The changed confession implies that they will be together, but you never know with Intelligent Systems. I was planning to ship M!Kamui and her together from the beginning, and if there's no ending route where they can end up together, then that's kind of a killjoy. We're getting into like Steins;Gate territory with the three paths here. Also, I should note that the multiple paths of this game make the plot for this literally everything that I hoped Awakening's plot would be but wasn't. I was immediately weary of the "kill evil dragon and make world happy" plot, and it looks like the third path is taking advantage of people's predilections towards such stories and is punishing the player for it. Maybe it's because of me and my time with Shin Megami Tensei (namely, Strange Journey and IV), but when I heard about the dilemma presented in Fates I immediately said "screw this" and hoped that there was a neutral choice. I doubt I'm the only one who had the same reasoning. If what I'm asking about turns out to be true, looks like we'll be duly rewarded for that instinct. Which is great. From what I can remember in hamayama's playthrough, you just need to beat his chapter and he'll join you automatically the next chapter in the Hoshido route. Well reclassing to Rod Knight will probably give her magic growth . I don't know what the class growth rates are but I would assume they have at least some magic.
