I mean, bullions, sure would be good.. And I guess Despoil would be good too.. How else are you supposed to earn gold postgame, without DLC? I believe I used reeking box abuse on my very first run. Still, unless it's StreetPass I'd also say Tomefaire, simply because you just won't be taking enough damage to make Counter worth it. It'd be better, only in some cases. If an enemy were to attack you on their phase, you would just hurt yourself double, since your counter wouldn't work. So it's not surprising that the game development team had that in their stockpile of concept art to show off when the staff got interviewed.
