    Yes, but you didn't address Alph. I'm not seeing how anyone would wish that on anything. Did you even remember Alph was *technically* on the roster? This is an actual question because I didn't. Not to mention that Marth and Lucina both would have lost 4 colors each. That's really poor treatment.

    That's a pretty poor attitude. Dark Pit, Dr. Mario, and Lucina have living breathing fans. It's not very nice for you to just say they should just be alts just because they aren't unique. Ever stopped to think about Alph? 90% of people forget he exists because he's in literally that exact situation. I'd rather have people be happy and to have a larger roster (including Alph) than to have some people be without. But seriously, you're argument doesn't work because Alph proves that alts get awful treatment. He's barely his own entity and doesn't even have voice clips. And he's a character who has a voice actor. It's so bad that he doesn't even have his own Palutena's Guidance. I love Pikmin and still forget because of his horrible status.

    I actually like Jakob x Rinkah because I don't like Rinkah and I think she kinda deserves it for being rude to people just like Jakob is. They're perfect for each other. As for other supports, I haven't read many but the typical stuff so I'll say Xander x Charlotte and Male Corrin x Niles. EDIT: as a whole I tend to prefer comedy to any form of seriousness so Jakob, Niles and Azama are utterly beautiful. It's why Tharja is the best Awakening character.

    what Marth has a canon wife so people should get over that As for Lucina, I love her design and bloodline because <3 Marth, I enjoy her personality and her world, I like her voice, and she turned out to be my best Awakening unit by far. She was totally amazing. I was really happy when she was confirmed for Smash. I like screamed or something.

    There's no fun in ripping apart a defenseless fictional character who has a large hatebase for some reason. This topic is in poor taste and Gaius at least should get the same treatment or else this topic is hypocritical. Awakening itself has a massive hatebase so stuff like this just goes unopposed. If it were "best ways to kill Mist" or something like that, no one would stand for it.

    Ironically, I like Shiro and friends but hate Velouria. I wanted a complete change just for change sake like Kaden, Selkie, and Keaton. I loved Flannel but still like Keaton, but I didn't really care about Velour in the first place. I also dislike Ignatius for no real reason other than aesthetics. I love Percy because Thomas and Friends, and Forrest is pretty cool. I'm glad it was Forrest and not something hideously pretentious. I'm glad Kisaragi was kept, but I'm glad Shinonome was changed. I also prefer every single other name change besides Mozu because c'mon Mozu was taken. I guess Kagero isn't good.

    different opinion: Lucina and Marth are better than Ike, Roy, and Robin and I'd rather have either than anyone else from FE Lucina is absolute perfection. Ike is a bad character. I'm fine with Roy and Robin. I'd rather the Smash FE roster have been Marth/Roy/Lucina/Robin with maybe Corrin and replace Ike with Squirtle.

    I hope Sanders and Clinton don't cannibalize each other too much. I see Trump winning the Republican nomination, but as such, both of them need to work together to beat him. It's sort of similar to how Woodrow Wilson became president; his two opponents split their party. Fire Emblem doesn't have any strong political leanings unless you really hate same-sex marriage.

    I can buy this. Shiro is white and he's technically Hoshido's heir. It works pretty well.

    I too wish for MaCorrin x Jakob love I want to have MaCorrin and his army of half naked butlers and have him marry Niles but I think having FeCorrin with an army of stripped butler manservants works too

    Well in that case: Even More Unpopular Opinion: I welcome fanservice. Fanservice makes me pretty happy, especially for males <3. It makes me sad about the swimsuit censorship just because I wanted an army of speedo men Butlers as a fun run. Obviously I wouldn't take away the serious main story, just for online, grinding, or DLC. And of course a less serious run just for fun. That's where fanservice feels at home to me.

    Favorites: the Spear Fighter line from Fates. I adore the aesthetics of the classes way better than Soldier and I cannot express my love for Basara. I also like fliers a ton, but especially Kinshi Knights. I also really like Archers and Snipers. I just generally like Lances and Bows. Least Favorites: Non-Archanea/Ylisse/Fates Mages/Sages because of how awkward they are, GBA Cavaliers because their stats make me physically cringe, and Fighters/Warriors because just lol
