You will outlive everyone and lack the power to stop it. However, your health means you will remain mentally stable even when you are the only person alive. Can you gain power? To an extent, yes. Invincible people are hailed as gods. It would be easy to build a following. Can you gain knowledge? To an extent, yes. You have all the time in the world to study everything. ...
