Umm yeah so Psych is voting me because I'm not valuable? rolleyes.gif

On that note, I do need to get into this game. It'll be easier when Itemafia ends.

Itemafia will never end. You have time to pay attention to both.

If not Raymond.

According to my experience, the kill prority used to be along these lines:

1. Raymond

2. Raymond

3. Psych

4. Raymond

5. Good players in general

6. Raymond

7. Quiet players

8. Raymond

9. Raymond

10. Everyone else

...though admittedly, it's not been happening as much lately. :newyears:

##Vote: I Eat Tables

Because I'd rather vote on someone who didn't post at all than vote in someone who's been participating actively.

Awesome. I've been posting by the way.

Now, so far I saw votes on Core and myself. Why not Raymond?

##Vote: Raymond

Now that I've gotten that out of the way, I guess it's time to start searching for information. Is there a numbers role? Claiming with you details would be nice. I still don't have any real reads on someone, not surprising, given it's day 1, so, uhh... yeah.

##Unvote: Raymond

Show us what happens when you survive past day 1.

Then please start explaining why we should keep you around. It's D1 now, so you can be lynched.

This is actually a tough question.

I can assure you that I bring more to the town than many players in this game. I'm an average player with plenty of experience. Also, I'm active, which is usually helpful.

You have a very strange idea of active.

16:23	Kirsche	and you seem to be trying harder than usual to hide stuff
16:23	Kirsche	which is unlike you
16:24	Kirsche	I'm 90% sure you're talking to eclipse in anotehr query tab
16:24	Kirsche	or another scum buddy, asking what to do

<Kirsche> so I hear you've been talking to people

[21:15] <Kirsche> and it looks like you've convinced eclipse that you're town

[21:15] <Psych> maybe

[21:16] <Kirsche> well, regardless, what made you say that core, darros and agnakator were not valuable?

[21:16] <Psych> that's for me to know

[21:17] <Kirsche> you see psych, getting information is only good if you can use it

[21:17] <Kirsche> and I don't think a lynch on them will start until you prove why they're not valuable

[21:18] <Kirsche> you still there?

[21:21] <Kirsche> well fat lot of good you are for the town

[21:21] <Kirsche> just F.Y.I eclipse liking you so quickly is scummy

[21:21] <Kirsche> she seems very eager to push for these reasonable lynches, like it's some kind of plan

[21:23] <Psych> ;/

[21:23] <Kirsche> and you seem to be trying harder than usual to hide stuff

[21:23] <Kirsche> which is unlike you

[21:24] <Kirsche> I'm 90% sure you're talking to eclipse in anotehr query tab

[21:24] <Kirsche> or another scum buddy, asking what to do

[21:26] <Psych> oh hah

[21:28] <Psych> she's offline anyway

[21:28] <Kirsche> no she isn't

[21:29] <Kirsche> I'm talking to her right now

[21:29] <Kirsche> also nice post there

##Vote: Psych

/Comes at Snike

Baa.

Well Psych is doing no good if he keeps all the information he has to himself and replying to everything with "maybe". Not to mention he was caught red handed in the lie about talking to eclipse (unless she blocked him or something).

<clipseykitty> So. . .are you the type that actually knows something about things without talking.

<Kirsche> maybe, maybe not

<clipseykitty> Because I'm not the type that can sit around and rely on my role to do it.

<Kirsche> I'm not entirely sure what to say to that

<Kirsche> but freohr is usually inactive regardless

<clipseykitty> Not this time.

<Kirsche> 8 posts is not a lot, and a lot of them were part of the n1 rubbish

<Kirsche> *n0

<clipseykitty> How much have you been talking to others?

<Kirsche> a decent amount

<Kirsche> althought not as much as I should

<clipseykitty> So that's why you're voting for Psych?

<Kirsche> but I tend to prefer lategame

<Kirsche> pretty much

<Kirsche> I have a feeling he's hiding something, so am pressuring him

<clipseykitty> What if you're killed on N1 for whatever reason? It's always something to consider.

<Kirsche> If I die on n1 my contributions would likely be small regardless

<Kirsche> anyway, I am talking now eclipse

<clipseykitty> Even if I die on N1, I can say I did something. That's why I talk as much as I do on N0.

<Kirsche> any information you'd care to share

<clipseykitty> Your logic for voting Psych is super-strange.

<Kirsche> voting psych because he's not acting like his usual self?

<Kirsche> isn't that why you cleared him in itemafia?

<clipseykitty> Itemafia isn't as tied to roles as this one is.

<clipseykitty> If you end up lynching a good town role on that logic, it's not gonna be good.

<clipseykitty> Question in the main room.

<Kirsche> on the contrary, eclipse, items existed in itemafia (funnily enough), and their abilities were very important

<clipseykitty> Precisely why it didn't matter if we ended up lynching weirdly. In Psych's case, he might be the cop one day and vanilla the next.

<clipseykitty> Or he could be me and be vanilla for the majority of the nights, because screw the RNG.

<Kirsche> if he was such a powerful role, then he'd say something before being lynched

<clipseykitty> Why do you want him to reveal it so early?

<Kirsche> because I suspect him.

<clipseykitty> All right, so if he is scum, and has competence behind him, you're opening the town for even more hell.

<clipseykitty> If he's town, I do NOT want another Death Note happening.

<Kirsche> of course not

<clipseykitty> Therefore, pressuring him this early is probably bad, okay? Why not wait until you've got more than "oh crap, he's not acting like his usual retarded self" before voting?

<Kirsche> because then stuff won't get done

<Kirsche> I can delay things as much as I like, but if I die N1 then it's all for naught

<Kirsche> so i will push, and I will push hard

<clipseykitty> Why are you so insistent on Psych, of all people? If you really are worried about a competent puppeteer, why not go after the one holding the strings?

<Kirsche> that would mean voting you, who has been his biggest supporter

<clipseykitty> Do you think I'd make it that blatant, if we were both mafia? Give me some credit.

<Kirsche> you could be desperate because psych is on your team

<clipseykitty> I do NOT operate like that, and I'd like to think you're smart enough to figure that out.

<Kirsche> maybe

<clipseykitty> Psych has been talking. That's how the mafia's supposed to be played. And I like it when people play correctly.

<Kirsche> but there are no bigger leads

<clipseykitty> Try those that aren't talking.

<Kirsche> no, I refuse to call someone town on the sole basis that they are talking to people

<Kirsche> it's what they say that matters, not how much

<clipseykitty> The point of this game is to talk. Don't try to stifle it.

<Kirsche> how am I stifling it?

<Kirsche> i am discouraging pointless time-wasting

<clipseykitty> By voting people who are talking for some really weird logic.

<clipseykitty> And talking to others is NOT a waste of time.

<Kirsche> It depends on what you're trying to say

<Kirsche> the most scummy people are not the inactive members, but rather the active lurkers: people who say things and at the same time do not

<clipseykitty> Talking allows for a record of what has happened, so once people start turning up DEAD, you can figure out what was said, and possibly why, since we see roles on death

Kirsche> by the start I mean the bit where I say the thing about my role

<clipseykitty> All right.

<Kirsche> people love to read into things

Take this as you will.

For any people who are tl;dr.

<Kirsche> the most scummy people are not the inactive members, but rather the active lurkers: people who say things and at the same time do not

This is the most important point.
