Hmmm... I'm a big fan of the original. It was my first GC game. Maybe I'll reconsider buying it. I was never pumped for this one to be honest.

FE14 Mechanic - Mounted units have a 2 Range 1 shot attack in which they throw their stead to the enemy inflicting damage equal to their Aid. They lose Canto for the rest of the chapter.

Stylistically, SS does it for me. Awakening has the sleekest art style to date, but all it does is emulate past FEs' styles. FE9 is different, but I don't like it too much.

Hell yeah. been doing it for the last 19 years. I'm programming one right now that's TCG based that borrows ideas from JRPGs, FE, MtG, L5R, Dominion and Pokemon. Still finishing up the GUI, it's kinda more difficult than anticipated...

Both could be broken and made no sense flavorwise. Good riddance. In FE9, it made me reset like an OCD maniac and in RD the unintended side-effect of raising unlikely stats-ups of certain classes was very unnatural.

What baffles me is that they still haven't fixed the language bug. Which 100% sure they're aware of it and pretty sure it takes literally 10 second to fix in the code and patch up.
Also, nice eye, I never read those things. I just look at them, then go straight to the game and blindly download the stuff :P

My favorite moment is still having Lucina doing a King Dedede dash attack as a General.
Panne calling her daughter Morgan a man-spawn, and other random barrack exchanges.

Jeigans are not necessary, but required for higher difficulties, and that's what the tier lists are based on. I recently finished FE13 Lunatic, and I'm 90% sure you can't beat it if you don't use Frederick. They also help LTC runs a lot, as do most prepromotes. That said, they're pretty boring and lackluster if you don't play for turns. Boring because you don't get to promote them and watch them grow, which is one of the reasons i got into FE. It is so rewarding to see units like Nino turn from terribleness to soloing beasts.

It goes well with the infinite level up system of this game. And like above mentioned, gives more flexibility in the difficulties this game has.

What is Spike's ethnicity? He's all Bruce Lee so I figure he's Chinese but I'm not sure.
I've come to the conclusion that I'm terrible at FE.

Skirmishes are useless in Lunatic and +. They're harder than the chapters, and the chapters are... hard. Even with grinding until I got super annoyed with it, the chapters around Walhart and anything after that were still challenging. I can't imagine trying Lunatic and + without grinding. Also, the last chapter... beware of the laaaassstt chapter... oooooooooo.....
