I wanted to make a change log, but there were just too many things changed from V3 to V4. So I didn't really bother.

It would also take me hours to make, I have to go work on schoolwork now

uhhhhh many portraits have been revamped

the characters have decent backstory/are interesting now

most of the dialogue has been significantly revamped (some of it just tweaked I guess)

all the menu graphics/battle frame have been changed

it goes up to what is it dan, 14 on each route now?

think it's 14~

a couple characters have had classes changed i believe

new characters added in

changes to chapter design

custom anims for lord

new soldiers woooooo

new AKs and stuff

ch 3 & 5 are less difficult but still present significant challenges...

is that sort of decent?

enough to whet the appetite?

also fuck punctuation

ohyeah also new balance-y stuff like magic swords are good now and whatnot

just play it already

I wouldn't classify many of those as important gameplay changes (graphics related changes for example), but if the list would still be too long to compile then I'll have to deal with not knowing 'til I have more time to play :(.

[spoiler=Makeshift Changelog]

Prologue:

You obtain a priest, making the first couple chapters easier to do.

Discan has a handaxe.

Gold Edge has a +2 Def bonus.

Ch. 3:

Slowed reinforcements down, pacing of chapter is better overall.

Ch. 4:

The Convoy now joins on this chapter.

Lumi no longer exists, instead you get an Fighter by the name of Driscoll.

More reinforcements.

Ch. 5:

It has a turn limit.

Reinforcements are slightly different now in terms of classes.

Ch. 6:

Map has vastly changed.

More Ballistae.

It has a turn limit.

Arena removed.

Ch. 6x:

Starting placement of Renair/Enjo's party has changed.

Map is changed somewhat.

Chest: The Fire Sword is replaced with a Kris.

Garath participates in the chapter now.

Ramrivus has been given 1 more mt and gives +2 res bonus.

Ch. 7A:

Map has been vastly changed.

Ch. 9A:

Jayson's spawn point has changed.

A mage using Meteor has been added.

Ch. 7B:

It has a turn limit.

Ch. 8B:

Houses/Vendor/Armory are all at spawn.

House gives a Zanbato instead of a Fire Sword.

Ch. 9B:

Turn limit lengthened. (IIRC)

Things that I remember off the top of my head.

These will also contain the regular updates, but will also have bonus content like my concept doodles and stuff. Maybe tidbits of the CGs' work in progress (in actual colour instead of 64-colour indexed sepia! ) if Astra lets me post them. So if you have a tumblr, make sure to follow us!

Bug:

illanice X Amelia support convo links to Canas X Vaida supports with the sprites of whoever is placed in the canas/bartre character slots.

also, when continuing from chap. 2 to 3, the game freezes up and makes a horrible noise. I reset the game and it worked fine though
