    Well it's because Hawk has good utility and is a pretty damn solid combat infantry unit. Azel!Delmud, Lex!Artur, and Midir!Lester are all good combat units, but Hawk gets B staves. I'm not sure, but a dude with B staves+good bases/combat sounds like he'd be higher than 3 dudes who're the second/third best outcomes of their possible dads. (Well Midir!Lester is probably the most solid one given innate pursuit and bows to pass down though ...) Also, is Jamka!Lester any better than Midir!Lester long-term? I'm sure that the growths+continue/charge have more of an advantage than Midir's innate pursuit, given that the Hero bow makes things so much easier to kill.

    You'll love horses and people with major holy blood. Uh, and have fun with this game, it gets tricky at times. Nothing you can't figure out on your first run! oh and check SF for the hidden things if you want, some hidden items change a units performance rather drastically, like the early Hero/Brave Axe. Weapons are repairable. Arena's have an effect on the rng. The Lord is the best character in the game. Any skill with arrows in its icon is really good.

    Alec's pretty darn low on the priority list for dads. I'm pretty sure that Ardan and Midir are both better overall dad

    Marty, do you plan on giving the pursuit ring to Claude!Artur? Sounds like he'd be solid with it. Draftable Celice just sounds too op. Even with worse bases, Dew can still pass gold to Sigurd by ch5 and have him buy rings/swords to pass down lol.

    I've never thought of Kevin as the BEST character in the game. Karina/Inanna exist with earlygame+combat+flight.

    I'm pretty sure a sothe with adept+silver knife forges is along the lines of "meh" come p4. but it has been forever since i played an fe10 hm run that far, lol.

    pretty sure the only thing Azel!Artur has going for him is the possibility of Pursuit+Wind/Thunder tome inheritance.

    this isn't going to end well at all. I'm pretty sure fe10's thing boils down to the following: -Do you have good bases and solid growths? -Do you require constant use of disposable resources, and what makes you better at using them than the other units availible? -Do you fly/have a 34+ 3rd tier spd cap? -Availibility. -How much bexp do you require to function in tip top shape -If your name is Tormod, Lucia, Vika, or a cat laguz not named Mordecai/Ranulf.

    Leif's a perfectly serviceable combat unit if need be man. Think of the cost of giving the elite ring to leif. Celice wants it, but Leif would be the only other unit to want said ring tbh.

    iirc, they might be combining the characteristics of both the reverse flash and prof. zoom into one character.

    Efficiency doesn't totally focus on low turn counts, but LTC contributions should be an aspect to consider in the case of certain pairings.
