  1. Yeah, all the Gba Lords and each game has 2 reps as well for both genders(well for the US one's at least)! (Dorcas & Nino and Lute & Joshua)!
  2. Yeah. Won't lie, I kinda prefer Fe.Robin and Fe.Corrin(although I think that more has to do with Smash 4 then anything else, more so for Corrin anyway).
  3. Not surprised in the slightest there. Not only is the guy well written(mostly) and actually intimidating, he's the only boss that's made a lot of people legit scared(myself included) from doing ONE THING! But yeah, screwed over like the rest. Sweet. If Fe.Corrin wore pants, I'd like her look more(because not having them on can...make some scenes kinda awkward and kill the mood).
  4. Honestly, no joke, I'm happy Dorcas is that high! I actually voted for him because I actually do like the guy(and he's one of my favorite axe users)! Although, I won't lie, him being 100 votes short from being in the top 10 greatly astonishes me! Just...wow. (Also, happy that Eliwood got his himself together and on the list in the end! YAY! )
  5. Was I the only one who got annoyed by the laughing clip after a while? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! It was honestly a game changer for a LOT of characters(better and worse)! Screwed many over! Also...hmmm, I don't think I really hate any character(who aren't villains). Even as much crap I give Corrin, I don't hate the guy/gal(Disappointed? yeah. Hate? Nah.)!
  6. Top 20-30 characters are probably the first ones in or at least have the highest chance of getting in(although, if Dorcas makes it in that game, I will be happy...and laugh my butt off)!
  7. Yeah, but the fact Soren was pretty dang close to being in the top 20 is still really good though! Massive Crushing on Chrom aside, Cordelia is very likable and her supports good(when Chrom isn't involved). Good to see Brom this high(although I question how his daughter Meg beat him, but whatever)! ...you know...looking at these...more people need to play FE9 and FE10(course Nintendo and IS needs to make cheaper options so people will do so)!
  8. Looks or not, I'm not letting someone sly by because of good looks. They may look more appealing, but for this, personality is the maker or breaker here. While not every girl got up to the top via sex appeal, it REALLY help some...Camilla and Fe.Corrin especially. Camilla is obvious and Fe.Corrin(like most of the other girls in Fates for some freakin' reason) wears no freakin' pants(although there are instances of a bit more of a personality, but not much. Course, I''m more referring to Smash 4 taunts, so that kinda doesn't count )! Roy, he's alright. I don't think he deserved the #1 spot, but #2 seems alright!
  9. Oh crap, the results are already out! Screw getting them tomorrow then! YES!!! LYN WON IT ALLL BABY! BOOYAH! IKE AND LYN ARE AT THE TOP! Eliwood made his way on the charts in the end, Nice(and knocked off Corrin in the process...ok)! ...Dorcas, was close to being in the top 10...only 100 votes away...the fact he was even on there is quite a feat as is(He ranks as the 21'st as a whole)! It's nice to see one of my favorite axe users get some love(I, and some others, voted for him because they actually like the guy, not for some commercial meme)! The Females side didn't change too much, not surprised, but I'm happy Micaiah, Eirika, and a few other held their spots...sad Lute didn't make the top 10 though(so close)... ...looking at the other places you can definitely tell some characters got screwed over big time with the whole vote split. Soren, had his votes been all together, he would've actually been in the top 20(15'th place on the Male poll and 27'th overall to be exact. PoR Soren got 45th, RD Soren at 82'th...that's pretty impressive still). I'm pretty satisfied with the Males polls. Female polls...eh...not as much. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a tiny bit salty(why Elincia and Jill, why...why you so low...), but hey, who I wanted to win won, so I'm happy(that and I know that regardless of the vote split, some of the characters did well regardless, even if they didn't make the top 20 for their gender or 40 overall!
  10. yeeeaaahhh...I kinda figured that. Out of all my rolls, I have mostly Reds and Blues. Minus special maps(and Virion because I think EVERYONE gets him starting out), I have 2 greens and 3 grays. Thankfully, I have one great unit of each one, but still, everyone won't have that kind of luck. I do like the multiple clauses for the arena idea! It would make it less of a overpowerfest(kinda)!
  11. Dang! That...looks nasty man. While a "no duplicate" clause would be great, I think having a "one type" clause would be better. That would both eliminate duplicates and it would give you more a chance with units that aren't good at say magic(because A LOT of characters suck against magic). One red unit, one blue unit, one green unit, and one gray unit only. (Of course, that makes constructing a team a bit harder to do, but it would balance things more.) Oh lord...I fear running into a team of all 5*Star Robins...*shiver*...
  12. If I see Ike take both of the Top spots for the Males, I'm gonna bust out laughing! (And then both of these pictures shall be relevant! ) #1 #2 I will use these pictures when possible dang it!
  13. Yeah...think I'm gonna stick to the free route. Out of the 20 times I've rolled for characters, I've gotten mostly new ones everytime yet I still can't Lyn for the life of me. And characters like Fir are doing great for me! Da heck?! ...And I wonder why I stick away from stuff like this usually. Microtransactions getting these people money! Much as I want characters like Lyn, I think I'll wait and just save my free orbs for another shot(I ain't that desperate)...
  14. Ike and Lyn...keep the #1 spot in your respective sides...please! And Lyn....STAY THE #1 OVERALL! (And also, Micaiah & Eirika, I pray they moved up into the top 5 somehow! Even just one of them moving that high up would be great...but both would be better! And maybe take 3rd place too... ) Wait...aw crap, now I'm gonna be REALLY anxious till I see those results! I KNOW for a fact that people shifted their voting focuses when we saw the halfway point(I sure did. I tried voting for different people with each vote, but for the last few votes I said screw it and voted for Lyn and Micaiah again. I was gonna vote Eirika twice too, but I wanted to at least give one vote to Lute! I'll be shocked if that changed the outcome at all.) And this is a pretty accurate description of me right now. I'm so excited/anxious for this, I can hardly contain myself! DANG STRAIGHT WE DO!
  15. OK, I'm pretty sure you could say this is pretty late, but considering Fates has been out for a while, I wanted to throw my 2 cents into this pile. This is just MY personal thoughts. No official stuff here! (Also, ...I AM NOT BASHING FATES (OR AWAKENING)! Probably didn't need to say it, but I said it just to be safe. Ok, I'm good now!) Now, weapon durability...I'm pretty sure I'm one of the few people who actually like weapon durability...mostly, but I'll get to what I mean by that in a minute. While I'm sure weapon durability is something people kinda find as a "nuisance", for lack of a better word, I personally like it for two reasons. One, it kinda requires you to micromanage what you have, be aware of you need & what you lack, and being mindful of how many uses you have before a weapon breaks. This also makes money have quite an importance since you need to keep your army supplied as time goes on...which goes into number two...it's a bit more realistic.I know weapons can last a long time, but at the same time, they can still break after awhile. A sword's edge can get dull after a while, a spear can break quite easily with amount of force, yada, yada, yada, you get the point(hopefully). Also, while I get issue that, "it can make you feel hesitant to use a weapon when it's close to breaking", but I feel like that's more of a first playthrough issue honestly. Even then, you can still most likely get through a first playthrough fine without that weapon anyway(or just chose to use it when necessary), especially after you reach halfway through the game(when you are way more capable at that point...probably even close to lvl.20 and promotion). So, what about the "mostly" part? Well, it's more an issue that kinda steams from Awakening. See, in the games before it, you went from chapter to chapter and didn't have much time to grind much. Sacred Stones is a bit of an exception mainly because of the Arena, which you could grind for money(same for Blazing Sword, but like I said, you didn't really have the option to grind, well, except for there. Although, you'll be fine even if you don't grind much money from the arena). In Awakening, unless you had DLC, getting money for weapons was a pain! There were next to no opportunities to get money(and weapons to an extent) besides DLC, which meant you had to rely on the...glowly spots...(?) on a map to get a RANDOM weapon(ranging from good to sucky). This made weapon durability more of an annoyance since getting (good)weapons became a bit more of a hassle. This is probably why it was done away with in Fates and all they had were status effects to them, but it kinda made another issue all together. For one thing, every weapons has some draw back(or plus) to them. Some not so bad(and are rather simple), but others make things a bit more complex. Not saying it's a completely bad thing, but there is some part of me that prefers to just worry about if a weapon slows my unit instead of if my unit will not kill another enemy that attacks on their turn because I happened to use an axe(or sword) that had a -2 Strength/Skill or a weapon makes it harder to make follow up attacks(a.k.a. attack twice in a fight). I know it sounds kinda simple and not too detrimental, but that could honestly screw you over in some situations. Also, some weapons are kinda worthless to use(since I'm sure NO ONE wants to use a weapon that gives 4+ speed to your enemies after a battle)! Now another issue I find is that money...kinda loses it's value. While I only have Conquest under my belt, I honestly felt like money didn't have as much importance as the other games. That's partly because you randomly get weapons from talking to people in MyCastle, so you could honestly get a lot of weapons from just checking back every now and then. NOT TO MENTION, you could also easily get weapons from the rewards of visiting and battling others via MyCastle. That and you most likely stuck to 1 or 2(or 3) weapons on some characters and that was what they used for most of the game. Now while Master Seals could be a good reason for money, it doesn't seem so to me. Staves seem like the main thing that give money purpose, but unless they're status effecting staves, you would only need one for maybe...5 or so chapters before needing another one, but like I said, the game gives you weapons...as well as staves. This can make money even less valuable. This next issue is partly a problem, but also partly because I'm a bit spoiled from previous games. Now, I don't know about you, but to me...The Forge...sucks. In order to forge weapons, you need two of the same weapons, simple enough. However, you need to fuse two weapons on the same "level" (in order to make an Axe+3, you need 2 Axe+2, 4 of the same Axes). For the lower weapons, it's not too bad, but higher ones are more of a pain since they aren't as easy to get(some weapons can only be gotten through getting it randomly from talking to someone). Although at the same time though, when you DO forge a weapon, the increase is very small and you need a maybe a +3 or +4 weapon before it makes a big difference! I'm a bit spoiled from the forge of FE9 & FE10, which not only lets you MAKE a weapon, but it also let you customize it to your liking(change the stats, change the color, etc.) Heck, FE10 also let you have a chance of increasing it's capabilities even more so if you had coins(and got luck via cards). Would I say that system was kinda broken(more so in FE10)......yeah, it kinda was, but it cost a good amount of money to make the weapon and the Forge actually felt like a Forge(where you make your own weapon from scratch and make it how you want), not what Fates(or Awakening) had, which felt kinda lackluster! Lastly, and this is more of a nitpick, but it makes things a lot more complex(like I kinda brought up before). It can be a good thing(and make things more interesting)...and kinda a bad thing(and make things more annoying). I like complexity, but I also kinda like my simplicity too. So...what does this mean I want going forward? Well, for one thing, I want weapon durability back, but I also want the weight system back. As for which type...I'm not too sure. There is the one from the gba games that pretty makes you have to make up a heavy weapon with good stats or the one from the Tellius games where if you have enough strength, you're weapon won't hinder you any more. Both have their problems(the one from the Gba games being it you either really need a body ring to increase it or you need really good stats so the heavy, more powerful weapons won't screw you over. The one from the Tellius games being that units like mages can almost always be hindered since strength isn't a stat that goes up often for them and it kinda makes Silver Weapons your main weapons after a while...which could possibly break the game...mainly in FE10...which is fun to do), but I do want the weight system back. Maybe let the weapons have long durability or heck, let you fix a weapon at the forge like in FE4(that's the only game I know that does that)! And...that's what I mainly have to say. So...any thoughts? Do you agree, do you disagree, are my opinions crap? I'm curious to see how much my thoughts differ or are similar to everyone elses.
  16. Hey, @eclipse, can we share Friend ID's on here, or no?
  17. Happy you pretty much can get 12 extra orbs from the get go by linking your MyNintendo Account!
  18. ...!!!! OH my gosh! I restarted my phone and went to the Google play store...THE GAME IS FINALLY UP!!! Downloading now...
  19. Heck, I didn't even know RD existed when it came out! It was by chance I found it online a few months or so later and I'm like, "There's a new FE game?! And it's a sequel to PoR?!" I went to Gamestop only to find it Sold out! Speaking of PoR, it also by chance I saw PoR in a Gamestop a few years prior! And again, I had NO idea it even existed(and if I never played the game, only God knows if I would be as a big as a FE fan as I am today )! .................I was curious...and I looked....
