If Ike is RNG-screwed or underleveled for whatever reason, Ena is extremely useful. (hard mode). Even if he's not, she's still somewhat useful, again, on hard mode. My vote goes to... Bastian, I guess. Sothe > lots of characters > Ena > * > Shinon > Rolf > * > Lucia > Bastian

You need Eliwood and Hector to level as well. And Dart is the one who actually recruits him, yet Mekkah made no mention of that. It's pretty much the opposite for me.

She's not some invincible beast who can rip through everything, but she is useful. She has decently good offense despite terrible speed because double attacking in general is hard to do (at least on hard mode), and she has high mag, great hit, and hits res, and she does an extra 16 damage on armors and horses. Then she has staves + high mag in part 3 on, which is especially useful when you have only one other staff user.

Lol you listed Nephenee and Lucia as top tier. This isn't a "who I would want to have sex with" list or something ridiculous like that, so the character's age doesn't matter. Just how good they look. Also, my list is on physical appearance in general, not just "hot"ness, since that usually means very little to me. What's really lol is people having Mist as "o noz not legal", but then when someone says "she's actually this old", then they're like "Oh! Then in that case... *ranks her near the top*". Just because your thoughts on her age change, she suddenly looks hotter?

It's 1-2. Marksman class adds the 3. Use it with Astrid or something, and you'll have 1-2 range.

Eh.. That's not how I rank things, at least. "as fast as possible" limits you to only the fastest strategies, and anything else is completely invalid. Like... take your wyvern rider and peg knight, rescue your lord and best fighter, and go to the throne, or something like that. So many otherwise decent-good units become completely useless. And that's also not how most people play the game anyway. And for FE9 and 10, I don't cut it off at max bexp. The bexp limits are very easy to achieve for some chapters, so often one char being stronger than another would have little to no worth I say . . . fewer turns is better, but don't put too much weight on any one strategy or scenario. Try to consider all, or all reasonable ones. Of course, better ones (ones that take fewer turns, etc.) hold more weight. And this is why I say that, especially when talking about supports, that XXX mid tier unit might be fielded sometimes, rather than "This guy isn't one of the best, so he is never getting used. He doesn't fit into any of the strategies that win as fast as possible." And to me, that makes much more sense.

Titania looked a lot better in PoR. For the in-game sprite, that is. Her OA was terrible. Here, her OA > in-game sprite. Paladin is indeed the best combat class in the game, without question. Wyvern Lord is the only one that's somewhat arguable. Think about it. Halberdier is just like paladin except completely inferior. 2 less move, no moving after attacking/trading/etc., and is stuck with lances instead of being able to use two weapons, one of which you can choose. Ike's class is the same way, except the mastery skill is better, in exchange for being unable to use the Knight Ward and having an inferior weapon type (swords < lances).

"highest possible critical rate in the game" refers to the fact that he has multiple bond supports. "ability to use the best weapon in the game" refers to the Double Bow

Nasir has great defenses, but his offense is only decent, and his move sucks. The hawks have pretty good durability, but they have meh offense. They're not crap (this game has a severe lack of crappy characters), but they're worse than most of the rest. Indeed he's not. However, he is one of the game's worst.

It was the same way in FE9. There was less there, even. At least endgame had tons of defensive terrain in this one. Anyway, I do not miss forts, forests, etc. Too broken.

He's too slow without massive Knight Ward abuse. I assume these Devdan haters don't know how to use the Knight Ward properly. Even then, that doesn't allow for others to get as much use out of it.
