I recently acquired my fourth Lyn, an attack minus, hp plus Lyn. When I saw her IVs a part of me got crushed. I believe that every Hero can be made into something great - powercreep or no- but I'm not sure what to do with her. I want to make her into something I can run in a Lyn Emblem team (Herself, Bride Lyn, Brave Lyn, and a Legendary Lyn) or in general just for fun. Any advice? Maybe even builds that have worked out very well for you?

It could be cool. Escpecially with the way Negative Exponent suggests by having Grima do dips and such. Me personally, I'd like a Fates inspired stage myself. Definitely if it involves uses of Dragon veins to change the playing field.

Any reason for thinking not?

I had a crazy headcanon the other day and wanted to see what SF thought about it. Occasionally, I find myself wondering what the other side of the Dragon's Gate looks like. We never actually get to see the other side of it. BUT there is one other location in the series that we know of called the Dragon's Gate: The one in Fateslandia. What if Fates is set in the future on the other side of Elibe's Dragon's Gate. We do know that both Dragons and Humans lived past the Dragon's Gate which matches up with Fates' world. The Dragon's Gate exists in both Elibe and Fateslandia, and Fateslandia - as far as we know - lacks any other ties to other places (save for dimensional travel). Does anyone have any opinions on this? Thoughts they could add to this? This possibility blew my mind when I thought of it, even if it is just strung together by a few coincidences. I really wasn't sure which section to put this in, but figured I'd put it here given that there are two distinct Elibean games to pull from vs Fate's three variations.

Desperation helps alot. Saizo's refined Smoke Dagger does -6 to all stats on the target and all foes within two spaces. It's the ultimate debuffer, even if he's not that great combat-wise.

I'm a bit saddened at the current state of the FE segment of the Smash roster. I'm thinking it may be a bit too late right now to make changes to it. I'm hoping in the next game that the Marth expies get dropped and some more unique characters take their places. After all, there'd be so much salt from the general Smash community if we got any more reps, lol.

Dagger units became good when Sothe released and Saizo got a refine, lol. I'm not really getting my hopes up this banner. I doubt these units will have much BST to work with, so their stats will probably be less than favorable.

There's a lot of coincidences that points towards it being canon. I remember reading something on the timing of it being just right. That the first Exalt was just the second to fight Grima after Alm's initial attempt. Do I think Alm and Celica would actually go into Thabes and remove the shield (which iirc had some warning attached to it)? Not sure. It makes sense given the draw of treasure may have been needed to fix the land after the war. Removing the shield? I suppose if there was no initial threat at the time, someone like Boey made the mistake of removing it

Three-way S supports are now a thing. Some result in one of the three dying or giving negative bonuses when around eachother, the partner seals won't work in 3-way s supports, child characters don't receive the modified growth bonuses, and many people view the whole system as disgusting causing the game to not sell well putting Fire Emblem's future in jeopardy. I wish Fates had better writing staff and a better writing in general

Granted, but no changes are made. It's not translated, the graphics aren't updated, and it works on the DS and ONLY the DS. I wish Vanilla Lyn was actually useful in Heroes

Seeing another Persona game for the 3DS makes me happy. I own mostly Nintendo Consoles (save my 360 and PS2) so usually I can only play Persona games via emulation.

(What? There are games without armored units?) Granted, but now they're useless in those certain games because their movement much less than normal and start with axes rather than lances. This doesn't help given their low hit rates. I wish for an official comic/manga about Forneus and his research and work towards creating Grima set during the time he was working on Grima.

Griffon Rider. It really could be more than just a one-off. I wouldn't mind seeing the Adventurer and Basara classes again either. Mage fighter (which I just stumbled upon) looks cool too

A friend once told me Lunatic Awakening wasn't even playtested XD It definitely shows with all its unfairness. Also, as much as I love Fates on higher difficulties the beginning levels completely suck. Especially the Mother chapter. At that point, Corrin is probably your only real capable unit, and there are freaking Wyrmslayers.

A+ memes I'm aiming for jokes no one has done yet or at least putting new spins on existing ones. Granted I now see the missed opportunity to include Walhart Shopping Bags filled with groceries in the "How Do You Like the Taste?" image.

I feel either should be playable at the start with the option of playing Binding with data from Blazing (a la the Tellius series). Beyond that? No problems with the two being together. That's less money I'd have to pay, lol. Just as long as stuff doesn't get cut for space like Book one of Mystery

I actually don't mind this Lucina. The way I see it, all lord characters will get alts over time. This was going to happen one time or another. Unlike seasonals, this is a one-time thing. As for the unit herself? I don't care too much. The other units on the banner? Good opportunity to get merges on limited units and female Grima. I burned through nearly all 70-something of the orbs I was saving for CYL. I got Female Grima on the last summon (couldn't be happier), my first Shigure, and a bit of Fodder.

Instinct. It has Odin Dank as the leader. Do I need any other reason?

I think having a set of Pegasus sisters performing the Triangle Attack would be an awesome assist trophy. Probs won't happen though. Some class specifics I think would be cool: Dancer: She'd dance in the background for a short time improving all the summoner's stats while active. Transformation unit: Rampages around at foes. Can get KOed. Healer: Restores health over time Axe fighter: Throws handaxes and swings axe fiercely at close range. Can also get KOed

Seek my future self. Would you rather a prequel or a sequel to Awakening?

Use the secret shops, Gaiden Chapters, hidden items, and character recruitment guides as needed. Just have fun.
