Speaking of which, Lulua's starting attack skill is deceptively strong, because it's simultaneously a physical and a magical attack. So if you put Lulua in the middle of the front row, she can trigger two support attacks (for example, Eva and Piana, whose support attacks trigger by using a physical or a magical attack respectively) in a single turn, essentially giving you three attacks for the price of one, a.k.a. sweet, sweet payback for all those times bosses were able to attack you twice in a single turn.

Yeah i noticed haha.

Or Pamela and her 2nd skill + Eva and Aruel

Eva in the middle + Shishou/Lulua support = 4 Attacks for the orice of1

And if that wasn't cheese-y enough for you, Piana learns follow-up skills for her follow-up skill. Two of them, in fact. Eva also gets one for hers. This means that Lulua's starting attack skill can potentially trigger no less than SIX attacks in a single turn. And if you place someone who uses magic attacks in front of Eva, that's another potential three, as well as another four if you put someone using physical stuff in front of Piana.
It can look something like this:

Yup xD

I noticed and have been using those tactics haha

And trying to mix them with primal arts, too.

Picture in sig is appropriate for that one.

I was just wondering about Pamela being playable in Lulua, when she isn't. That's all.

Oops, my mistake

I meant Piana xD

I figured that's who you meant after the fact, which is why I figured I was being dumb again.
I did Piana dirty in my playthrough, because she never left the back row, so I have no idea what she can do in the front. XP

Thing is

In the Backrow she just murders e erything with support attacks xD

She has a very useful skill however, +def and 50% damage block

This is my main reason why she never left the backrow. My party's main damage output came from her for a long while.

That is indeed useful, especially against some of the later bosses and enemies. She's not my personal best Atelier girl for nothing, after all.
You can switch someone in the front with someone in the back during battle, if I remember correctly, so in theory, you could take advantage of both this and her broken support stuff.
Why did I never do that?

Holy crap, I didn't expect to lose Neptune and the others when trying to get my temporarily gone members back! But, on the positive end, I got more members! Also, I appreciate the Cloud/Lightning references from FF.

Bruh.

Poppi's second form feels underrated because everyone always either talks about her first form or her third form.

too long of a wait time. Switching puts like 2 turn worth of delay

Meanwhile, Escha & Logy and Shallie have instant switch times.

I understand why Lulua doesn't though, as Assist Attacks occur automatically as opposed to using up meter.

Thou art heathen! Canst thou admire at the minimum how spectacularly ridiculous its introduction is?

But, Poppi's second form is my least favorite I shall admit. It reminds me of Pokemon, the base starters are nice, the final forms are cool, but the middle stage ends up usually be awkward/not very loved. There are some exceptions, Bayleef > Meganium, Charmeleon is on par with the other two stages of its line, but then you have things like Crocnaw, Marshtomp, Prinlup all Water I see, where it is neither sufficiently cute nor cool. Being pure transitory and temporary also makes the mid-stage Pokes feel inferior, Poppi QT fortunately doesn't have that problem.

My favorite "Poppi" is DLC-only, I think thats what my preference is.

And now that my mind is on Pokemon, I've just realized how bizarre Samurott is. Why does a bipedal-for-two-stages Pokemon suddenly become a quadruped? They could've kept the samurai motif without doing that. Dewott >>>>>> Samurott then.

You got a problem with teenagers being awkward?

Sorry.
And yes, her introduction was hilariously ridiculous, I will concede at least that.

I feel the same way, actually. Some starters just look odd in their middle stage. I'm also not really a fan of Croconaw, or Marshtomp and I am always happy to have them evolve to their last stages (Swampert is one of my favorites among the starters, actually). To say nothing of Tepig's and Chespin's middle forms, which, to me, are the worst starter designs in the first six generations. The fact that the latter looks almost exactly like the former except green doesn't help matters much.
Fortunately, you won't be seeing much of Croconaw, since it's only 12 levels until you get Feraligatr, who is probably one of the best starters just for his early final evolution.
Conversely, I absolutely love the likes of Ivysaur, Bayleef (like you, I prefer it to Meganium, aesthetics-wise), Grovyle (which I prefer to Sceptile as well), Charmeleon, Wartortle, and Quilava.

Spoiler

Also today I am feeling confirmed that playing on console is the most comfortable way.

I have been "wasted" more than two hours for trying to bring the translation of Trails of Zero to work.

Aside of ruining my laptop by saving in the wrong folder where I cannot find all the files anymore, this has led me to nowhere so far.

I have to admit I am totally unacknowledged with downloading files and using file openers for above mentioned reasons.

I barely can patch romhacks, that's it.

Why are people in Xenoblade 2 so eager to jump off cliffs? Whenever I'm running along some edges of cliffs, across bridges, both narrow and wide, or climb down ladders or vines, I always see my team member jump or fall to their doom (only to reappear right next to me a second later). I know this isn't some sorcery at work and has probably to do with the pathfinding A.I. or something, but it still looks quite hilarious.
Then again, it's also hilarious that when you fall down somewhere really high, you just go like "splat" when you hit the bottom. No fanfare or elaborate death animation, just hit the ground and that's that.

Bayleef

I feel like Bayleef owes a lot of it's popularity to the anime. During the Johto days, Bayleef was a prime member of Ash's team so that's probably it.

I think the Gen 1 starters is the one where all three evolutions are universally loved. After that, people tend to have mixed opinions, especially on the second evolutions.

At least Pignite keeps the sumo wrestler motiff going. Quilladin on the other hand, they probably just made in a vector program. Same for Thwacky (Grooky's middle stage).

Imagine dying from fall damage.

This was brought to you by Xenoblade X gang.

Welp, my uni just sent an e-mail to everyone with immediate measures due to Corona.

Including 1 week longer vacation for everyone, the cancellation of all events, and re-evaluating exam periods and stuff

Micaiah just won't stop hitting everone with corona.

I maintain, however, that the biggest threat caused by the Corona virus is the way people are reacting to it. Where I live there's no signs of Corona anywhere, but people are still going into stores and hoarding toilet paper, among other things. It's kind of dustrubing, actually.

Should I find it funny that Corona skill means that there's no resistance?

Well it depends. What kinda sandwich are we talking here? Grilled cheese will always be a classic. If we're talking burger sandwiches, then this is the part where i mention that i exclusively eat chicken sandwiches plain (i.e no lettuce and tomato and whatever other toppings it may bring). I do not like other types of burgers.

When it comes to subs, it's a similar thing. Most of the time, i'm getting a meatball sub. The best kind of sub.
