The DB should be lowmanning their units, to an extend. If you plan on training a scrub, it should be to or MAYBE three , at best. You can use people like Sothe & Volug for hardly any cost. But I'm on fine terms with that, since I am not fan of every DB, but mostly Nolan & Edward (I'll use Meg sometime).
