While I admit I don't know what it principally would be, I would myself think that it's medical among other things since you can see MDs to treat it. Even if there is no apparent cure for it. I suppose the distinction between that and other neurological conditions and anything that doesn't focus mainly on changes in your perception of what's going on around you and who you/other people are is still important though!
