Freohr Datia Posted April 10, 2016 Share Posted April 10, 2016 (edited) I would probably politely attempt to eat it anyway but if it were to the point that I absolutely couldn't eat it chances are because it's either painful for me to eat (like spiciness or sourness) or it's got a texture I can't stand like most seafood does. In that case I might say "oh sorry I have a really sensitive mouth so this is really painful for me to eat" or, depending on how badly I can't stand it, "oh, I actually don't really like seafood" although it can be dangerous of me to say that because people apparently still take offense if I say it's the food type's problem and not their cooking that's the problem But yeah stuff with gooey texture is a quick way to get me to throw up or attempt to, it's just a feeling my mouth/throat can't handle EDIT: wait what do you mean by "literally can't" though? allergies? because I'd certainly hope that everybody who saw/noticed something they were allergic to would immediately say "oh I can't eat this I'm allergic" Edited April 10, 2016 by Freohr Datia Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
