Increased my score a bit to 4794, ranked 5234 in tier 18. The cutoff is 6440. I should be able to make it right?

Vantage banner is here with Reinhardt, Gordin, and Lon'qu. A rather lacklustre banner in my opinion.

Tharja and Nino are my main attackers. With support from Buffraim they can typically ORKO almost any unit. Genny is for Rehabilitate healing as I have yet to pull a Shanna for Desperation so my blade tomes are taking damage every time they attack a ranged unit :/ But seriously, I'm very thankful for a +atk Genny. She saved me quite a few times.

Finally got my 5* "Marth" a couple hours ago. Tempest trials take as much in-game stamina as my own mental stamina. Running 35 maps per full stamina gauge is a drastic increase from the 11 maps in training stratum. Also, don't have to worry about WoM if you run a ORKO team. Having Tharja + Nino means practically everything dies in one round. Now if only I could pull a Shanna for Desperation so Kagero wouldn't be such a pain. The one unit that gave me the most trouble is Celica. Mainly because I forget to take into account Ragnarok in my calculations sometimes.....

All this grinding is getting pretty tedious. I'm on track to get the full 100k points but I feel like its a matter of motivation to actually do it then difficulty for me. I like the challenge of the trials but doing the 7 map pack 6 times in a row is tiring. Its also kinda jarring at how easy Arena is compared to this.

Freaking hell Kagero. Leave me alone. It's the fourth freaking run in a row now. At least this one didn't have that much atk -_-

Breath in...breath out.... I met Kagero. It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't my THIRD run in a row. She ruined two of those runs. The only reason why she didn't ruin all three runs was because she was on the Veronica map, which meant I could suicide against her.

WeIl I think I'm getting the hang of this. I have yet to use a team C in a long time and Team B barely saw any action today. Having Genny equiped with the fortify res seal and having Tharja with reposition helped with the maps quite a bit.

Haha...I messed up and rushed too much. Got Nino killed (and it was totally avoidable -_-) and the rest of the team soon followed a couple battles later. Reached 7th battle with a 3-man B-team. RIP Anna who died to Lilina. She would have lived with 1 hp...but no, Azura came along and danced her. Sharena died to Veronica but Ryoma's Vantage pulled through...Except for the freaking Effie. So I ended up kiting 64 hp Effie with Lissa who did 2 dmg....I swear Effie is freaking annoying with her wary fighter.

That's actually quite similar to my team. I run Ephraim (hone speed + reposition), Nino (Fury3), Tharja, and Genny (rehabiliate, fortify res seal). This team can typically pull themselves through. Though I'm thinkng of adding more buffs to the team since Tharja sometimes misses the cutoff, and adding repositon to Tharja as well. At the very least, this team should net you high 500s.

I buff Tharja or super buff Nino to ORKO her. Achievable enough with Buffraim on the team. Do you guys think we'll reach the 1bill points goal in 5 days? This milestone looks hard to beat.

That was a pretty bad run for me....stupid Kagero on the Veronica map ended with only Lissa alive against a Draug.....so I ended up kiting him around a wall. It totally tanked my speed score >.<

I want to play with my new "Marth" but I can't since this event is vaccuming up all my stamina >.<

Its not tied to the character, just the one unit you used. Which is great since that means I can run Nino twice.

Best to just skip to lunatic. The lower levels barely give any points at all :(

Try moving that hunk of armor and getting a decent speed grade.

Well at least the bonus heroes aren't always dead-weight. Tharja and Lucina hold up fine on their own and are a great help against Veronica. Nowi is also a decent unit with SI. Robin is the weakest of the bunch but at least he is a good red/colorless counter, made better with TA. Imagine if you had to pull along a Gwendolyn or someone similar....

I'm aiming for the full rewards. I'm a completionist and I like free orbs. Even without getting full points on the last map, its still very possible to get everything as long as you use all your stamina. Just wanted to see how many people were up to the challenge.

I'm curious, how many people here are aiming for a score of 99,999 to get all the rewards?

Genny is god-sent for this mode. She can heal and do actual damage! Props to those who can actually finish the last trial with no healer... There's no limit, you can try as many times as you like. The speed rating goes by turn count.

Even if you didn't pull a focus unit you can at least still get a 20% bonus. And with the daily free orbs + orb rewards from tempest, you should be able to try your luck again if you really want the 40% bonus.

Um...every banner is a focus banner? The only difference between banners are who the focus units are. The RNG is exactly the same. Try looking at the bright side of things. I'm sure the 5* units can be used elsewhere. Maybe a voting gauntlet or arena bonus. Or maybe you can use them for SI. They might even help you have an easier time with the tempest trials once you trained them up.

160 orbs for 4 5* heroes....thats actually quite high, especially since you are hunt summoning reds. If you pulled a full set with that many orbs, you would have gotten 40 heroes. That means you had pulled 5* units at a rate of 10%, well above the given 6%.

Does anyone know the stats for Veronica? I forgot to record them during my runs and now I'm out of stamina....

I think I might have to dig into my stamina potion reserves if i want to get all the rewards....And the GHB tomorrow is going to cut into that too. And there is also the xenologue! I regret using those stamina pots when I was bored....
