    Ok, maybe I should've just pointed out that wench is used across several different FE titles and left out the word "acceptable". I apologize on that front. I can also vouch that I've never called an actual person that or worse and don't ever envision a scenario where I would resort to doing so.

    Perhaps now would be a good time to say that I am in fact a sports fan so I suppose I'm more predisposed to spouting trash talk. Being an Atlanta sports fan specifically probably doesn't help as we have plenty to be bitter about these days...

    Lucina apparently really wants me on her team as she ended up being my free pull from the female side banner. She was even considerate enough to come with a boon/bane that isn't outright horrible (+Def/-HP). I really wish I could help you pummel that green-haired wench into the ground Lucina but I still owe a lot to Ike I'm afraid. I'll very much be with you in spirit though Lucy.

    Welp, it happened. Yes, this was the female side banner for the record. After not even getting a chance at Hector on the male side banner and leaving with just a 3* M!Robin, I was expecting more of the same on the female side banner. Instead, I get Lucina (+Def/-HP) within a week of getting Ike. I am beyond pleased by this turn of events. This also means I have all five Falchion units as 5*s now as well. We'll see if this is a good omen for when I go back to try for Amelia and/or Innes later today.

    I never said that I actually live by the phrase, just for the record. It is technically true though, when you think about it. I swear that I didn't do that on purpose. Though yeah, that juxtaposition is pretty damn hilarious. Anyways, I'm more than happy to make room for any fellow Team Ike peeps who I don't already have on my list (ID is 0085075948, in-game name is also Tybrosion and Chrom is currently my lead). My lead will likely be my TA Soren because it both fits thematically and shuts down the legion of Reinhardts that more than likely will await us.

    At least she isn't Leon, who has the indignity of being the character in Heroes with the lowest CYL rank (#728). He's also the only character in Heroes who ranked below 700th in CYL, the poor sap.

    Florina and Tana both placed within the top 100 actually (71st and 98th respectively). Clair, however, was a very distant 603rd thanks to her only exposure being Gaiden and an Awakening SpotPass cameo. Yeah, it's as they say. Second place is just the first loser.

    Honestly, it only really counts for those who's first FE was 7. Since 7 wasn't my first FE, I have absolutely no nostalgic attachment to Lyn so all I see when I look at her is a horribly bland and uninteresting lord who makes no meaningful contributions to the game's main plot. I would have a hard time believing that she would still be just as popular as she is if she didn't have the title of "first playable FE Lord in the West."

    As someone who started with the Tellius games, I just wouldn't feel right if I didn't go with Ike. Apologies, Hector and Lucina. The fact that I miraculously got him from Sacred World certainly helped me make my decision as I still don't have either Hector or the right Lucina.

    Wow, I was actually right about the next gauntlet being between the top males and females from CYL. I'm certainly not looking forward to seeing Bow Knight Lyn everywhere going forward especially since that's who most people will probably spend their freebie on. I will not be one of them though since even though she's a horse archer, she's still Lyn and I still despise and want nothing more to do with her. I already feel soiled enough as is from using her Bride version as much as I have. Instead, my pick will be between Lucina and Ike with me leaning more towards Lucina at this point.

    This pretty accurately describes how I feel about my Bride!Lyn, except I do begrudgingly use her. She'll still never be forgiven for not being Cordelia though.

    There are no longer any rewards for hitting 10 billion points starting with last gauntlet. It was also Universal Crystals that they gave out alongside the Orbs, not feathers.

    Except the reality is that, at the very least, Gaius got his ass kicked just as badly in the finals as Ephraim and Minerva did. Of course, it wasn't reflected in the actual score thanks to the multiplier but Gaius more often than not couldn't even get 100k in a hour while Corrin never got less than 450k in a hour. Without the multiplier, the final score would actually look something like this (I just multiplied the average non-multiplier hour hourly gain (151,140,975 for Gaius and 601,080,853 for Corrin) by 47 for both teams to get these numbers): 28,250,800,091 to 7,103,625,825.

    How much less support Gaius had doesn't matter. The fact of the matter is, Gaius wouldn't have won against Leo if the multiplier wasn't there at all and that's why people like me and Rezzy want the damn thing dead. Leo always out-gained him in every non-multiplier hour.     You're forgetting about the next Tempest (the last datamine confirmed one for September) and, by proxy, whatever character that one will give us. There's also no telling at this point if the mid-September banner will even have Chapter 13 accompany it or whether Bruno will even become playable in that chapter to begin with.

    Keep in mind that, with the exception of Lloyd, the first nine GHB characters and all their assets had been in the game since the beginning so it was rather easy for them to pump out two GHBs a month starting out. Now, they have to create all new assets for each new GHB unit they add to the game which might be the reason they've since cut it down to one GHB a month.

    Fair point. Though is it even safe to assume that Narcian (and by extension Robin) will even get Infernal maps at all? That would mean that those two would have four copies available from their GHBs while all the other GHB units would have just three copies available provided they all get Infernal maps. Also, no one map has had more than three difficulties up to this point. Just something to think about, unless if I'm missing something.

    Shouldn't Narcian get a Lunatic version of his map first though? At least to me, it'd be a bit awkward to just go from Hard to Infernal and just not have Lunatic at all.
