I boss abused her until I get her up to 20 and it worked of course. Same with the rest of the teams who I manage to get some of them up to Lv. 15 to 17 iirc... Otherwise, 8-9 if I'm giving her an equal amount of kills as everyone else (usually Kent, Sain, Erk, Florina, Dorcas, Matthew for battle units).
