    You think too highly of me. I really do like that quote, but I chose the Discordian one first because I prefer something lighter hearted and less offensive to that. I chose that quote when I did specifically because Parrhesia was telling me my religion was not real.

    What? How did I try to be ironic, of all things? I un-ironically respect both Discordianism and LaVeyan Satanism, though the former more than the latter. Robert Anton Wilson is one of my favourite people to have lived. @Fluorspar: They were actually somewhat right about the second one. I knew it would get under Parrhesia's skin.

    From my perspective, I'm just not taking things very seriously. It's honestly baffling to me when people call me out like this. Makes me wonder what edgey is. My original posts are not made to rub people the wrong way, they just happen to. I made the statement about Satanism because Parrhesia was pushing me and didn't like my version of religion. I don't like his because it is clearly dogmatic enough to exclude me. I do have some respect for Satanism even if I do not practice it. I had no intention of offending you. No, but I do get a kick out of playing along when he calls me out.

    Being as serious as Discordianism will allow me, Discordianism is a mix between Zen Buddhism, Absurdism and a sense of surrealist humor. It is a religion that I truly respect and there are many people who follow its ethos because they believe it the best path for their lives. I hope to be one of those people one day; one who can take the world less seriously at will. I appreciate Discordianism because it encourages me to take myself as silly as I wish and has good reasons for believing that silliness is important to a healthy mind. It's a little different from true mock religions in that it has real wisdom in its teachings and exists to prod people into being less serious instead of simply mocking them like the flying spaghetti monster thing does.     Weren't you busy? Are you going to be able to consolidate again in the time limit? Surely you must see that not lynching is even worse than lynching a Doctor. Especially one as bad as Dudeaga (if the claim is real).

    I'm not going to change my vote unless something interesting happens, so please read over the thread, look at ISOs, and convince me if you don't want to vote Dudeaga. Otherwise, vote. No one wants a random lynch but mafia. Protecting yourself by not voting is not doing town any good.

Saw some invisibles view the thread earlier, but could have been anyone. You answered your own question. Blyvern has been putting themselves out there and offered at least a little contribution to town by voting and stating reads. They may have been agreeing with others, but more content does not necessarily equal a worse tell. This post especially seems like something town would do. While both ZeeEmm's behavior and Blyvern's fall under the same reasoning (sheeping), Blyvern's behavior hasn't changed much while ZeeEmm's has. It's her lack of consistency that sets off an alarm. There was a reason I said I wasn't defending him.

    On top of you just wanting to lynch someone regardless of actual reads, why haven't you mentioned ZeeEmm? Their posts are even more sheepy than Blyvern's. Not to defend Blyvern, but they have a few town-leaning posts. How do you read ZeeEmm?

    I actually agree with that, looking at Anno's own judgments and so on. I feel kind of bad for him because of how badly his fans want to overlook anything meaningful. On the other hand, he's also a bit of an asshole.

    In agreement with Terrador on both points they addressed and one other. About the red text: You say that 'the mafia' are super vigilant, but haven't cited specific posts where you think mafia were being vigilant. Guilty until proven innocent is not a pro-town attitude. It's been over two hours and no one has come forward. I think that if no one has counterclaimed by now, they will not counter claim at all. Those of you who haven't been on, I'm disappointed. Big plays like this should not be decided because you are too lazy or busy to play. Don't join the game if you can't post every day. I've already given my say. What do the rest of you think we should do?

    I kind of move in and out of it. Sometimes I find something I want and I go for it. If I don't find anything, just go along like normal.

    I say give it another two hours tops. If no counter claim is made, then we need to focus on other people. We won't have time if we wait to right before the deadline.
