  1. Favorite: Anything having to do with Reinhardt, Dorcas, Pugi Least: Sigurd Burning, I feel like it kinda undermines my favorite moment from the game a bit.
  2. Favorite Heroes: Ike, Finn, Saber, Eliwood, Gregor, Seliph, Cain Favorite Villains: The Black Knight, Arvis, Julius, and Zephiel Hated Heroes: Corrin(Self insert) Hated Villains: Anankos(Worst cop out and just example of writing in all of FE history)
  3. Archers. Never used em more than in SoV. Villages are also a given, as it was great to just be able to chill with your characters and stuff. I also liked the shrine method of class progression. Maybe I'm weird but it seemed cool. I'd also like a big map with off shoots and stuff, and I liked the dungeons. They may have tedious at times but it added a great sense of exploration to the game.
  4. No way this is real. IS just isn't willing to take such a big risk, as awesome as it would be. It does make for some good discussion material though.
  5. Am I the only one who thing Brave Ike's Axe, Urvan, is meant to counter Laguz units. It'd make sense for the Laguz to be colorless Cavalry and Flying units, as the land ones move quickly, and it covers 2 of the 3 types they'd be in all probability.
  6. 7. Boy was I happy with this livestream! We got to see the characters and I was very happy with how they turned out, even if I would've preferred Roy as a dragon unit. I'm gonna get Lyn for my free summon but only because she's the only character who I don't have the original of yet. Gonna go for the rest as well.
  8. We got the only Fate Chars I care about (Leo and Takumi) so I'm happy. I also predict Azura and a male Corrin will be announced along side each other. The voices are concerning, though Takumi and Leo sound fine. Hinoka and Camilla are atrocious and Xander also sounded off to me. I guess we won't be getting any shadow dragon reveals until later then.
  9. Neat! I'll give it a shot: 1. Platinum 2. Sun 3. Soulsilver 4. Black 5. Ruby 6. Fire Red 7. Black 2 8. Omega Ruby 9. X
  10. Finn: Kinda Obv coming from me but I think he'd be great. One way to work him would be to have him be a speedy Brave Lance User with some tankiness maybe Alvis: Best Villain in the Series IMO. And he's the best candidate for Armored Mage, If not the only. Tibarn: My Fav Royal Laguz Unit, I also think he'd be a physical power house for Flier Emblem. Joshua: I can't really see what he'd add to the game that isn't already there, but Dammit I want my Josh Leif: Four Words: Ryoma on a Horse. With his light blade and master knight promotion I think Leif would be one of the most versatile units in the game. We've also had a lord from every game in the series except him.
  11. Maybe it's just me, but Devil Survivor was much harder than the bravely games. So I voted on that. But it depends on what you want. Bravely is faster paced but the split endings of the Devil Survivor games always gives them a good story.
  12. K, haven't read the subclasses and multiclassing yet but I'll update with that later. First things first, make sure your DM is okay with homebrewed class as they tend to be OP as heck or weak as heck. Most the of the stuff here is pretty balanced actually except for a few things. Sol is way to over powered. In 5th ed there's a lot of value to be had in healing, even the simplest healing spell is 1st spell. So I'd tone that down to at least 1/4, rather than a half. And bond points are granted way to frequently. At 1st level you'll have a minimum of 6 bond points, assuming a normal sized party. By the time you get to level 14 you'll be able to spam either until the cows come home. Work with your DM to get that to a reasonable amount. Great Aether is also pretty broken, but I'd just adjust that so that it uses most if not all of your bond points. Last but not least is I'd take the hit die down to 1d8. As for the roleplaying side of this you need to consider how each character would be affected by the absence of their brother. How would the wild brother react? Would he go crazier? How would older bro do? Would he tend to be authoritative where he had no right? These are your characters so no one knows them better than you. I'll try to get back with you about the subclasses by the end of the day. Edit: Got a free moment so decided to go over the subclasses and this is what I found. Guardian of the Knight Lord feels weird to me but I don't know how to fix it. I believe there is a Protection fighting style that you and your DM can work out something with. Dual attack should not be able to use bond points to take away disadvantage but rather there should be no disadvantage in the first place and you must spend a point to dual strike and deal half damage. Just how I would do it. Okay on to blade lord, Once again supreme speed feels weird, the movement thing is fine but maybe you should change the mirror image thing a bit. Dragon Lord is great actually. The Prerequisites and Proficiencies of the multiclassing is fine but the Class options section is kinda garbage. Ask your DM how they want to handle that but I'd build something new from the ground up. Godspeed friend!
  13. I know it's not halloween but I was in the mood. Rules: -15 units to pick. Can be anything from any generation. I've already picked Camilla and Corrin as Witches so those two are out. Can be DLC classes but I can't hack my game so it all has to be possible within game. Units: Selena as a Great Lord please! Sorc!Peri Dark Knight Mozu via A+ Support with Nyx. Wolfkin Shigure via Keaton father Lodestar!Kaze
  14. The script is 100 times more accurate and well written. But everyone is voiced by Bryce Papenbrook and there is dual audio options I need the Ocarina of Time Link amiibo...
  15. Gonna throw caution to the wind here and just list all the ones I want, whether or not I think they are likely. Another thing is I believe Tiki is a shoe-in as they announced her Amiibo alongside Chrom's during the FE Warriors presentation at Tree House live. SD: Catria Athena(Not likely but still) Cain or Able(Both?) Hardin Draug Camus Awakening: Henry Anna Basilio Walhart Cordelia Flavia Gaius Fates: Laslow Selena Odin(With Owain Sword fighting Please) Takumi Felicia Rinkah I personally think the thieves could have a cool and speedy fighting style. And I put Rinkah on here because I think clubs combined with her fire blood might make her fight very differently than a lot of other Axe users. Now for DLC(Limiting myself to Five): Finn Ike Hector Saber Julia
  16. Sure but the plot is bowser kidnaps Peach and you have to go rescue her. There is no character interaction beyond that. I want a sequel to The World Ends with You
  17. Like many on here Everyone except Olivia. She was just so frail and even dancing for defensive characters would never cover her butt. Even in Genealogy, the game of wide open spaces I was able to use dancers to good effect but for whatever reason Olivia just kinda didn't work out for me.
  18. I was going to comment but someone seems to have posted exactly what I was going to post.
  19. Just finished act 3! Can't say I have to many least favorites but I do have a number of favorites: Saber: I love this guy. While it helps that he has gotten some of the best levels in the game for me, I also love his plot relevance and personality. His snark he needed to combat Celica's seriousness and I love how he is deeper than he seems. Sonya: I like her design, she's a good mage who can warp. Not much more to say there. Gray and Tobin: I had to list these two together as while they are good on their own it's together where they really shine. The character interactions between them are my favorite in the entire series. They also happen to be some of the best units from Alm's route for me. Leon: I love his snarky, flirty personality and he is easily the best unit in the entire game for me thus far. Mae: What can I say I love that spunk. Her constant drive and hype was really what kept me going back to Celica's route, even more so than Celica herself. She's also an excellent unit. Lukas: His calm and patient demeanor is a shining example of what a knight is to me and his complex back story yet continuous drive put him in my top ten FE characters quick. He has also been an utter tank for me, plowing through the enemy as he takes on hit after hit. Alm: An excellent protag with just the right amount of Protag traits combined with his own personality. I'm usually bored by the Protags in FE games but Alm has one me over. Definitely one of my fave lords. Clair: Okay last one! Clair has one my favorite personalities and comes off as a somewhat naive girl. She also has one of the best character designs in the game. She's become somewhat of a flying tank for me, not that I'm complaining.
  20. Yeesh, this place is a war zone. But yeah about what I expected from IGN and GameInformer. They are some of my least favorite reviewers ever. I was pleasantly surprised by GameSpot's review and the GameXplain one was what I expected as Derrick seems fond of classic FE games.
  21. Cool, I'll join too. Gameplay wise this is definitely one of my favs in the series. I love the absence of weapon durability and how they balanced the game in turn. I feel the pluses and minuses make each weapon viable in their own way. I also like the personal skill system that helped each unit stand out from the rest. I think the reclass system was much improved with the holding levels as well. I am also fond of many of the maps in Conquest. I liked most of the character designs and was actually fond of a number of characters from the Nohr and Neutral side of things, as well as Rinkah, Takumi and Ryoma. I also liked the strange class picks for the lords, with one being a Manakete(with swords) and the other a dancer. We need more of this in the future IS! The sound track and english voices were great as well.
