  1. Hmm.. good question. I would have wanted some of the characters to tone some of their gimmicks down, to explore them further, like Miriel. Or at least, I would have wanted them to explore the origins of said gimmicks. For the most part, I'm fine, since it made each individual in the cast more memorable for me, but some characters could have really used more development.
  2. PoR :P Yes, the early game is really luck based, even with the water trick. That's because you lack options. The first 6 chapters are really hard, and L+ still has some huge difficulty chapters, like chapter 12,18,19,20, and those after 20 except for 22. And they all have one thing in common, too many enemies, too little time (no Endgame, nosferatu can't solo L+, you don't even get the first one till chapter 10, and your ass gets handed to you by the high enemy density). But other than that, the mode does something that I feel a lot of hard modes can't accomplish. It makes every new run, no matter how similar to the previous one you made, different. It's a factor of the RNG sure, because the skills are distributed randomly, but how you take down that different team is what matters. If the early game was designed better (say, only one skill till chapter 5?), I would like the mode better.
  3. Pretty boring. Not much interesting.

  4. I would put Merric a bit higher, he can one shot Wyverns on his join map, and gain a level upon doing so. But otherwise I agree.
  5. FE12 doesn't have permadeath on casual mode, but all other FEs do. But if since you mentioned hacks and codes and the like, there is a way to avoid permadeath in older FE games, it's called SHIFT+F1 -> F1.
  6. I would like a new game, but with Awakening's engine. I think they haven't yet done all they could with it.
  7. I have to say, your sig totally looks like come at me bro
  8. But Nah can do it on Lunatic+™ Whoops my bad then :/
  9. Uhhhh.... No? You can get her 10+ levels on her starting chapter (even with an average Nah), she destroys after that. The only proof I have is my playlog, which I won't search for now.
  10. Here's mine for Panne. Taguel 10> Wyvern Rider 10> Wyvern Lord 15> Griffon Rider. If grinding: Taguel 30> Wyvern Lord 15> Trickster 10> Griffon Rider. This makes her really dodgy, which is all I can think for her. Kellam (Tanky grind build): Knight 10> General 15> War Monk 15> Great Knight ( can swap General for Great knight in the chain, if you want General to be the final class) Virion (sage build): Archer 10> Mage>10> Dread Fighter 16> Sage. Virion (Bow user build): Archer 10> Dread Fighter 16> Sniper 15> Bow Knight. That's all I got. It's probably terrible.

  12. Happy birthday!!!!!!111 have a nice one!!1!!!

  13. I meant staffbots not rallybots, my bad. I don't pair the staffbots, except on chapter 16, because they may need the speed to not be doubled by the falcos. 6 or 7 units is good, but are those units great units? Because that's the point of having few combat units, that they are so good that you don't need more units. That's why I recommend to either do some of the children paralogues, or boss rush Cervantes. But boss rushing costs you really valuable EXP.
  14. I always use a full team, but by that I mean planned pairs of 4 or 3 pairs, and the rest are rallybots and children. I'm always fully deployed.
  15. You can have the bottom half cleared in turn 1. You don't have to kill ALL enemies near Cervantes before turn 5, just at the end of it. I'm saying this, in case you want the reinforcement XP. If you don't want that, just do a boss rush, by rescuing, then mage bombing Cervantes. Okay, I read it takes you 2 turns to take on the first wave. Hmm.. have you completed some of the easier children paralogues? It can save you some trouble on this chapter. Other than that play offensively, if you don't have the levels. I'm going to think of something else later.
  16. On chapter 16, you need good offense, and you need to move fast. By turn 5, it's helpful if you have the upper half of the map cleared. Next you need two good tanks. On the middle there are two spaces where you can block the southern reinforcements. The rest of the team will heal the tanks, and deal with the falcos. After the falcos are gone, they can support the tanks. After everything is dead, kill Cervantes.
  17. lel I only get 15 hours of college a week lel
  18. I managed to complete it, but not without Lon'qu and Miriel dying retreating. Now I have bowz.
  19. How they behave, how they react to situations, and how they react to other characters.
  20. Yes, and also because chapter 3. Funny, how in casual I could beat the death gauntlet (chapters 1-6) in like 2 hours. But I'm having trouble in chapter 12, without avatar as team carry, I have trouble killing the pallys, I have a beast killer on Sumia, but the beastkiller Pally also one shots her.
  21. So far, so good. I'm in chapter 12 already, and it's been a little harder not having a TEEM carry, but my team is much more balanced that in my log.
