They were fine using Fire Blast and Flamethrower tbqh. 95 and 80 base special attack is nothing to sneeze at. Neither witnessed a sudden appearance in the upper tiers following the split either. Entei probably did because of that high burn chance?

Units are pushed 5 tiles north or south depending on the wind type. If the tile is an empty space, they will be pushed to whatever the next (further not closer) tile is available. If the tile is occupied, they'll remain on the same place. You can activate the winds prematurely on player phase via Dragon Vein, pushing not only your folks but also enemies, which can have some use. Don't begin acting with your units until you have calculated where they will end up on the next turn. Your goal is simply to kill Fuga and seize, so you could always skip on the parts you fail to strategise for, should you find yourself in too much trouble.

Which ones for example? I don't think Tyranitar and the pseudo-legendary dragons needed another buff, and these were the mons who benefited from it the most (as did Togekiss and Weavile). Salamence was already a key player in RSE OU, and getting this buff caused it to become too strong for OU in the next gen. I imagine it was the ubiquitous Choice items and Life Orb that really ruined the competitive rather than the gen 4 split.

Why is the physical/special split considered good anyway? It did ruin the competitive.

These are the only earphones I can wear actually. If they don't wrap around my ears, they'll fall out continuously. From what I remember of over-ear earphones, my ears get too tired from wearing them for more than a few minutes.

Will do. My random reclass run is approaching the endgame and I'll want something extra challenging when that's over. Going back to 0% growths runs is a good idea. Yes. I'm at about chapter 11 with Anna recruited on my LTC run on Hard (the turn counts are as good as they could get), and FinalInsanity from Reddit has already finished the game on Normal also in a pretty efficient manner. LTCing Awakening is just about the most frustrating experience I've ever had playing Fire Emblem because of the unpredictable AI behaviour coupled with RNG. Need to return and finish it though, as aside from several super-tough rout maps this game is quite LTC-friendly.

I've been meaning to 0% growths the Fates games for months, but my attempts at hacking the game have all failed with the game failing to load and freezing after putting all the modified files together into a ROM. Would really like to play through these too.

So what this all means is that if you want to get more experience from kills, you should try to: 1) do it with a weaker weapon, like Slim Sword 2) attack a stronger enemy 3) abstain from using boosts from buff staves and shields 4) have poor stats somehow I guess that means 0% growths runs have the quickest levelling.

I'd say Christianity hasn't changed a whole lot (though there are denominations that weren't there centuries ago), in essence, and really shouldn't change. After all, if the meaning derived from the experience of being a Christian is just the latest trends of the current ideologies just with a different name, why be a Christian at all? When I play GSC in-game, 100% accurate status moves used by the AI occasionally fail. No clue why.

You are not allowed to attack at 2-range, and if you do, your character is sent to your own prison where you have to use up materials to bring them back. Fun!

Laws are way more annoying in this game tbqh. They actually always screw you up in a specific way.

I don't think anything in RBY OU actually runs Fire Blast specifically for Exeguttor? It's got high special defence and all viable users of the move lack STAB. Blizzard is way more common however, and it's a bargain with high accuracy and 120 BP.

Well then, why not achieve this rebalancing thing without making the game any more of a coin toss fest? I imagine Crobat would still be pretty underwhelming even if it had Spore or something.

Are you sure it's a thing? There's definitely no weapon triangle in the game, though.

I don't like mono-ground as a defensive type tbqh. Sure, it is immune to electric but not much else. Steel is so much better.
