I talked to one on Literotica once (because...I write smut fanfics, not a crime) and he said he liked wearing them because "women get the neat lingerie". Like, whatever floats your boat dude. But I'd think...hell, my briefs are comfy for me because I lack the extra appendage down there, but if I had one, it'd probably feel restrained. Men's briefs have a little pouch thing for that.
