When I got back I found that my laptop decided to install updates and restart. So bye bye anything unsaved on wordpad! Actually it wasn't even that much; chrome reopened my last browsing session and I was able to recover most of the screenshots. The few that I missed showed the team that would accompany Leaf this chapter and Kempf using the power of asshattery to provoke Olwen into drawing her weapon on him (which got her thrown in the dungeon, and her escort looked a lot like that guy that kidnapped Safy last chapter/random). Fred arrived and called Kempf out on his unfair imprisonment of Olwen. That got Fred a ticket straight to us, which is good. Well...she's not going to let him push her around since both her and brother are alike personalitywise. HP, strength, skill, luck, defense I'm not sure if he's naturally awesome or if this is the result of the 5 scrolls I slapped on him. He's great without em. wat Shaya threw in that line for kicks and giggles. xP Vince golden heartbunny <3threw in something funny in the translation of FE3 too when he's hacked the game to pieces. Chapter 11x: Wow, this guy is brutal. Blackhearted pig. "Oh we're just baking cookies. The dankness of the prison cell gives them a unique flavor." Olwen. <3 People really should investigate upon hearing rumors like this... Olwen's one of the only 2 people of Freege to see the truth and the light. Gotta get there quickly. Yay. <3 After he 1hko'd 4 or 5 people I guess the enemy realized the futility of their actions and gave up. Othin really is ridiculous. The enemies here are rather weak. HP, skill, speed, build I have no idea what Nanna is trying to be. Welcome aboard Olwen! <3 LOL, she just got exp by transferring her lockpick to this guy. How is that stealing? Never get no one else to talk to him. gtfo Okay. But you'll have a harder time to get the stuff later in the later chapters. And the stuff in some of them is rather good. That chapter gives you a headache when you try to recruit Trude. He leaves if you make Pahn an ally too early. Sucks you've missed out on Tina. Even though she is quite a crucial character. She's not needed to complete the game, but without her you can't really get the treasures in certain chapters. It's possible to get them without her, but it will be alot harder. Doing another run of Chapter 12X? Recommended, yes. Yay, that's exactly what I did~ Chapter 12x: Don't worry, he's fine. We wouldn't do something like that. x.x Everyone who knows him seems to hold him in high esteem. I don't know what to think after seeing this. >.> I guess all thieves know each other. He must have a really interesting childhood. Memories that we shall cherish forever in our hearts and never forget. ^-^ I hope the creators of this game aren't that cruel. Then again a lot of kids have been imprisoned and sacrificed in this game, so I don't know... And we now know why Nintendo retconned this series from us for over a decade. Whew. It's good to know Pahn isn't THAT twisted. Lucky break. Tina does bring grace to this hellish difficult game. Leafxenemy harem OTP <3 Safy has been getting a workout recently. She's the only one that can use B rank staves and above. It's taking Nanna forever to get her staff rank up. I wonder why Lifis is afraid of Pahn... We'll never know. Chapter 13 is in two parts. Part 1: Generic no name blue units? That's a first for me. Only NPC units that they allow you to control. I made a couple of less than wise decisions; sending Hicks and Lifis to take on the enemies in the bottom left corner alone was probably the thing that ruined stuff for me lol. I really wanted those physics and the weapons that boss had. Marita and Tina are forced to sit this one out. It's nice that I have 4 healers I can cycle in and out now. They seem to get fatigued the fastest. He had 20 build. I don't think I could capture him even if I wanted to. :( So this woman has ties with Areone... *drinks water and does a spit-take* FIANCEE?! I have so many questions about this, but I'm sure the answers will come soon. Or maybe I'll forget the questions. idk A pre-promote with two movement stars. His bases look pretty good considering 20 caps. Nice weapon levels. Now I have multiple fliers to cycle in and out from chapter to chapter. lol, I knew from the moment I saw her she'd be a wyvern rider. I bet if I'd raise her she'd end up better than her brother statistically, but in a game with such a low cap ceiling there's only so much she can grow. Also boo no movement stars. Four ballistae. She can counter everything and heal herself. Asvel takes out Baldak for a nice level. He gained magic, speed, luck, and movement! I didn't realize the weapon Baldak had equipped was essentially a 1-2 range brave lance @.@ Thankfully Asvel dodged the first hit, but the second one took a huge chunk out of his HP. 2 HP, strength, build HP, magic, skill, speed, luck Speed lolnopeambush He got hit twice in a row at 9 hit rate. >.> That better not hit after what just happened. Of course this time the scene will end with a bunch of slain dragon knights, but that was possible in FE4 too. The game just would not progress as usual with Ethlin and Cuan still alive. Even Altenna is here to reprise her role! ikr So Dean knows what Areone's dragon lance looks like, eh? ;o Dean, you are going to take this dragon lance and you are going to like it! D:< It seems more like he wants to pass Linoan off to Dean. Protecting her will be a breeze with this lance! HP, strength, luck, defense lol, I forgot that bows are effective against these guys. These dragon knights give a lot of experience! Maybe I'll let Ronan take them on instead. I'm getting all of this stuff for Linoan's sake and she's not even in the army yet. A pirate with 13 magic? wat. HP, magic, skill Defense is once again your lowest stat, even with that ring. Leaf is now ready to promote! Whenever that happens... I just hope he doesn't promote as late as Roy. Just one more level and you can promote, Safy. Ah, there's some more of that Hezul blood. ... Congrats to Dashin on his first level in forever. LOL YES. I don't think I've seen a single enemy with a lightning tome, which means I'll probably need to buy them. I haven't seen any shops with them yet. This is currently a concern for me because I've just realized that high priests do not have a rank in elemental magics like they did in FE4, so lightning is the only tome Safy can use when she promotes. I assume Tina will face the same problem when she promotes too. Thankfully Homer isn't locked to light magic, so Safy can hold his lightning for now. It's more for keeping her from getting captured instantly than it is for actively seeking battles. Her great magic and speed will make her good for an emergency chip every once in a while. I hope 14 uses can hold out until the next light tome comes along. Actually a lot of my magic users are running out of tomes lol. I need to steal more of them. Nah, go for 15 move Nanna (or whatever the cap is) I'm sure there'll be enough time to shuffle the dain scroll around to everyone! Chapter 14x part 1: +Dean and Homer Good Lord... As of yet it doesn't look like she'll even be able to survive a hit to resire tank, so this is something to get her there faster. Pop up from behind someone and scare the crap out of them. Imagine if Izuka chose to warp anywhere and summon the feral ones instead of only using rewarp to run away. Give this to me. Safy is the only one who can currently use it, and while the ability to get kidnapped anywhere on the map seems appealing, I'd rather save it for a unit with existent combat. She also gains movement, but it doesn't show here. She levels up again from battling. That's rather epic ! It's more Lighting Tomes yeah ! The best magic tomes ! Especially with her movement stars gets her to go again often with a 25% chance. Nah, go for 15 move Nanna (or whatever the cap is) It's 12. I see. The dain scroll will be high priority on my pass around list. I don't think I've seen a single enemy with a lightning tome, which means I'll probably need to buy them. Nah. They never serve under a church. And you only can get them in one chapter. Chapter 14x part 1: Try womanpower. It is more energy efficient and environmentally friendly. Lionan will take good care of them. =3 It's nice to see a commander so devoted to her troops. He's a pervert. Ah, rewarp. Take notes Izuka and Lekain; this is how rewarp staves are supposed to be used. Pop up from behind someone and scare the crap out of them. Imagine if Izuka chose to warp anywhere and summon the feral ones instead of only using rewarp to run away. Were lucky that he's held on to his last bit of sanity. HP, magic, skill, speed lol, she missed and then she double casted (in the same healing session). Don't worry, she'll get better. [spoiler=Chapter 17 part 1] The team I feel disoriented after neglecting this game for so long. I've forgotten what this map looks like, but I'm sure there's a way to get in. My biggest worry is the basllistae. Too bad no one has the rank to use siege tomes! Karin is looking quite appealing now though. I think? I love how he's so casual about the topic of child hunting. It's that simple? ... You know what else Emperor Alvis approves of? Giving all of your nicest weapons to the enemy. Oh, and jumping off a bridge afterwards. Incest happened, and now he has an evil demonchild because of it. A cautionary tale... I'll have Dean drop shota-nuke on the other side of the river. Can anyone spot the mistake I made in this image? Karin died promptly after this due to that group of snipers with silver bows. The procedure in the above image is the same, only now with Karin dismounted xD The gift of life. It's possible more numbers may have flashed up. I'm in quite a predicament here. I think the rest of Amalda's troops aren't attacking me because Karin's evade is so high. If I move off the thicket to take out more ballistae, I think they (more importantly, Amalda) will probably come after me. I don't want her to suicide on Karin and I kinda want to steal all of those rapiers from the cavaliers. The only thing I can do is stall until the other part of my plan falls into place. On the bright side Karin gets pretty decent elite fueled exp from dodging, so she'll probably level up a few times while I wait. HP, skill Strength, magic, skill, defense I can do this all day if it gets Karin levels like this! Tina levels up An angel just descended from the sky and took her only weapon? That sounds like divine intervention! Eh? Can't a cleric inexplicably acquire a master sword without people accusing her of stealing? HP, strength, magic, luck, defense For some reason these ballistae love targeting Lifis more than anyone else. Strength Asvel capturing someone? I never thought I'd see the day... Good, they'll come to Lifis. Oh and don't worry about Tina, only one of the ballistae she's in range of has ammo and it can't kill her. She has just enough HP and defense to barely live. xP [i don't know what happened to the image of Karin's level up, but pretend it's there] HP, defense Cleric tanking exists in FE5 too. Karin finally takes her first hit. All that wait for one damage? Pathetic. I only have one ballista left to worry about. Amalda has decided to trap Karin since she can't attack her. Karin will be able to fly by next turn when that ballista is taken out if Amalda doesn't want to move. HP, strength, speed, luck [the image of Ronan leveling up is also missing] I slapped 4 scrolls on him in hopes that he would gain a good final level. No such luck. HP, magic, skill Ready to promote! Err, I don't think pre-promote is the word I'm looking for. More like how Deidre couldn't promote even though she is in a class that can promote. I've tried using the knight proof on her and it does not work. I don't think it's a class thing because I tried it on Sara and she promoted. Amazing promotion bonuses~ Ok, so the lenster knights will not attack the civilians, but there are some members of the freege army in there. They don't have long range weapons so the worst they'll do is capture them, but I can kill them right after so it should not be a problem. LOL, I know when I've worked myself into something bad. Each civilian needs to speak to a specific knight and they're all over the place.To complicate things even more, two lenster knights went over to the right side. I'm not sure why I opened the door on the right. Notes for next attempt: -Don't open the door on the right. -Although the lenster knights will not attack or capture the civilians, the lenster soldiers will. The freege knights are a danger as well, of course. -Those freege armor knights have dark circles under their eyes. Maybe they need some help going to sleep? -Rescuing the civilians is not necessary. Block off the reinforcement sources and they can go to the throne room without being pestered. -The people forming a barricade around the reinforcements will need scrolls to prevent critical hits because quite a few of the enemies have killer weapons. -Mugging the first few dark mages for rewarp is OK, but cover their entrance point and deal with them immediately so their numbers don't get out of hand because they WILL warp into the room with the lenster armor knights or near the civilians.
