You seem to be forgetting fe11 has the fun that is Reclass, really good writing and some other factors, along with FE12 having the best hardest difficulty that is both difficult and fair (talking Regular Lunatic here)

in addition to all the things everyone else said it also doesn't have "all of FE1, 11, and 12's maps on one cartridge"

if anything it has like 3/4 of them since fe3 takes out a lot of fe1's maps and fe12 added a lot of new ones
