  1. Doing this will get you banned from the forums, followed by you being unbanned in a month or so.
  2. So like when to we fire the three inactive mods?
  3. Wonderful, now we have only 1 active staff member. Such a diverse range of opinions in the staff, among other things.
  4. I know you're behind this, and I'm on to you. Don't think you've been going unnoticed.

  5. Canas kills the knights in Marcus's way. All of them.
  6. About the only use for it would be to display the stats of the unit the cursor is over on the controller. Or a minimap showing unit positions, current turn, how many units on each side, etc. To do anything else would be a frivolous waste of time and effort.
  7. Original one is better. I mean it is called "Blue Skies" and not "Cloudy Skies with a Chance of Rain." Not to mention that the darker version just looks generally inferior than the lighter version.
  8. Immunize is to enemies what kevlar is to NERF guns.
  9. Clear out Victory Road, do some leveling until my party hits Lv55, buy Full Restores, and head for the Elite 4. And after them, N and Ghetsis. Grimsley: Such a loser I don't even remember what I did to beat him. Shauntel: Used Stoutland and Serperior a bit to beat her. Possibly Archeops as well. Marshall: I led with Musharna, and it used Lucky Chant while I gave it X Defenses and healed it, having it throw up Lucky Chant again as needed. She was then able to pick off Marshall's mons using Psybeam with impunity. Caitlen: I think I used a combination of Serperior, Stoutland, and Archeops. N: I used several members of my party against him. I lost Archeops to his Zoroak because I didn't realize that it would survive Acrobatics. Ghetsis: I gave Reshiram X Specials and X Speeds against Cofagrigus, giving it Full Restores as needed. After set up was finished, Reshiram OHKO'd Ghetsis's entire party. Stoutland: Could also be counted on to take a hit and dish out damage all game as well. Watchog: Absolute beast when he was used. I doubt he would continue to perform well later in the game, but he is awesome earlygame. Musharna: Absolute tank. Mammoth HP and good defenses, and a good special attack as well. Is also available for most of the game too. Scolipede: A decent enough mon who can get the job done. Hampered for a while by a lack of high basepower moves until it can get Megahorn and Posion Jab. Cofagrigus: A defensive mon that can be counted on to not die. A pity that this is most of what it can do for most of its existence due to its movepool. Archeops: Does a wonderful job of killing shit. Reshiram: Why bother writing something here?
  10. Chase Team Plasma around, battle Bianca, clear out some trainers, and level some. Then beat Dreyden with a combination of Archeops and Serperior. Thoughts None. 11. Beat Cheren, go through Twist Mountain, and then use Surf to clear out trainers on Route 17 and Misaltren Cave and other places. Teach some TMs and do some leveling before having Musharna solo Brycen. Thoughts Musharna: Ridiculously tanky. 12. Beat Bianca, go through Chargestone Cave, and make good use of the Lucky Egg clearing out all the trainers around Misaltren and Celestial Tower. Do a bit more leveling, and have Musharna beat Skyla with Charge Beam. Thoughts Musharna: Still a tank. Scolipede: Megahorn solves any offense problems he may have had. Cofagrigus: Impressive tank. Archeops: May as well be called "The Murder Bird". 13. Beat Cheren, do Cold Storage, level some, go to gym and beat Clay. What else is there to say other than that Serperior owns the gym? Thoughts Serperior: Bulky sweeper who can setup with Coil if desired. He has his final movepool at this point. Stoutland: His niche is basically to take care of something I don't want to send in other members of the party in against. He does an admirable job of this. Musharna: Still a tank. Scolipede: Somewhat impeded by lower base power moves. This problem should be solved when he gets Megahorn from the move relearner. Cofagrigus: Basically Musharna with two immunities. Archen: Should evolve pretty quickly, and will become pretty damn damn damn beastly. 14. Beat Bianca, beat Cheren, go to the desert and capture a Relaxed Yamask and name it "MASK DE". Grab my fossil, and revive it, naming it "Con". Clean out trainers on Route 4, Desert Resort, and around Nimbassa suburbs. Beat N, go into the gym, and have Musharna solo Elsea. Thoughts If something wasn't really used in this leg of the game for anything other than self-improvement, I probably won't mention it here. Musharna: Beastly tank. 16. Captured a Venipede in the Pinwheel Forest (Brave nature) and named it "Kevin". Beat Plasma, evolved Muuna, and did some leveling before I went to the gym in Castelia City. Whirlipede was able to solo Burgh easily enough; Iron Defense allowed it to take his Dwebble's Smack Down with no problem. Thoughts Servine: Wasn't really used in this leg of the game. Watchog: Still a monster at this point in the game. I feel its a shame to drop him for another member while he's still doing well, but I will. Herdier: Performing well. Musharna: Tank. 17. So I go to the Dreamyard again and Cut the tree and deal with Team Plasma. I then capture a Munna and name it "KAEDE". Its nature it bold, which is great. I level some, then grab the Balm Mushroom on my way out of town. Beat Cheren, save thing from Plasma, and level more. Level in the area around Pinwheel Forest, and hit the gym when I'm at a comfortable level. Herdier eliminates Lenora's Herdier with Rock Smash, then I send in Watchog to block her Watchog's Retaliate with Detect. Watchog then Rock Smashes its way to glorious victory. Thoughts Servine: Takes hits like a champ. Watchog: Earlygame monster. Herdier: Pretty much the same as Watchog. Munna: Is evolving the moment I get the Moon Stone. 18. Okay, I start the game and pick Snivy as my starter. After the the usual stuff I find out his nature is Careful (this works) and I nickname him "Harman". Capture a Patrat (Brave) and name it "Garcian", and capture a Lillipup (Lonely) and name it "Dan". I do some leveling on Route 1, before realizing that no I will not be able to get all three of these mons to level 10, settling for Lv10 on Snivy and Lv8 on the other two. In Accumula Town N's Purrloin's attacks bounce off of Snivy; it was 8HKOing with Scratch or something ridiculous like that. Clear out Route 2 and other places, and do some more leveling. Level 15 as a target level for the first gym is a terrible target because of the lack of Audinos; I was only able to endure to Lv13, and I didn't even level the Panpour who I didn't bother to name. Not that it mattered, as base Panpour was able to beat the leader's Pansear after Patrat had destroyed his Lillipup.
