I browse through the many (MANY) screenshots I took while playing this! Also, I played it on PS4, but trust me, all versions of this game had mixed reception (which also makes it hard for me to recommend).I just so happened to be the one this game really, really spoke to! Also, it has stuff like this in it. So that makes it automatically 10/10. XD

Nights of Azure's OST isn't my favorite for nothing! Here's the original version: I am obligated to gush about this game whenever possible, I'm sorry! xD I see! Interesting! Looking at Bloodstained's release date, I would not be surprised if this character, Christophorus, was the inspiration for those two! Here is her official art:

I see! xD I just found him a bit difficult to use in some boss battles! Like that one machine thing I accidentally walked into. xD ftfy XD But I agree! I... actually liked playing as Sahad. xD Especially later on, where the skills he gets have insane AOE. He's still prolly my least favorite to play as (too slow at times. Solo boss rush with him is gonna be a nightmare and a half. xP), but I don't think he sucks, either, haha! But good to know she's him, but better! Definitely know who I'm gonna play as a lot! XD Oho! That's definitely a fight I'd want to see! Since you said Honorary Draggy is much improved from his Ys VIII incarnation!

First: HOLY HELL, that gameplay looks fun! Also, Pink Curvy Dana looks similar to Sahad, in terms of what she does in gameplay. Neat! And maybe I will! I have beaten Nights of Azure 2 on Extreme difficulty, so that makes me slightly more courageous! Slightly! xD The white beard would certainly be fitting, considering Arnice's hair color. As would the whole Christmas thing, because she already wears red. And one of her Servans says this: *sad Draggy noises* XD

Uuuh... all of them. XD But mostly the food that gives you HP Regen for a time! That really won the day for me! I also cheesed it a little by using Dana's Elemental Shot a lot. And I also had the Adventure Item that gives you constant Extra gauge regen, so I could spam the hell out of my Extra skills. Thanks! ^^ If I want the 100% completion, i.e. the Platinum trophy, I'll have to get the true ending while playing on Nightmare anyhow, so... maybe I will do that! Eventually! You're making me want to see bearded Arnice... I don't know why, but for some reason, I now want to see that. And yet at the same time, I also don't want to see it. XD

Shrimpy, guess what? I. Am. There. Man, that dungeon... XD But, er, this boss... oh my god, this boss! Guess how the battle ended, then open the spoiler tag: --- Also, me, a decoy protag? Same to be honest, haha For whatever reason, I cannot find the treasure chests I'm missing. Since there is postgame stuff I still need to take care of, I might try to rectify this, as well, while I'm at it. xD I see!

Oh! Sorry, I forgot, haha! I'd say VIII is a great Ys game. It is very much longer than the others, though. Though I dunno how long Seven is, I expect it to be not quite as long as VIII. --- Also, one thing I forgot! Completion status before the final boss! Not bad for a first run, I'd say!~ And my main team:
