In the couple days I've been here now I do not have much of a say in regards to this, but after looking through alot of the drafts and that rule thread, Integrity clearly has the passion for the section so I say yes.

It's mostly due to the huge hype it has, many people jumped onto the FF series with 7. I personally find it to be a good game not to mention that Aerith is in it! :3 but I find it overrated I prefer 4, 9, 6, and some others over it Honestly I think FF8 has the more hate or love relationship as if you ask anyone about it you either get. "BEST FF EVER" or "THAT GAME SUCKS yada yada" I like it but yea, this is about 7 not 8. It's mostly due to the impact it had on gaming as a whole it was a huge RPG it was a main reason for getting a PS1 back then and Squaresoft cranked it out and have been milking it ever since [loved Crisis Core though]

I'm not sure, but I like Hawk King's crazy theory. My own idea is either Smash Brothers [lol] or this hope of mine that they are going to make a 3rd game based on Ike but have it be on a completely new continent.

I see! That's part of why Blazing Sword is my second favorite it was my first fire emblem after I learned about the series through Super Smash Brothers Melee.

Hahah I only played 1 recently so that's kinda funny xD. Path of Radiance is also my favorite! :D I just loved the story and characters even more so then the other games. The struggles of Ike and his ragtag band, The Black Knight and the whole mystery of the medallion and so much more make this a huuuge favorite. Blazing Sword is a close 2nd favorite.

Oh Mist, you were one of my favorite units in PoR now look at you. Mist while having meh base stats when she arrives she has a good amount of availability don't expect to get her far in HM though, she is much more suited to NM, her speed, skill and magic are decent, she can use swords right from the get go this time.. unfortunately she doesn't have the strength to back it up, and there are no longer swords that are based off magical ability so she got nerfed BIG TIME and she is easily killed if left out in the open. If you do manage to get her promoted you'll have a decent horseback healer, but by that point. Elincia is back in your control who is much better at the sword swinging/healing mixture. Overall 3.5/10 + 1 bias point for fond memories of her from PoR and the cool redesign she got. So make that 4.5
