  1. Because Facebook likes is hard evidence. The better graph is the one of fan loyalty. Where the Bills rank 7th despite having a volume of fans that is 3rd lowest in the NFL (blame location). That should speak volumes rather than sheer numbers. EDIT: Le'veon Bell is facing a four game suspension. Damn. Karlos Williams already got hit with one so this will be interesting.
  2. No, they don't outside of actual Steelers fans and most of them just jumped onto a bandwagon because Pittsburgh has a perpetually good team. Similar to a lot of current Pats fans that I know. Everyone else would probably rather enjoy the Bengals embarrassing the Steelers.
  3. Who says? Are you that blind? When the Bengals and Steelers play, the game is billed as David vs. Goliath. And you're not David. Everyone likes the little dog with a lot of fight and that's what the Bengals represent. A beat down franchise that has had more years of organizational instability that Steelers winning seasons and still managed to proudly wear their hearts on their sleeves. They are one of the ultimate underdogs and everyone prefers a Cinderella story rather than just hearing about a successful franchise that just won its seventh or eighth ring and yawns about it. Read this and tell me that they haven't experienced pain while you can pretty much count a SB ring every five years or so. Montana drove 90 yards on them to win a Superbowl. Do you even understand how depressing that is for a franchise when the other team's QB becomes a legend off of the fact that your team blew it? Hint: I do. Troy Aikman became a Cowboys legend and my father watched it happen live (he was at SB27). But my dad was watching his team get thrashed 52-17 and lose their 3rd straight SB rather than enjoying his QB be a star.
  4. Yeah but 99% of the league would rather see the Bengals win instead of the Steelers so nobody really cares.
  5. Naw, it doesn't.Eventually, there will be enough Arabs everywhere that want us dead that they'll just convince every country to act against us. We're Jews, we're not allowed to be liked.
  6. Only the Bengals would be the team that makes Montana immortal.Only the Bengals would have their fortunes screwed by a man named Kimo van Oelhoffen. Only the Bengals would lose 90% of their playbook the night before the Super Bowl because their star FB relapses with coke. Meanwhile the Ravens were first built upon the backs of the 90's Browns (don't deny it) while the Steelers are like that fat rich kid who you want to bitchslap so badly because he's a prick but you can't because everyone will tan your hide if you do.
  7. Why not? They certainly deserve more what both the Steelers and Ravens have.
  8. I love how everyone is now trying to argue how terrible the other side is and that their candidate is suddenly great. Can't we admit that both sides are shit and you're trying to pick the less smelly turd of the two?
  9. The Bengals are the team that is destined for greatness but fate screws them at the last second.
  10. Who cares? Tyrod Taylor bends the space-time continuum by being a half decent QB. In other news, I'm both excited and apprehensive about the Bills 16/17 season. All the clues are there for the Bills to make the playoffs for the first time this millenium and yet, it's the Bills, so I'm expecting failure come late October or early November. I have a bottle of Cardhu 12 waiting until we make the playoffs. Currently sitting one year. I don't think any of you realize how depressing that is. 16 goddamn years. I may just support the worst franchise in the NFL.
  11. Yes, but they're actually pretty rare. Despite what the media loves to say. There's one case from a few months ago involving a kid from Kfir (a unit in the IDF). Half the country wanted to name him a hero and the other half wanted him to hang (metaphorically). The vast majority of news stories that have headlines like "Palestinian shot dead by Israeli soldiers" tend to omit details such as the number of civilians killed beforehand. The incident in Sharona Market last month was 4 dead if I recall correctly.
  12. Held down by two cops with one who held a pistol to his heart. I've got years of Krav Maga training and even I wouldn't get out of that situation alive ten times out of ten.I am a former IDF combat soldier. I have participated in raids in the West Bank. So I have personally been in almost identical situations. In fact, we were more worried about detonators which are even more difficult to disarm than guns (can be smaller or mishandling can set them off). And yet, we never shot anyone. And we were using rifles in indoor closed spaces. Do you know how difficult it is to disarm a man while you have a rifle in your hands or slung across your back? It is infinitely easier with a firearm that is designed for one-handed close range. I watch that video as a former soldier and I see murder. No attempt at disarming the suspect. No attempt by the suspect to use any sort of lethal force. Nothing. Just cold murder. If you know something I don't, please share. But in this case, personal experience does trump "well x or y could have happened". Especially when discharging your firearm is supposed to be the last option. Especially when you bury six slugs in the suspect rather than two (which are more than enough to stop a man even momentarily).
  13. Let me rephrase.FRONT POCKET OF JEANS. Yeah, you try that. EDIT: I'm sorry, but when did video evidence not become enough? Did you even watch the video? Have we truly devolved to the level that we just simply ignore the tape and substitute our own realities?
  14. Bal, watch the Alton Sterling video again.Sterling was NOT reaching for his gun. He physically couldn't with two cops lying on him. It was buried deep in his pocket and the officer had no reason to fear for his life because he could have shot 100 times (you know, with his gun pressed against Sterling's heart) before Sterling would get a shot off. Like I said. I've done arrests before. This was an execution, not an arrest. The cops here found a reason to kill Sterling.
  15. Compared to a woman who honestly believes that she is untouchable when she breaks the law and is morally and monetarily corrupt?Yeah, I don't blame her for supporting Trump
  16. In addition, Sterling Brown was executed with a gun in his pocket. I've done arrests before. And we were more worried about bombs. But I never shot anyone. There was no reason for Sterling Brown to be executed. The video shows as much. No, he's not. If he meant Hillary, he would have stated that at least Hillary tries to lie wholeheartedly. Trump just spouts vitriol everywhere.
  17. To be perfectly clear, Listenbee was only drafted this year and Goodwin was the 4th string receiver in Buffalo (behind Sammy, Woods and Gragg) so that statistic could be correct. If you're referring to WR1/2/3, then sure. Sammy isn't particularly fast (he makes up for it with great hands and route-running) and Gragg was a solid #3 but isn't special in the speed department. But the current average speed of WRs in Buffalo tops every other team. I hope Listenbee gets slotted as third-string. I like that kid.
  18. It might be a good idea for you to look at the lyrics of Jay-Z's "99 Problems". Or "Early" by Run The Jewels. Or "Clap" by Pharoahe Monch.Black men have always been treated like criminals by the vast majority of cops. This isn't just a claim; it is documented fact over decades. And besides, since when do I have to be pro-cop or pro-black? Why are they mutually exclusive?
  19. It's 3 that are fastest than the fastest Steeler. But let's not let facts get in the way of your own opinions because you are right and we are not worthy.
  20. I just named 3 Bills that are factually faster than your Steelers based on combine times alone.
  21. Ana, what about me proving that you are factually incorrect about the Steelers WR?
  22. I personally think that a fishier instance is the time that a ref who worked for the same firm that was contacted to build Gillette Stadium reffed a Bills/Pats match-up but again, whatever. I usually mark Patriot games with an asterisk anyway. Also... This is factually incorrect because Marquise Goodwin runs 100 meters in 10.24 seconds, good enough to compete for a spot on the fucking US Olympic track and field squad. And he plays for Buffalo. And when you consider that Robert Woods and Kolby Listenbee are barely slower than him, I come to the logical conclusion of understanding that you make shit up. Do Steeler WRs compete on a national level when it comes to 100 meters? Didn't think so.
  23. Haven't felt this way about a QB since the Flutie days and while RIP Ralph Wilson, fuck you Ralph Wilson.I was 8 years old. I'm now nearly 25. That is some serious pain locked away.
